They were more than happy to let me use the waiting area the entire time. Ryan made sure the air conditioning was cranked up for me--and I know it was for me because nobody else was in there. He offered me cold water and sodas, and when lunchtime came around, he refused to take no for an answer when he invited me to join them. I initially tried to decline because I wasn't very hungry, but in my own culture, it is considered rude to refuse a meal while your host is eating. Our cultures come from the same part of the world, and the food was very much like something I would be served at my own family's table so i gladly accepted. I mention this because it speaks volumes about the kind of people I was giving my business to. They genuinely care about their customers in a way you don't experience very often, and I appreciated the hell outta of it. My Tesla isn't the easiest vehicle to work on but these guys went above and beyond, treating my car as though it were their own. After one day, the small round crack became more pronounced that I didn't think it would get any bigger, but after only three days it tripled in size and by the fourth day it had a long 5 inch line spreading out of a center. Yelp sent the request out to several local companies, and these guys were one of the businesses that responded. They ended up having the best price of the quotes I received, but more importantly, they were responsive and easy to work with from the very beginning. They already had great reviews and were close to where I work, so everything lined up. My schedule changed and I wasn't able to get the windshield done when I originally planned. About a week later, I messaged them basically asking if they could take me on 20 minutes' notice. No problem. They told me to come over, and as soon as I arrived they pulled the truck in and started working. Before installing the windshield, they showed me the glass they had and compared it to what was already on my truck. They actually pointed out the manufacturer marking on my old windshield and explained the differences between the options, including some of the tint and markings around the glass. No upsell or pressure, just making sure I got what I wanted. They told me it would take about an hour, so I brought my laptop and figured I'd catch up on emails while I waited. I don't think it even took 30 minutes. I barely got through what I planned to do before they were finished. Great price, great communication, extremely accommodating, and excellent service from beginning to end. Five stars across the board!
