Tiger Auto Glass just finished replacing my windshield and did an OUTSTANDING job. I called Tiger Auto Glass at 11 a.m. with the model, make, and year of my vehicle and Adan (who, surprisingly, is the co-owner and not just an employee behind a desk) tells me he will call me back in 5 minutes with a quote. After I get off the phone with Adan, my phone rings less than a minute later with the cheapest quote out of all the the other auto glass shops that I called earlier today. On top of being the cheapest quote of the day, they do mobile services! By noon, the shop owners, Adan and Sergio, arrived at my house. By 12:30 pm, my car was ready-to-go! I was so pleased with their work, I created this Yelp account, just to give them this review. There's only one shop for me when it comes to auto glass services and that is TIGER AUTO GLASS! I came home to find my back window of my vehicle, shattered. It was late evening and I was lucky to have reached Adan from Tiger Auto Glass. After explaining the situation, and after he was able to calm me down by assuring his earliest arrival for next morning. He advised me on how to cover up the damage temporarily til the next morning when he can be at my place by 9:30. Adan showed up at 8am which was a blessing for me since I had to be back at work. The repairs happened so fast, less than an hour! the price was reasonable! My passenger side window was stuck in the DOWN position on my 2004 Ford Crown Vic. Once Adan and his assistant arrived they assessed the door and saw it needed a part they did not have. They drove out to get the part and drove back to LA MESA in 100 degree weather. This was hands down the best thing that I could have found in my situation. I not only saved a ton of money compared to the previous guy that quoted me, but the fact that it was mobile - meant I I could still do my work from home. The convenience of having this service come to my home was crucial. My son's car was hit by a rock from a border patrol truck driving on Otay Lakes Rd. His windshield instantly cracked. Our insurance deductible was $500 so we wanted to pay cash. I called multiple places and Tiger Auto Glass was my final one. I spoke to Autumn and got a price that was very reasonable. They arrived 3 hours later at our front door and in an hour the windshield was replaced. We asked about the front camera calibration because another glass repair shop said it was included at a much higher price. Autumn told me that they never touch any wires that would disconnect the camera and require calibration. I can report that everything works perfectly. Adan is awesome! He has now replaced 2 windshields for me and his prices and service are unbeatable. He came to my house both times the day after I called and did the replacement in my driveway in about 30 minutes. My kids were also very interested in watching him work the first time he came over - he was very nice to them and explained what he was doing. When one of my kids went into the house for a few minutes, he even waited for him to get back outside before installing the new window because he knew my son wanted to watch that part. I can recommend Tiger Auto Glass highly enough. I will call them next time I break my windshield again! read more

I had a large crack on my windshield so I decided to replace it and was asking around for quotes. I was referred to Tiger Auto Glass and they beat everybody else's prices significantly. The windshield for my civic was not in stock when I inquired but they were able to get one in a couple of days! Fast forward two years later I had a deep chip on my new car's windshield that I wanted to fix right away to avoid another windshield replacement so I called Tiger Auto glass and they were able to come to my house and fix it the very next day. Tiger Auto Glass was the best! I had a chip on my car, so I Googled and found them online. I called them and when I was having some issues with my phone, they called me back. I asked what time works best for them, since I would need to call for a day off from work, but they said that they would go to my work since it was in San Diego. The next day, during my lunch, they were there and when I showed them the chip, they said they could fix it. They told me what they were going to do, so I would not get worried and ask questions. These guys were great, my window was not rolling up and down so I gave them a call and they drove over to my job and checked my car out for free. They let me know the problem and we agreed on a price and they fixed it right here at my office parking lot. Very great customer service and I am very pleased that all my windows work now! Adan was absolutely amazing! The price was fair and much better than at Safelite. He was able to get me in sooner and I was gonna have to wait two weeks for the other repair shops that my insurance was recommending. It wound up being economical and was done with expert precision and speed and he was able to get me in the same day. Big shout out to him and little businesses. My car was vandalized and the passenger side vent window was busted out. My friend had had her windshield replaced by Adan so she referred me to him to get it fixed. I called at 3:30pm to see when he'd be available so I could bring my car in, but he said he'd be able to come to me, same day! Adan and Aaron are both very professional and very good. When they came out to install my windshield, I was pleasantly surprised that Adan got me the same exact windshield that was in my new car. I honestly wasn't expecting this since I had a newer car. They both came out to my house and installed within 40 mins. And the best thing about this was the price. First, I am a Senior Citizen. Today my rear view fell of while I was driving. I took my car to Tiger Auto Glass on Broadway in Chula Vista. Adan reattached my rear view mirror within a matter of five minutes. Can't say how it was fixed. But when I asked him how much it cost, he said there was no charge for fixing the mirror. They did an awesome job. It was quick, easy, and affordable. I have a 2020 Dodge 1500 and my windshield got a huge crack on it so it had to be replaced. They were recommended to me by a friend. I called them today and they offered to come replace my truck's windshield the same day. They came to my house so I didn't have to wait in line anywhere.
