Adam was extremely helpful, prompt, and informative. Before I explained that I needed a windshield affected by rust to be replaced, Adam knew immediately that a different company had turned us away. He quickly explained the process and told me I could come in whenever I was available and to just call. As soon as my husband was ready, I called Adam to let him know that we were on our way. He quickly assisted us and advised me that the work would be completed in two hours. We left, I set my timer for two hours, and after exactly two hours, Adam called to let us know that our car was ready. When we went to pick up the vehicle, Adam was very respectful and efficient. He handed us the keys and finished processing the payment for the service. He showed us pictures of the rust prior to him replacing the windshield. I went in there to get my power window fixed. It took about 10 minutes and they charged me $70. If the labor was by the hour, it would be $420 an hour. The only reason I didn't give him one star is because it was quick. I appreciated that because there was no place to sit. The guy was cool, like I said it's not worth $420 an hour. read more
