Since they work with AAA/CSAA, everything was handled seamlessly. I am very glad I saved the contact -Someone unknowingly (judging by footage) recently scraped the side of my car and went on about their business. Couldn't make out the plate so I had nothing for insurance.. Sent the guy a text during off hours -pleasant response and invitation to drop by at my convenience during business hours. Monday drop off, short meet with general manager to go over paperwork/expectations -quoted release Thursday/Friday. (WOW!) Feeling well received I asked for assistance with other minor blemishes and misc touchups. USA Touch Up delivered. Had my phone call Friday afternoon, everything is ready. I went in first thing Saturday morning as my Friday afternoon was booked up. Had a chance to inspect the work. Paint quality checks out, I'm no professional but to a naked eye, the paint matched the rest of the paint perfectly. Only thing I pointed out was the hood alignment (I asked for two dents to be removed -yes, they have a dent guy! Flawless job, couldn't be happier) but when remounted, slightly off and is only felt when running my finger, otherwise not noticeable. Tech who assisted agreed with the minor imperfection and asked to leave the car. At that point I was too excited to get my car back and give in the not-so-fun rental. Will drop by another day. When I went in to present my claim estimate, they let me pay my $500 deductible to start ordering parts. They notified me when all parts were ready so I could drop off my car to start repairs. Unfortunately, they found more damage inside the car which resulted in my car needing to be at the shop longer. Throughout the entire process, the staff was very helpful and communicated to me via text and phone, very prompt and professional from the mechanic Johnson himself, to the front desk lady who was also very helpful in helping me understand my insurance claim process. When I picked up my car it was VERY clean, on the inside AND outside. Vacuumed carpets even in the trunk, and very shiny paint, and the tires looked freshly waxed. I think they even repainted the hood of my car which was not included by the insurance estimate. I really appreciate the detail of care they put into my car. Overall I would come here again if I ever need repairs as they have really taken good care of my Camry.

He gave me a really good quote and I was really surprised by how low it was. 2.5 hours after dropping it off I went to pick up my car and was very pleased with the work. Not only did he replace my windshield but he also checked the engine light that had came up and told me what was wrong with it. He also said he checked the oil and rotated the tires. He also offered a discount if I paid via Zelle, Venmo, or Apple Pay--"No tax if you pay that way." When I showed up, there was no auto glass shop--just a used car lot called "Top Notch Auto Sales." I asked the woman at the desk if this was the right place, and she said, "We can do windshields." After calling Jason, she told me, "I can take you to the place we normally get our windshields done for our cars on the lot. Jason said to send him the money." I was uncomfortable paying before the work, but I did it anyway. She drove me to Low Price Auto Glass, a totally different shop. After the install, they told me Jason would send the receipt. I never got it. When I noticed the brand on the glass said "Benson" (an aftermarket brand), I called Jason and asked why it wasn't OEM like he promised. He got defensive: "I told you I was going to give you the original glass, which it is. It's not going to have the Mazda logo. If you want that, that's like $1800." When I explained that Benson isn't an OEM brand for Mazda, he snapped: "What is Pilkington? How would you even know what brand Mazda uses?" I told him, "What's done is done--just send me the receipt." He said, "Well, you have the Venmo transaction," as if that was enough. Later, he called accusing me of writing a bad review: "Did you have someone write a bad review? I see here someone said there's wind noise and is not happy with the service." I had no idea what he was talking about--I just wanted the receipt. He promised it Monday (Today). It never came. Now, the glass has wind noise, a visible gap near the rearview mirror, and a loose sensor wire cover. I brought it back for inspection--they showed me a video of a soap leak test but wouldn't send it to me. Still no receipt. Jason stopped responding altogether. This business is shady, misrepresents itself, and fails to deliver what they promise. You're quoted one thing and handed off to another shop, with no documentation and poor-quality work. I've never dealt with anything this sketchy.

If you love your car don't go to this guy. He even had the nerve to get an attitude with me when I asked him to clean the windows. Poor customer service.
