I was recommended by a coworker to meet one of the service guys a little while back for the job quality. I am very glad I saved the contact -Someone unknowingly (judging by footage) recently scraped the side of my car and went on about their business. Couldn't make out the plate so I had nothing for insurance.. Sent the guy a text during off hours -pleasant response and invitation to drop by at my convenience during business hours. Monday drop off, short meet with general manager to go over paperwork/expectations -quoted release Thursday/Friday. (WOW!) Feeling well received I asked for assistance with other minor blemishes and misc touchups. USA Touch Up delivered. Had my phone call Friday afternoon, everything is ready. I went in first thing Saturday morning as my Friday afternoon was booked up. Had a chance to inspect the work. Paint quality checks out, I'm no professional but to a naked eye, the paint matched the rest of the paint perfectly. Only thing I pointed out was the hood alignment (I asked for two dents to be removed -yes, they have a dent guy! Flawless job, couldn't be happier) but when remounted, slightly off and is only felt when running my finger, otherwise not noticeable. Tech who assisted agreed with the minor imperfection and asked to leave the car. At that point I was too excited to get my car back and give in the not-so-fun rental. Will drop by another day. I highly recommend this body shop for convenient, thoughtful and thorough service. This was my second time bringing my Camry to the shop and they did an even better job on my car than last time! When I went in to present my claim estimate, they let me pay my $500 deductible to start ordering parts. They notified me when all parts were ready so I could drop off my car to start repairs. Unfortunately, they found more damage inside the car which resulted in my car needing to be at the shop longer. Throughout the entire process, the staff was very helpful and communicated to me via text and phone, very prompt and professional from the mechanic Johnson himself, to the front desk lady who was also very helpful in helping me understand my insurance claim process. When I picked up my car it was VERY clean, on the inside AND outside. Vacuumed carpets even in the trunk, and very shiny paint, and the tires looked freshly waxed. I think they even repainted the hood of my car which was not included by the insurance estimate. I really appreciate the detail of care they put into my car. I discovered this place after checking out various other shops along the penninsula. Their estimate was less than 1/3 of what the others quoted. This is my second time using this shop. Each time I have been wowed by excellence! The first time was about a year ago after some wack job did a horrible job on my wife's car. USA Touch Up did a fantastic job on my Honda Odyssey. The minivan had damage on the sliding door and rear quarter panel from a faceoff with a metal pole. The pole won. There were dents, scrapes, and damage all the way to the bare metal. I brought the car in on Friday to start repair and got the car back on Tuesday looking brand new. Not only that, they washed the outside of the car and cleaned the inside of the car too! (Sorry for leaving such a big mess inside the car. I had no idea you guys would clean it. Thanks for doing such a great job!). The shop warranties their work with a lifetime warranty. They did a great job on my car. I was hit last week on the left bumper. The person that hit my car told me to come here so I did. She told me to ask for a guy she knew and I did. He was busy so someone else helped me. I specifically told him about the damage on the left side he immediately quoted me $500. I had additional damage in the middle and I asked how much would it be additionally to get that fixed and he said it would be included in the quote of $500 so I left my car there to get fixed. The person that was suppose to pay for the damage wasn't too happy so she called the shop. This morning I get a call saying that I didnt tell him about the damage on the left side and he quoted me for the entire bumper. So got recommended to USA Touch up and I was not disappointed. They walked me through everything and got my car fixed in a timely manner. And for 1/2 what the stupid Calliber people were asking for, since my car was deemed totalled since it's an old car, I had to pay kinda out of pocket. Let them fix my car " headlight , fender , pass. door, rear door, back bumper and front bumper, with new paint" . My car is Hyundai Elantra SEL 2021 RED. When I go to got the car, only one word I can say " Oh my God" it's incredible, look perfect that all I can say, I show my friend they don't know how they can fix like new and fast ( just 4 days), No one can see I have damage before. USA Touch Up has changed locations since I last visited years ago (I don't get into as many accidents these days, yay!), but their high level of customer service, the friendliness and professionalism of their staff, the quality and promptness of their work and their extremely reasonable prices has not changed. I dropped by to get an estimate on this dent on my car. (Background: Before my visit, I had already gotten an estimate from different place, a dent removal service, for $250 to remove said dent.) While I wasn't greeted immediately when I pulled in that long driveway and was kind of confused on where to go, when I was eventually greeted, it was nice and friendly. I was asked to back up, park and go to the office. I was greeted by the receptionist, who was warm and friendly. Vincent did my estimate and he initially quoted me $950 to fix that dent on my side panel. I asked if there was some "bandaid" fix he could do instead--I said "it doesn't have to be perfect, it's a Corolla, haha. I just want it to look less ugly/damaged/embarrassing." I asked if he could just "pop out" the dent. So he tried using this plunger-looking thing (LOL), to no avail...then he asked for my car keys to go try something else. 5 minutes later, VOILA! The dent is 80% better/smaller! Not perfect, but better--just as requested. For a quick 10-minute visit and no charge (I did offer), I am certainly not complaining! I am grateful, once again, to USA Touch Up for their amazing, fast, friendly work. Thank you! P.S. Given my poor track record, I must throw this out there: the dent was 100% NOT my fault. I just found it on my car one day--someone must've hit it while I was parked. Recommended spot for after/during: it's a 4-min drive to Japantown, 11-minute walk. Roy's Coffee is a cute spot to hang out, and Shuei-Do Manju Shop has the best peanut butter mochi, freshly made daily! Or, grab lunch at Hot Pot First Shabu and get the Spicy and Numbing broth and/or Premium Pork broth, and for meats, I highly recommend their pork! read more

After dealing with a different shop that was horrible, this place is literally heaven sent. I brought in my 2017 Honda Civic Hatchback. I had all the parts ready for them when I dropped it off. A day later, they called to tell me that they were going to start on my car. They also said they were going to deal with insurance for me, which made it less stressful on me. They took less than 2 weeks to finish my car. 1-2 weeks is fast, considering the work that my car needed. When I went to pick up my car, I noticed something wrong. I decided to leave it there for another day so they could fix it, but they fixed it in less than 2 hours. By the time they called me to pick it up again, it was 5pm. I didn't see the call until 515pm...15 mins before their closing time. I called back and they were willing to stay until 545 for me. I appreciate them for this. I'm so grateful for all the staff here! They're really nice and helpful, especially Vincent, he's an awesome guy to work with! The employees here are thorough with their work and are willing to work with you if there's anything wrong. They make everything less stressful. I definitely recommend this place! PS. They are simply amazing in their quality of work, courteousness and time efficiency. The had Tesla model 3 repair- the rear door got brushed against parking lot pole:( They were quick to estimate and do great job in 3 days!
