Wouldn't take me in without an appt, and I was a few min late to my "scheduled" appt and they said realistically it's a 3 hour wait now.. I gave the shop and the front desk plenty of opportunities to fix their mistake.

Call customer service and get told nothing they can do to get earlier, like tomorrow. Ask for manager and placed on for 15 minutes only to get told no one is answering the phone. Rep says I'll get a call in the AM. Not holding my breath. Even the tech will not respond to my text or call.
