I was able to remain efficient while working. I was able to listen to Nate handle calls over the phone while I was waiting. So kind and professional. I called and got a sarcastic young lady who said they could get me in a week later or I could drive an hour to get it to a facility. Meanwhile I have already paid. I spoke with a supervisor who tried to get things worked out (the one helpful person) and I received a message that I would have someone to my house the next morning... but that too was short lived when I received a different notification a few minutes later, again saying that I needed to have my truck to a facility an hour away.
