Once I got there he carefully looked at the pits and told me there was nothing to worry about -- they weren't deep enough to cause future problems. I got a chip in my windshield while driving on the highway. Since the chip was smaller than the…read moresize of a quarter, Safelite was able to repair it instead of replacing the whole windshield. I made my appointment online, which was pretty easy. I filled out the form and was also able to file the insurance claim through the process, which made everything more convenient. When I arrived, I waited in the lobby while the repair was being done. They had coffee, water, and Wi-Fi available, which was nice. I arrived around 9:45 AM and the repair was finished by 10:34 AM, so the whole visit was fairly quick. The technician who helped me was Edwin. He did a great job and explained everything clearly. He also let me know that there weren't any restrictions afterward, such as getting my car washed with a pressure washer. Overall, it was a smooth and easy experience. The repair was quick, the process was convenient, and Edwin provided great service. I forgot to take a before repair pic, but the after pic you can see the chip filled in.

So we got an appointment for 9:30 at the shop and when we got to this store the manager told us we don't have an appointment here. When we clearly have an appointment confirmed. May 22nd we confirmed the appointment which you can see in the screenshot . They said it was cancelled by safelite themselves. Day 2 of waiting my time. This place is terrible. Do not come here go to CALIBER COLLISION! They are great and helped us same day. We was glad to give them our service, they made 2,500$ off our business. That's what good business gets you. Please stay away from this establishment. Our time is worth more than money and safelite DOESNT VALUE EITHER OF THEM. Waste of time, completely unprofessional. Called Rocky the same day for a windshield repair, and he said he had availability the next morning. Next morning comes and Aren was very communicative about when he would arrive, keeping us updated with his ETA. He parked in the garage and set to work repairing the cracks and afterwards, sealing it. Total time was probably half an hour to an hour, and in the meanwhile he answered all our questions, and even offered us some tostada style chips covered in churro seasoning. The repair was finished in no time, and he was very honest about what it would look like and if it would disappear (spoiler alert: was a bad hit so it won't be invisible unfortunately) It was fine to me. They charged him for the repair, but right after leaving the shop, the error light came back on and the car started jerking. They replaced it again, and guess what? The same issue came back. At this point, it looks like they just shoved in bad batteries multiple times. Since my friend wasn't a "regular customer," maybe they thought they could get away with it. Now they avoid his calls, don't respond, and the Prius still doesn't drive properly.
