Called Rocky the same day for a windshield repair, and he said he had availability the next morning. Next morning comes and Aren was very communicative about when he would arrive, keeping us updated with his ETA. He parked in the garage and set to work repairing the cracks and afterwards, sealing it. Total time was probably half an hour to an hour, and in the meanwhile he answered all our questions, and even offered us some tostada style chips covered in churro seasoning. The repair was finished in no time, and he was very honest about what it would look like and if it would disappear (spoiler alert: was a bad hit so it won't be invisible unfortunately) It was fine to me. I called Fernando at D&R and he told me to bring it right in so he could take a look. Once I got there he carefully looked at the pits and told me there was nothing to worry about -- they weren't deep enough to cause future problems. I made my appointment online, which was pretty easy. I filled out the form and was also able to file the insurance claim through the process, which made everything more convenient. When I arrived, I waited in the lobby while the repair was being done. They had coffee, water, and Wi-Fi available, which was nice. I arrived around 9:45 AM and the repair was finished by 10:34 AM, so the whole visit was fairly quick. The technician who helped me was Edwin. He did a great job and explained everything clearly. He also let me know that there weren't any restrictions afterward, such as getting my car washed with a pressure washer. Overall, it was a smooth and easy experience. The repair was quick, the process was convenient, and Edwin provided great service. I forgot to take a before repair pic, but the after pic you can see the chip filled in.
