All Star Glass in Riverside is on point. On our way out of town someone threw a pipe from an overpass and shattered our windshield. We stopped in at that other auto glass repair. Their ads are misleading. They couldn't help us. Our windshield was a special order and it would take days to get. I called All Star Glass and they went above and beyond. Can't recall girls name on the phone at All Star Glass, but she made sure we were taken care of. She got us an appointment first thing the next morning. Tech was outstanding. All Star Glass replaced my windshield on my 2021 brand new car. I noticed that the whole piece of my view mirror was left loose after the appointment so I called to make another appointment to get that fixed. Today, they came to fix the view mirror, but the installer broke the windshield again trying to remove the view mirror. He said that was not his fault, but the windshield's because it's an AFTERMARKET, DEFECTIVE windshield. Even the installer gave it away that this company does not use dealership manufacturer windshields. Save your time or money and do not let these people replace your car's glass. Beware of using this glass company. They do NOT stand by their work. In May of 2016, I had my windshield replaced by All Star Glass. With the recent heat wave we've been having, my rear view mirror became detached from the windshield that All Star had previously replaced. Yes I know it's been 2 years and it's not a big deal. But I have previously lived in Palm Springs for 14 yrs. and have never had a mirror detach. I truly believe that when they replaced my windshield & reattached the rear view mirror. They did not use enough glue. I had to call another glass & pay them to properly reattached my mirror which they said they would guarantee, unlike All Star Glass. read more

A few months ago went to get my windshield replaced and they messed up the windshield wiper reservoir hose. They had sliced my hose and didn't even try to fix it, when putting the rubber seal back on it's missing screws. I will NEVER do business with them again. read more

I had Allstar replace them windshield on my 2015 Outback. Less than a year later it had stress cracks from faulty installation. They were extremely nice and agreed to replace it at no charge. After replacing it I moved out of state 1200 miles away. Now I have a new stress crack from faulty installation. Both times I have heard the windshield pop while driving (no rocks involved) which tells me the windshield was trying to adjust to the faulty installation. Driving on the 60 sucks. There are so many pickup trucks and 18 wheelers on the road, debris everywhere, and more aggregate trucks than I'd ever like to see. So it's not uncommon to get a rock chipping your windshield. All Star Glass was recommended to me by my insurance company when I noticed a small chip. (The insurance company will cover the repair of chips, so I was game). The glass guy came to my office and said that it was a shallow crack and wouldn't need to be repaired. They didn't even bill the insurance company for their visit. Then, six months later, I'm driving on the freeway and hear a blow. I look at the passenger's side and there's a bulls-eye chip and some cracking around it. Well, after calling my insurance company to get a claim number, I knew who to call. The person who answered wasn't the friendliest and doubted that they could fix it since the cracking spread just outside the size of a quarter, but sent a guy there that afternoon. Without hesitation, he fixed the chip - was in and out within 15 minutes, too. I've been driving around for about 6 months since and haven't had any problems, so I think he did a good job. In addition to fixing windshields, they'll also replace them. Their glass prices seemed pretty reasonable, too. read more

So I own a 1968 mustang, and I had just gotten it back from the shop after spending 4,000 on a paint job. A few days later after I got my car back I decided to give All Star Glass a call, they gave me a good quote and agreed to get both windshields replaced. The individual that showed up his name is PHILLIE SALCEDO He looked professional, until he asked me if I had a towel that I can borrow to lay it on my hood so that I can protect it (I thought it was a bit unprofessional that they didn't carry their own pad to protect the vehicle when installing the windows) I gave him the benefit of the doubt so whatever. The individual didn't even clean where the weather strip goes throughly he kinda dusted it off and that's all he did (mind you my car is a 68 Mustang so about 50 years old and still had the original weather strip). He installed the front one and moved on to the second one 3 hours later. When he got to the rear one it was the same deal, didn't bother cleaning it, and as an added gift he SCRATCHED THE HELL OUT OF MY CAR not a slight scratch, but a deep scratch down to the primer. He began to blame it on the clips because they weren't original but then again my car is 50 something years old and I doubt they're still making original clips! But okay I'll go back in time and tell Mr.Henry Ford to continue to make them originally because we are still driving cars in 2015 not flying around like they thought...getting off track sorry.. I asked him what had happened he never took responsibility but instead told me to "look at the positive and know that it's fixable and that it can be repainted" I told him that I knew that but I WAS GOING TO HAVE TO PAY THAT RIGHT? He agreed and I asked him for a receipt or point of contact to management. Needless to say I didn't get a receipt, since they took off my car is still scratched, and they never added caulking or sealer to the weatherstrips so now it leaks like hell when I wash it. I cannot recommend All Star Glass enough! I stopped in to see about a rock chip repair and was told that I needed an appointment. I thought that was fair enough and was ready to schedule one, but the lady who assisted me at the front ducked into the back to see if they could fit me in. They were able to do so and I was even happier to learn that they could fix the small crack without replacing the whole windshield. The icing on the whole cake was when the gentleman who did the repair replaced the encasement on the side of the windshield that had been broken and lost...free of charge. My car was broken into Friday night and my rear passenger window was smashed. Didn't know my insurance would cover something like that but gave them a call Saturday morning anyway. They directed me to Allstar glass but said they may not be able to fix it until Monday. Well Allstar called me as soon as Mercury Ins sent them the info and fixed my window that day, even staying passed there normal Saturday business hours to do it. Let me just say this. I requested a quote for a 2008 Toyota FJ Cruiser in July 2012. I was told the replacement would be $344.41. This damage was caused by a third party so I got a settlement check with that party to pay for this damage. Once I had the money in hand, I called one week later to set up an appointment and was told that the amount to replace the windhield was now $789.95 and they ignored all knowledge of the amount they quoted me the week prior. The company should be avoided. Their quotes cannot be trusted and in this case since I settled already with the third party I'm out for the additional money. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED. read more
