I read the reviews and looked at the pictures and decided to reach out for a quote. I emailed and called (that's just me, lol) and talked to Henry and Freya (both super nice) and got a more REASONABLE quote. They told me they'll order the part and that the part will be in the next day (today Wednesday 4.15.16) around 11a. I told them awesome and see you tomorrow around 11a. The next day arrived and immediately Henry knew exactly who I was took my keys and about 30-35 minutes later my vehicle was done. Went outside to view it and you couldn't tell it's not the original glass that came with the vehicle, that's how much of a perfect match they did. I'd definitely recommend this spot to anyone, if they need auto glass work done on their vehicles.

Very poor experience. I would not return to this shop. I…read morebrought my vehicle in for service and, when I attempted to pick it up, it would not start. Prior to the service, I had not experienced this issue. After the work was completed, the vehicle appeared to have an anti-theft or security system problem that prevented it from starting. Because I needed to get my vehicle running, I contacted a locksmith for assistance. Unfortunately, the situation escalated when the locksmith arrived. The interaction between the shop owner, his wife, and the locksmith became confrontational. The locksmith completed the work needed to get the vehicle running, and afterward the shop owner threw money at him. During this process, I was subjected to yelling, profanity, and what I perceived as threatening behavior from the owner. What disappointed me most was the lack of professionalism and customer service. I never demanded reimbursement, nor did I initially place blame on the shop. I simply wanted to understand what happened and get my vehicle operational. Instead of working toward a solution, the situation became unnecessarily hostile. Regardless of the mechanical issue itself, the way I was treated as a customer was unacceptable. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this business. Nor would I ever support such a place. Disgraceful.

They actually deserve 5+ stars! Here's how our story went…read morethat led us here. We were driving home to Essex, MD, from a nice vacation in Virginia. We were about 1/3 of the way when we saw balloons flying about the highway. We did not think too much of it until one hit our windshield . These balloons were the size of a hardball. What was going on was someone had put stones in them, just enough, and tossed them out of an open car window. One hit our windshield, and we got an immediate star that progressed to a 10" crack. The star could have been fixed, but not the crack. We now have a safety hazard that needs to be replaced. We called Safelite because of their reputation and made an appointment. The day came, and we took the suv in. They immediately pulled it into the service area with a prediction of 1 1/2 hours. It was done in 40 min. The waiting room was very clean and supplied with cold bottled water and a Keurig machine to make your own coffee or tea, a good assortment. Before we left, the technician explained there were 2 strips of tape about 10" long to keep the windshield in place, remove them after 2 days. Ok. We drove off after paying the deductible, then 2 days later removed the tape, we'll, it left the adhesive part on the roof from the sun baking it. We took it back, and they had the stuff to remove it. We were happy! You could not ask for better staff and friendly employees, each and everyone from start to finish.

The service technician, Thomas, said that he could not fix it as I would need a windshield shield replacement. He also said that he would talk to the customer service about refunding my money so that I could schedule the correct service. It has been a MONTH AND NO WORD HAS BEEN UTTERED or EMAILED ABOUT RETURNING MY PAYMENT. I have called the company multiple times only to be met with AI. I have emailed and I have had to drive to the location with the broken windshield. They will NOT return any phone calls NOR will they return your money which upsets me as a college student with chronic health issues. I have attached a photo which was taken on March 3rd.

UPDATE 7/18/2025:…read more Unfortunately, I have to downgrade my review. Last week my window failed to roll all the way up. I got it home and tried to roll it down to roll it all the way and....no dice. Since then I've been trying to contact Safelite to come out and fix the issue. It's only been three months since they replaced my driver's side window, and they have a warranty. But you can't follow through with the warranty if you are unable to reach them. I started by 'chatting' with a representative on their website. She referred me to customer service. I found a page on their website to put my information in to follow up on a warranty, but my information was not recognized. So, after receiving the error message listing a number to call, I did in fact call the number. I went through a series of prompts but was relieved that I would finally be able to speak with somebody. NOPE. After about 5 prompts I was directed back to the website, and then it hung up. Wow. I found the phone number on my phone of when I was contacted by Safelite and called THAT number. I could not leave a message because there was no voicemailset up. Wow, again. At this point I'm not getting a warm fuzzy about their customer service. So, deal with them at your own risk. I'm going to keep trying to contact SOMEBODY in the Safelite chain and I'll update accordingly.

I brought my 2015 BMW M4 in…read morefor PPF specifically to protect the carbon fiber roof, which was in flawless condition beforehand. Unfortunately, the result was extremely disappointing. Beyond contaminants and poor finishing, the biggest issue is that the roof itself was cut into during the install. There are clear, visible cut marks in the carbon fiber--damage that was not there prior. This is completely unacceptable and shows a serious lack of care and professionalism. A carbon fiber roof is one of the most sensitive and expensive panels on the car, and cutting into it during a PPF install should never happen. What made the situation worse was the response. There was no accountability from management or staff, and instead of addressing the issue professionally, I was met with dismissiveness. To make matters even more disappointing, one of the employees went as far as making inappropriate comments about my vehicle--completely unprofessional and unacceptable behavior. I've trusted this shop for years, but the quality and customer service have clearly declined. I'm now dealing with damage to a panel that was previously perfect. I hope they take responsibility and make this right, but based on this experience, I cannot recommend them.
