Came here as a result of someone hitting my parked car in a shopping center lot. I was looking for a reputable place to get the repairs done and I came across Dynamic Collision Services. Hubby spoke to someone over the phone and they were pleasant and offered plenty of assistance. One good thing is that was located 5 minutes away from me so it was convenient to drop off my vehicle. Another is that they had an Enterprise rental car office onsite and the vehicle was ready for me to pick up as I dropped my vehicle off for repair. Amed was the shop rep that greeted me warmly and proceeded to bring my vehicle indoors as it was raining heavily outside, and describe what services would be used to repair my vehicle. They gave me a 9 day window from start to completion and sent text messages to me on the vehicle's progress, which I really appreciated. Another bonus was that my vehicle was ready three days ahead of time, which was great, but Amed called to tell me something didn't meet their standard with the molding around my wheel and he needed to order new molding and reinstall, which only took an afternoon. I was impressed. When my vehicle was ready, I received a call to come pick it up. I was greeted by a pleasant receptionist and was given a copy of the detailed work that was done for my records. A service rep came out greeted me, and we walked to my vehicle, where he described the work that was completed, the do's and dont's of taking care of a freshly painted vehicle and to let me know they give a lifetime warranty on the work completed, even if the car is transferred to a new owner. Returning the rental vehicle I had was as easy as returning the key to the receptionist as they sent me an electronic copy of the rental ageeement. Absolutely amazing service. I got into a car crash early March and my insurance recommended a few body repair shops and after looking at reviews for each one on Google dynamic collision was the shop that I chose. All of the work that I had to get done, which was replacing my bumper, my passenger tail light and my side panel to my car along with a wiring issue that was connected to my tail light took two months to complete. My car was finished on the estimated date, and when I went to go pick it up, it looked brand new like nothing ever happened, the car was cleaned very nicely on the inside and outside. I even left some money in the car on accident and everything was still there and untouched. The customer service that I received was absolutely superb from walking into the door being greeted by the receptionist with warm welcomes and my specialist, Rob, who kept me up-to-date with my car repairs , I would 100% recommend going to this body shop for any repairs you may need they are absolutely amazing. read more

I truly have terrible luck with cars- plants get thrown at them, hit and run's knocking off my side mirrors, needing a new bumper after being rear ended, etc. Dynamic has always not only taken care of me, but gone above and beyond. Courtney is the most efficient receptionist and she makes sure her clients are taken care of. Enterprise didn't have my rental vehicle available at the time I dropped off my car, and she got me a new reservation. When they took longer than they said to drop off the vehicle, she called them for a follow up before I had even said anything about having to wait. Rob is also amazing- really everyone there is. I was in a super minor accident but there was visible damage to my car and I chose to get it fixed. I went through the other persons insurance since I wasn't at fault and selected Dynamic from their network of repair shops. It was super out of my way but I care more about service than connivence and they had great reviews. The process was pretty easy and they made sure to be very communicative and thorough since the insurance wasn't being either. All in all I had three visits, the estimate, dropping my car off and picking my car up. Enterprise is also on site so getting and returning the rental was super easy! The guy I worked with (Danny) was very personable and kept me updated via email (my preference) every step of the way! They even finished my car a day early and washed it for me. I will say when you go through something as stressful as an accident, no matter how minor it is, you want the rest of the process to be as painless as possible and Dynamic was sure to do that! These guys are the best in town! While at a holiday party, a person had tripped and fell into my driver side rear door. It resulted in a few sizable dents about the size of a fist. I took my car into Dynamic Collision for a paintless dent repair, hoping for the best. In under 24 hours, I was able to come pick up my car. When I got there, the dent was completely gone. Helped straighten out miscommunication with my auto insurance company agents who were not performing. Coordinated my repair early in the morning so it could be finished while I waited so I did not have to rent a car. Allowed me to use the conference room so I could get work done while I waited. I've unfortunately had to come here 3 times in the last 8 months for various car calamities- a hit and run, someone took off my side view mirror, and most recently an amazon driver backed into my parked car - but luckily the wonderful staff and service here made all those experiences way less painful. 99% of the time I do not write any review. but for this one I felt like I have to let people know before they take their cars to this auto shop. The 4.9 rating they have now I think is fake. 1. I dropped my car of on Oct,2020. they told me about 1 week to fix and replace my driver side mirror and the mirror is going to be a used mirror. after few days l called them ask if my car is going to finish on time. they told me mirror is delay. 2 weeks later I picked up my car. I found out the paint job was terrible, and I ask for $50 refund and they gave me $50. I should ask more because the paint job is bad...I don't think they clean it before they paint it over...you can see all the dust and over paint... 2. every time when I drive 35mph or more I hear whistling song...so I check the new mirror. it is genuine part not from used Toyota. so I called them. you can guess the story after that...~!~ 3. toady 12/4/2020 all my windows and door lock stop working and it was raining. one of my window was down i just could not get it back up cuz all the switch does not work. my seat and door panel all wet... I checked all the relay(fuse) they are all good take me 20mins. so I know it got to be the switches by the driver side handle. so I grab my plastic pry tools out. 1st i pooped the hand rest on door panel. then you know what i saw the wires are not connected. it was working before so i think when they were replacing my mirror they did not put the connector back good... so it slid off when i was driving. so I pushed connector back till i heard a click song...it was not easy thro... no wonder why they did not try hard to connect them... so i called them today after i fixed it. ask for manager. he said he is the own of the company. so i told him what happened. do you know what he said? guess... he said if they are not connected the windows wont work...and i said were you licensing...the connectors were not connect all the way so work before after they slid off of course not working now. i think i am stupid. so i told him. it's like my son ask me why he could not hear teacher talking using his headphone. i asked my son did it work before? he said yes. so i told him push it alway in. he told me working now...the boss(owner) was mad...you can tell by the way he is talking to me... I just want to let you (the people) know from my own experience. do not trust the reviews the rating... only time when people do the rating is when they are upset like myself. do you give someone 5 star rating when you mad... the answer is no...(and sorry my grammar is bad by reading it) read more

I was impressed immediately from the website to the customer waiting area (nothing like any kind of typical car shop). Danny was amazing and everyone I spoke to was always pleasant and helpful. My car was done more then a week early and my out of pocket cost was almost half the quoted estimate.
