I had already wrote the review below but several interactions happened following it so just reinforcing. I initially received a quote for weather strip replacement on both sides at $200 inclusive of parts and labor. However, upon their visit, only the driver's side was replaced. When I inquired about the passenger side, I was informed it would cost an additional $100. I declined, paid the initially agreed $200, and left an honest review. Following this, I received numerous messages, presumably from the owner, requesting the review's removal which that alone, was even more unprofessional. Despite their offer to replace the other side for free, I declined due to adhesive issues on the replaced side, which is now coming off. The overall workmanship was subpar, reinforcing my lack of trust in their services. Scheduled with installer to fix problem with driver side front window, as the window was no longer rolling up. Installer was mobile, so scheduled repair at my wife's work. The installer was a no show and didn't call until he was over an hour late. By that point my wife was close to heading home for the day. Installer had already ordered the part so we agreed to reschedule. Repaired window on 2nd attempt, so I thought. Within 6 months window stopped working, I estimate we only used the window 20-30 times before it broke down again. Contacted installer, he promised to fix window in a text if I bought the parts. Then installer would never return text or call to schedule install. Attempted to reach him 3-4 times over several weeks, explaining that the window stuck in the down position so it was urgent that I needed it repaired. He never responded. He didn't stand behind his work or honor his promise to take care of the problem. read more

He noticed that the molding around the windshield was not the correct molding (which i knew too from the previous replacement...the previous guy used the wrong molding). Friday night I noticed a chip on my windshield (about the size of a dime) after taking my car to the carwash. On Saturday, I went out to my car and the dime sized chip had turned into a full on 18 inch crack! I called my insurance company and they told me they only cover chips, not windshield replacement. They said if I wanted them to cover a windshield replacement, I'd have to pay my $500 deductible (which doesn't make sense since a new windshield costs a fraction of that), so I obviosuly decided to pay out of pocket. I called around and Auto Glass Solutions was the best deal. I was apprehensive since it actually sounded like too good of a deal, but he sounded like he knew what he was doing and even offered me a $25 discount if I didn't mind waiting until today (versus same day service), so I ended up paying $200 and mobile service is free. Another company I had called wanted $305 for the windshield installation, a $25 mobile service fee, and they weren't available for another five days. The installation only took 25-30 minutes, and I'm very pleased with the new windshield. I was expecting to get some cheap looking (TJ style) windshield, but the one they installed looks identical to the stock windshield. I even looked up the cost of a new stock windshield and it was $1,100! I'm glad that I decided to go with Auto Glass Solutions. read more

Saw lots of good reviews on yelp ! But had strange experience, Poor service, gave me quote for over the phone $55 and when I paid he said it is $75, $20 additional for his TAXES ! (everyone has to pay their fair share of taxes) it's against the law to collect additional funds for paying with credit card. Two small chips on windshield, filled the chips but it's absolutely visible from even 10 ft away. Extremely poor workmanship. Will not recommend and will not use it again. Rami was in contact with me the whole time and dropped the price from $320 to $300 if i paid in cash. Of course i was going to take that deal. The only problem was that my appointment was at 10AM and they arrived slightly late, but it wasn't a big issue for me i just wanted my window repaired.
