I don't usually write reviews but I made a Yelp account just to leave this one. I had my windshield replaced through insurance and found them through the GEICO app since they are one of their referred glass shops. I had a horrible experience before with Safelite so I was a little worried, but I noticed Connect Auto Glass right across the street and decided to give them a try. Best decision I made. They made the whole process easy and handled everything with the insurance. No stress at all. The price was more than fair for the quality of work and service I got. Definitely great value. Everyone there was friendly and welcoming from the moment I walked in. They treated me with respect and made me feel comfortable. The work was done fast and it looks perfect. If you need a windshield replacement I definitely recommend them. They really take care of their customers. read more

Even sent screenshots and had all the information to make me feel represented. I am a woman, 35, sure an adult but I don't know anything about cars. This company, and he himself, made it so easy. Kia, did not. But he did. I was able to have someone take my car in while I was gone and she said she was greeted by name (even though it wasn't me we happen to share the same name so it worked) and he was done in an hour? Maybe a bit more. But she even talked about how friendly and easy it was. The process sucks, let it suck less with connect auto glass. (If you use that slogan lemme know) read more

Update: a piece of sealing rubber started flapping on my windshield (pictured) right after I called about the scratch. I took my car back in and was met with anger and rudeness from the get go. I didn't even mention the scratch, as I did not expect that to be fixed. I was told that the rubber will continue to come off because my car is 8 years old. When I asked why this issue wasn't addressed with the replacement process, I was met with further anger to the point where I said I felt it necessary to call a friend because I felt unsafe. I was then told I wasn't welcome there and that my windshield wouldn't be fixed. I'm very disappointed and see that others have been given this same treatment. Do NOT come here. The customer service was great and service was prompt - I was able to get in on the same day that I called. The price was also very reasonable and matched the quote I was given. I did notice at the end of my drive home that there was a small scratch on the inside of my new windshield that I didn't notice before I left the shop, as I didn't see it until it caught the sun. It is quite small, but I did just pay for a brand new windshield and I expected it to be spotless. I called the next morning to discuss it and was met with zero apologies or effort to fix the situation in any way. I explained that it's on the inside of the windshield and it could not have occurred from anything on the drive; it is clearly a scratch from handling. I was told that it became only my responsibility the second I left the lot. I guess I'll be more careful in inspecting work next time I take my car in, but it definitely will not be to this shop. read more

The window repair they did has been falling apart since. The rubber on the windows has been nonexistent and the window itself is falling apart. Very unhappy with the quality of work. I do not recommend this company for window repairs. read more

Great place to take your vehicle to get a window or windshield replaced! Mario did a great job of walking me through potential options to replace my broken windshield. I found out that I would be able to have my broken windshield replaced by my insurance company WITHOUT it impacting my insurance rates. Sharing this information with me literally saved me hundreds of dollars that I would have otherwise paid out of pocket for. I went with this company because they quoted about $10-$20 less than others to fix a starburst chip in my windshield. Turns out, you get what you pay for, as the process for filling in a chip can involve lots of care and time, heat application, drying, resin maneuvering, or you can just do a fast job. They spent very little time, only 15 mins. The chip looked better when it was first completed, but within 10 minutes of driving away, the starburst immediately reappeared. We called the company while on the road and were brusquely told that we took a chance, it just didn't work and they don't guarantee anything. They didn't offer to look at it again or put the $50 we paid towards a windshield replacement. I wouldn't use this company again. read more

Great level of communication from the beginning to the end. There was an immediate need on my part and there was an immediate day available. Laid out clear expectations for the service and what areas were going to be needed to replaced in my van. We had a brief tour around the van so that we'd be clear on what work needed to be done, what prior existing scratches were around the windshield of the van, and what other areas on the interior trim that would be affected by the repair. It was quick and efficient work that was about an hour. There was an adjacent room in the facilities for those who needed to wait. It was clean, cozy, and there was a tv for ambient entertainment. Overall, really great experience and really happy with the work. The cost of my repair for the van windshield was fair and reasonable. I also learned that there is a raging debate about cure time regarding window glue and that cheap glues require curing because of it's chemical composition. read more
