Hey even though I don't know you. I know that sinking feeling you have right now. This literally happened to me 3 hrs ago. I walked outside only to discovered my back windshield is completely shattered. I had a disappointing experience with Diamond Auto Glass. I was told that ADAS calibration would be an additional $25, but after calling other shops I learned calibration typically costs around $150. That pricing felt misleading and not transparent. On top of that, they don't actually handle full calibration themselves, which wasn't clearly explained upfront. I ended up having to go elsewhere to get it done properly. I would not recommend if you need a complete windshield replacement with calibration. read more

The sole owner of the shop, Ryan came to my house just a few hours after I called him. He replaced my windshield fast but with care. His prices can't be beat. He knows what he is doing and is very humble. While he was working on my windshield I asked if he could repair my rear automatic windshield regulators, causing the windows to not rolling up or stay up. He said yes and gave me a quote 50% cheaper than what my usual mechanic quoted. He said he'll come tomorrow to do the work. Unfortunately, so many reviews of service shops have hundreds of paid reviews, so their website floats to the top. Ryan refuses to do that, relying solely on his honest reviews from his customers. These guys are the best! 5 years ago they replaced the windshield in my Yaris at my house and there were no leaks or problems. A few weeks ago I caught a stone and cracked that windshield. It had a familiar Elite Yelper who recommended the place. 3. Affordable I read in previous reviews that they came to the house, Fanar scheduled me to come to his business. I was quickly greeted by Fanar when I arrived. They were working on two other cars when I parked. Sanda and Basha worked on my car. I waited in the office and watched them work. They were pretty quick, it took less than an hour. The window is not the same brand as my car but looks like the original window. My brother was able to Facetime with me and check out their work, he said it looked great. There is a warranty on the window. Unprofessional and predatory tactics used. I scheduled a replacement for my rear window of a model Y Tesla hatch. He told me I could have it done the same day. Well, that didn't happen and he did not call me back to let me know the glass didn't come in. The next day we schedule an appt for 10:30am. He calls and reschedules for a later time that day and tells me it will take an hour to complete. Once I arrive, he tells me that he may get an error from Tesla's software and if he gets the error the only way I fix it is by taking it to Tesla and paying $200. Thanks for letting me know that on the phone...he did not. I reluctantly leave my car. I return one hour later and he's not done. 1.5 hours in he states that there is a glass sound when he closes the hatch because glass is trapped in the car frame and he can't get it out. I listen to the hatch door closing and it sounds like someone stepping on glass. I tell him this is not a professional job and he must fix it. He says it's not his fault and he can't do anything to fix it. I tell him I'm not satisfied and he says ok I can take the glass out and you can get it done somewhere else knowing that same day appts are not possible. I tell him I need to drive the car to see how it sounds while driving. I drive the car and it sounds like legos are sloshing around in the tail of the frame! I bring it back and tell him to take the window out and he says I wasted HIS time! He couldn't complete the job and I have passed up other appts to get the window replaced by this bozo?????? Have used this company several times to replace windshields and today the service was not as good. Just had my car detailed yesterday and when they finished installing the windshield and I got inside my car there was mud everywhere. All over the door jam, on the front driver side carpet and passenger side floor. As part of a service I think you should leave a job as clean if not cleaner than when you found it. When I sent him the photos of how I found it he asked if I had gone to a car wash or had it professionaly detailed. When I responded with profesionaly detailed he said we will do better next time.
