When I inquired about the passenger side, I was informed it would cost an additional $100. I declined, paid the initially agreed $200, and left an honest review. Following this, I received numerous messages, presumably from the owner, requesting the review's removal which that alone, was even more unprofessional. Despite their offer to replace the other side for free, I declined due to adhesive issues on the replaced side, which is now coming off. The overall workmanship was subpar, reinforcing my lack of trust in their services. The experience was unprofessional and unreliable, with a noticeable discrepancy in the quality of the work performed.

Before giving the details of my visit, I'd like to provide 1 paragraph of context first. In October of last year, I purchased a 2026 Hyundai Palisade Calligraphy. Four days later, I got a crack over the A-pillar of my windshield that spread and required a new windshield. Because the vehicle was so new, I could only replace the windshield at Hyundai. It took me 6 weeks, more than 40 phone calls and 3 in-person visits to 4 Hyundai dealers to get it replaced. The part WAS available, but Hyundai's service departments no longer answer their phones with people. It was a horrible, frustrating experience. So when I got a ship in the replacement windshield less than 7 months later, I was terrified of needing to go back to Hyundai. I immediately called a few glass shops about crack repairs. I didn't mention I had insurance, because I wanted to see who would be the fairest priced. Sam offered me both the best price, and the best response over the phone "I'll try to save your windshield." The chip was not in a great location (just over the dashboard) and the crack had already begun to spread, so it was a tough repair. When I arrived, Sam took time to explain the process to me, as well as any possible risks. He didn't obligate me to proceed, he gave me the option to do so with full disclosure. He mentioned that some people don't like this approach - they would prefer to just be told "everything will be OK." I understand that, but I will say that personally I MUCH prefer being given the accurate information and then having the opportunity to make my own decision with no pressure. Obviously, I proceeded with the repair despite the risks, since NOT doing the repair would have just guaranteed that I needed a replacement. When the repair was complete, it looked great. The crack was barely visible (an unexpected but happy outcome for me), and it has now held for over a week of driving. It is clear to me that Sam takes pride in performing great service, at a fair price, to fully informed customers. I don't know what more you could ever ask for!

Our garage is detached, so we could not lock our old patio doors, meaning if we wanted to use our garage, we either had to leave the house unlocked or walk around the block to our front door. We were told by all the other contractors that our doorway was a weird size, and that they were unable to install the doors without cutting into our drywall and stucco and removing our patio stairs. We were also told this would be a project that took multiple days. I posted our other quotes to Yelp to see if other contractors could beat it, and Sivan responded. Oded from Sivan came in and confirmed what I suspected: That what we were told by other contractors was wrong, and that they could easily replace our sliding patio doors with French doors with a lock, and that it could be done via retrofitting and would only take a matter of hours. Everyone at Sivan was easy to work with. My husband and I frequently have meetings during the day, so it's hard to have a call about house stuff. Everyone at Sivan was able to communicate via e-mail and text so we could handle things while in meetings, and they were super responsive even though we sometimes took months to respond because we had a baby since we originally reached out to them. We were able to get our doors done for $4,298.80, which was the best quote we had from any contractor and included labor, materials, and a warranty. Huge shoutout to Diamond Auto Glass for proving that even a basic windshield install on my 2006 Toyota Tacoma with zero sensors, cameras, or calibration can still somehow be messed up. This guy talks like he works on all these brand-new high-tech vehicles, but apparently a simple old Tacoma was too advanced. Got quoted one price over the phone, then somehow the total changed when the work was finished. But at least I got offered a "cash discount," so I went and pulled cash thinking I was dealing with someone trustworthy. The attention to detail was incredible too -- glass shards left all over the seats and interior, plus black glue smudges everywhere inside the truck. Nothing like sitting down and finding tiny glass pieces stuck in your skin because the cleanup was apparently optional. When I called him about it, he said he'd call me back. It's been over a week now, so I'm assuming he's still figuring out how to clean up a Tacoma. read more

I was in search of a place to fix my front windshield and i chose these guys because they do Porsche's, and high end sports cars. I asked them if they would honor another shops sale, and they said sure why not. On insurance windshield glass claims they waived the deductible and use the highest quality Pilkington glass available because I asked them to. That was 911 windshield sale price. These guys did everything I asked them to do, and straightened out the trim that the other guys left crooked. These guys gave me a really high-quality service and I was really grateful for it. The best thing about it is I don't have to pay a dime and they go on their merry way. Fanar from Diamond Auto Glass replaced my windshield and said my vehicle did not require calibration. The job took about 30 minutes. Afterward, I contacted my mechanic, the dealership, and another repair shop, and all three said calibration was required after windshield replacement. One shop noted that calibration alone can take about an hour. The conflicting information left me concerned about the accuracy of what I was told. When it comes to safety systems and driver-assistance features, customers should receive clear guidance. TL;DR - Ryan fixed the windshield. I would recommend him to others. Ryan came out to take a look at my wife's SUV (BMW X3). It's an expensive windshield to replace ($1600-2200 dealer quote). It was a small repair about the size of a quarter. After looking at he said it was about an 80-90 %chance to fix, the repair could make it worse. If he couldn't fix it he would not charge me. He's very honest. I said go ahead. About 20 minutes later the repair was done. No problems. I would recommend Ryan and Diamond Auto Glass to anyone. read more
