Fried to order, not sitting under heat lamps. Not greasy or oily at all and so moist. The mashed potatoes are good and the gravy tastes a little like Thanksgiving gravy. The coleslaw is just OK to us. And it is all you can eat and you can ask for wings, thighs, whatever. It is a short wait as they fry to order, but worth it. Highly recommend this dinner special. My wife just tried the Fat Piggy Press sandwich ($17.99) the other day. Oh is this good!
