    1 Star I would…read morestrongly advise anyone considering Empire Nissan of Bay Ridge to think twice before doing business with this dealership. I canceled my Road Vantage contracts in November 2025 and was owed a refund totaling $2,044.73. According to the written cancellation confirmation I received from Road Vantage, the refunds were processed and sent to Empire Nissan of Bay Ridge on January 21, 2026, and the dealership cleared both payments on February 6, 2026. More than six months later, I am still waiting for my money. Throughout this process, I have dealt with Joel (salesperson), Dwayne (Finance Manager), and Reggie (General Manager). Instead of resolving the issue, I have been given excuse after excuse and constantly passed around without receiving a clear answer or my refund. Every time I follow up, I get the same runaround while the dealership continues to hold money that, according to the documentation, was already received and cleared. The email from Road Vantage clearly states that: Contract DAR03759044 refund: $858.73 Contract DAR03759046 refund: $1,186.00 Total refund owed: $2,044.73 Refunds were sent to the dealership on 1/21/2026 The dealership cleared both payments on 2/6/2026 Despite having written proof that the funds were received, Empire Nissan of Bay Ridge has still not paid me what I am owed. This is completely unacceptable and demonstrates a lack of professionalism, accountability, and respect for customers. If management truly cares about customer service, they should stop making excuses and finally release the refund that has been overdue for months. Until then, I cannot recommend this dealership to anyone. I have documentation and email evidence supporting everything stated in this review.

They are warm and inviting and really make you feel like you matter! When I came in for my appointment I was warmly greeted by Jorge and also the Manager Marco. Jorge was pleasant and friendly and truly embodies the idea of customer service. Marco personally followed up with me since my part was on back order for months. He secured the hard to get item for me in a matter of days and took charge of the situation. 5 stars all across the board!

Our Chevy Camaro has been at this dealership for over 18 days due to…read morea serious transmission issue between 7th and 8th gear at highway speeds, and they have completely failed to diagnose or fix the problem. The mechanic refused to take the car to the legal speeds necessary to replicate the issue--despite the fact that there are multiple highways nearby (such as I-95, Garden State Parkway, and I-87) where the speed limit is 65 mph. If the mechanic refuses to drive the car at the required speed, it's either because he's too lazy to do his job or because he already knows the car isn't safe to drive and doesn't want to admit it. Either way, we are left without a working vehicle and no real answers. To make matters worse, we escalated the issue to the General Manager, who was not only completely unhelpful but also condescending throughout the conversation. Instead of taking the situation seriously, he tried to turn this into a sales opportunity rather than actually fixing the problem we already have. We have formally requested all paperwork related to my car's sale, service, and the mechanic's refusal to diagnose the issue properly (which we have not yet received). If this dealership won't take accountability, we will escalate further. Avoid this place at all costs unless you want to be ignored, mistreated, and left with an unresolved vehicle issue.

Miguel and Evan carefully walked me through all of the technology features of my new 2026 SQ5, helped connect everything, and ensured the Audi app was set up and functioning perfectly before I left. Their patience and expertise made the transition into my new vehicle seamless. I absolutely love my 2026 SQ5. The vehicle itself is INCREDIBLE, but what truly makes the experience special is the team behind it. Having such caring, knowledgeable, and professional people helping us every step of the way was the icing on the cake. This is now my third Audi, and each experience has reinforced why I continue to come back. The vehicles are OUTSTANDING, but the customer service at Audi Brooklyn is what keeps me loyal to the brand. To be fair, my salesperson Mark was professional and respectful throughout the process. However, my issue is with the finance side of the deal. I had already applied for a loan with Bank of America the morning before going to the dealership. Since I didn't receive a response in time, I proceeded with the purchase at the dealership. During financing, the manager, Ally, presented me with an interest rate of 6.99%. When I questioned the rate--especially given my credit score of around 820--I was told that the rate was set by the bank and that nothing could be done. The following Monday, I received my approval directly from Bank of America at 5.5%--a significantly lower rate, and notably from the same bank used through the dealership. This raises serious concerns about transparency. It appears the rate may have been marked up, and I was not given accurate information at the time of purchase. As a consumer, that feels misleading and unfair. I've attempted to contact the dealership to address this and potentially correct the financing terms, but I have not received a response. Buyers should be very cautious and ensure they secure their own financing ahead of time. Transparency matters, and unfortunately, that was lacking in my experience. I am currently escalating this with the lender and corporate because this situation does not seem right. After the initial assessment with insurance, they even applied for supplemental reimbursement because the damage was underquoted. Once the assessment by insurance was done, they completed the work on my car within days. Joey was so pelasant to communicate with, she was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Most importantly, job on the car was perfect. There's a whole side of my car that looks brand spankin new. Paint job was really remrkable. Top off with an oil change and car wash without charge. I am never going anywhere else for body work after this. I am so lucky I found them.

I called service to make an appointment for a known issue with the thermostat. My mechanic found it in about 10 seconds while scanning the car due to the check engine light being on. He told me, since the car is under warranty, to bring it to the dealer. I called, and the woman who scheduled the appointment (who was very nice) told me to drop it off at 8:45 AM and that I would have it back the same day, the latest by closing. Sounds reasonable, right? Well... Thursday morning, I get there, and the service advisor tells me it will take 24-48 hours just to run diagnostics, most likely 48 hours. I questioned it since the issue was already identified and I was told same day turnaround. He said that was incorrect. I asked if I would at least have it by end of day Friday. His response? "Maybe, maybe Monday." Four days? Are you kidding? So you are telling me you are keeping my car for up to four days because you need to run diagnostics for something that was already diagnosed in seconds? I need my car for the weekend, so I left. The following week I brought it to Staten Island Mazda, they did the job in 24 hours, no games, no nonsense, just fixed it, and they even washed my car! Night and day difference. If the person booking appointments is misinformed, that's on Bay Ridge Mazda, train them better. If the service department cannot be transparent or chooses not to be, that is also on them. Either way Bay Ridge Mazda is at fault here. Never using Bay Ridge Mazda again.

We all know that there is currently a car shortage due to the microchip explosion in japan so it's been super hard to get a car without forking out an arm and a leg. Many brokers gave me a run around about helping me before I went to Alex. After going back and forth on whether or not I wanted the car or not Alex was very patient. After making the decision and making the deposit my car arrived and was ready for delivery in about a month. It did take some time because of the car shortage/inventory shortage, which I did not mind at all. Otherwise if they had the car it's usually delivered in about a few days. It's been an amazing experience. Skip the middle man and go to a broker! Cannot recommend alex enough.
