As based on reviews, we heard this is one of the better credit unions of the area. We were helped by an employee named Austin. And he was amazing!! My bf has never been with a credit union so we were asking for Austin to explain everything to us. And Austin went above and beyond to explain every single process and to make us feel comfortable and safe with this bank. Austin's customer service provided was an easy 10/10. I am not sure why this branch doesn't have a good review as we are more than satisfied with the service received by Austin!

Overwhelmed, I contacted BECU to see if my HELOC amount could be increased. After a very reassuring, lovely phone call, it appeared that I would qualify for a larger amount that could cushion the blow of these unforeseen expenses and allow me to complete the project. Received a phone call today letting me know that, because the project is currently ongoing, they can't complete the application--even though the representative I first spoke with assured me this would not be a problem, and it happens all the time. Between the time I spoke with the first representative and today, I've signed off on and committed to paying for the full renovation. How am I going to be able to pay for this? It takes BECU at least a month to process new applications. Feeling completely betrayed and misled by BECU. Horrible.

Also learned you can't update any information via online banking, you also have to visit certain locations or they won't treat you with respect. We needed a bridge loan to move quickly on a property that suited us perfectly and their loan product allowed us to secure a competitive interest rate using our current home as collateral. All other Banks or Credit Unions use HELOC products for loans of this nature and they simply aren't made for a transaction of this size. We are extremely happy with the work WaFd did for us and I highly recommend them.

Even though I was not an account holder they were welcoming and more than willing to help. There were issues with the check I was trying to cash, so multiple phone calls had to be made. They all teamed up to help me get the matter resolved, and in the end, I was able to cash my check. As I was about to leave, I turned around and open new accounts with my new bank. Since the last time I checked this banks Yelp page I changed all my credit card processing to Umpqua. I'm very very pleased with all that too! The devices my employees carry to run credit cards are perfect!! They're very small, they Bluetooth so no need to take the phone case off to run a credit card! The battery lasts for weeks! It works every time AND it accepts all forms of payment such as Apple Pay, Android, all major cc's, chip and swipe cards! Pretty award one huh!!!! All of my employees use them to cash their checks and stuff and they all like them so much almost all of them have set up accounts too!! I was with them thru the change from Sterling to Umpqua Bank and honestly, they've always been great! I accidentally came across their reviews when looking something up on the website and I see some that are 3 or less? That's just crazy, I've done thousands of transactions with them in pretty much every branch in the area and they've been better than any bank I've ever been to. Finally she had fixed it. Later that day tried to used my debit and didn't work my account was telling me I didn't have a debit card. I call BOA again explain my situation the lady expedite a debit with no pin in it or never mansion i need it a new one.. today I visited 4 BOA last one couldn't re-issue a pin that takes 5 min waited in line and to tell me was an hour wait.. thanks Bank of America

I'll take the responsibility that I had not thoroughly checked the car before purchasing. But they had let me know the car was perfectly sound and no issues so to my surprise that the trunk wouldn't open, the fans didnt work, and the car died on me on my way home from the dealer. Luckily they took my car back to give me a new battery, it took 2 weeks for that. And they had promised they'd fix my trunk but we'd have to split the cost, which would be $400 out of my pocket, since they had to buy a new battery. Of course I never went back and got it quoted from a real auto body shop and it was cheaper then what trucks plus asked. And they took my license holder from my front bumper after I bought it. So I honestly wouldn't advise buying a vehicle from them. Luckily I've been blessed enough to take care of the car I bought but I definitely am paying too much for what I got.
