Bought a car from them a few years ago and I wish I could give them zero stars. After this being my first car purchase through a dealership I can say it was one of the worst experiences. I'll take the responsibility that I had not thoroughly checked the car before purchasing. But they had let me know the car was perfectly sound and no issues so to my surprise that the trunk wouldn't open, the fans didnt work, and the car died on me on my way home from the dealer. Luckily they took my car back to give me a new battery, it took 2 weeks for that. And they had promised they'd fix my trunk but we'd have to split the cost, which would be $400 out of my pocket, since they had to buy a new battery. Of course I never went back and got it quoted from a real auto body shop and it was cheaper then what trucks plus asked. And they took my license holder from my front bumper after I bought it. So I honestly wouldn't advise buying a vehicle from them. Luckily I've been blessed enough to take care of the car I bought but I definitely am paying too much for what I got. read more

We reached a mutually agreable price, paid for it, and drove home with no issues. I have lived in the pacific northwest for over 40 years and purchased many vehicles from reputable and terrible dealers, but this one was the worst by far in ripping me off. I purchased a 2008 Gmc hybrid which hindsight should have been a red flag as they covered up the check engine diagnosis codes resetting them to sell it. Paid 8991. Sad thing is I traded in an awesome 2004 gmc yukon. in the 8 months Ive own the hybrid it has been useful for 2. I have had catastrophic failure of the engine, tranny and hybrid battery to the tune of $16,800. I submitted a BBB complaint which I am sure they will weasel out of. The only way to improve this is to put Miguel on leave and have him go through customer service training or get rid of him for the worst case of customer service with a customer that has been looking for a car for a long time and is a little vulnerable and has a lame story but it's a true one. My experience was absolutely horrid I am wanting to put my car searching town and help Miguel here because he can't treat customers like this and I don't think the corporate office or the higher-ups will agree that it's okay. People at Walmart don't even have as bad of customer service as this this is pretty unbelievable and you wonder how some people get their jobs and how they keep them I'm thinking he woke up on the wrong side of the bed this morning or he's just like this all the time? yeah he's probably just like this all the time. I wonder how many other complaints have come in.. Terrible dealership. Bought a truck from them in October. I live in Portland drove all the way to Seattle to pick it up only for the transmission to have issues on the drive home. Sold with a shit warranty that denied all repairs because they claim pre existing damage. The truck now is not drivable and collecting dust because they are crooks. 7000+ for a new transmission and all they can say is "oh well". Nathan tried to show he cared after I left a review only to tell me he'd call me back to never getting a call back. This dealership is full of false promises and shady people. I highly encourage people if they have bought from and had issues to have everyone they know leave a negative review as well. Make sure they are held responsible for their misconduct and misrepresentation. Get the word out there not to use them. read more

They OPENLY AND WILLINGLY sell cars that they know are bad. Sold a car to a first time pregnant women and her husband that needed it for there baby. THE NEXT DAY the check engine light came on and turns out the transmission was bad. This place will do NOTHING to help these expecting parents- even though it happened LESS THAN 24 HOURS AFTER THEY BOUGHT IT. They need to be reported. I bought a used car from Trucks Plus and had it shipped to California, and the experience has been a nightmare. I paid for the car in full. First, the windshield had a huge crack upon arrival, which they didn't disclose prior to purchase or to the transport company. They tried to blame the transport company, but later admitted the crack was there all along after I showed them video evidence of it at their dealership before it was shipped. They even sent me a picture of the windshield in favorable lighting to try to conceal the crack. The motor mount was also torn and leaking fluid, another undisclosed issue, costing me over $1000 in repairs in total for both issues. Who knows what other major issues they hid with the car which are just waiting to materialize. On top of this, Trucks Plus told me the title AND registration would be sent to me within 45 days. I called the HR office number which Trucks Plus provided me, four separate times asking for clarification on my registration status, left messages, and no one ever called me back, at which point over 20 days had gone by, which is the deadline to register in CA. I was then informed by the owner Nathan that they weren't handling my registration, because I live out of state. Nathan then gave me false information, saying I didn't need the title to register the car in California--two different CA DMV agents confirmed this was wrong, and I still haven't been able to register the car because of it. Nathan also tried convincing me that the license and registration fee they charged was actually for a 3-day Washington travel permit, even though they provided California registration documents. The DMV told me the title is currently registered to someone in North Carolina. I could have been ticketed for driving the car without proper documentation when it arrived, since no documentation was included inside the car upon arrival. Nathan also told me he would take the maximum legal amoint of time to send me the title, only to then tell me it had already been sent out the day before. That was almost 3 weeks ago (which indicates it was not in fact sent out), and I have gotten no response to my follow-ups. This dealership has been nothing but dishonest, unprofessional, dismissive, and fraudulent. At this point it's looking like legal action will need to be taken to remedy the situation if I don't receive the title by October 26, which is 45 days following the date of delivery, as that is the legal deadline for WA dealerships. In summary, avoid doing business with this dealership at all costs and choose a reputable dealership instead. read more

I'm giving the dealership a chance to make things right. I bought a truck from them and it seemed to be fine but when I took it on a long drive out of town it broke down. The repair shop I went to began diagnosing it and found the engine and oil filter full of metal and it will need to be replaced. The repair is more than the cost of the truck so I'm simply asking the dealer take the truck back for a refund and I'll find something else. read more

Decent car+price, but deceptive hidden fee practice. Recommend bringing up extra costs right away, and getting them to drop the anti-theft charge, which they can't actually require from you. Had a mixed experience buying our Mazda 3 from here. Our dealer Geraldo was helpful and quick to respond as we considered our options. Also stuck through as we had our debacle with management: When we went in to get a quote on final price, they added $600 "anti-theft" or "accessory" fee in addition to doc fees and required govt fees. I don't think this by itself is all that uncommon around here, except that they insisted it was absolutely mandatory. After reading up on state and federal laws, I doubted they could legally require it and asked if they could send me the contract I'd sign. Ultimately had to go in to read it, but the manager conveniently (perhaps cleverly in a devious way) forgot to include the contract for the anti theft service until I explicitly asked for it. Once he did print it, I saw what I expected (screenshot included): THE PURCHASE OF THIS THEFT PROTECTION PRODUCTIS OPTIONAL AND WILL NOT BE A FACTOR IN THE PURCHASE/LEASE PROCESS Even after pointing to this and declaring victory they didn't drop the charge, claiming they could always choose not to sell the car if I would take the service. Ultimately we compromised by dropping the service and adding an estimation of their profit (~$300) to the sticker price. This worked for me since I didn't have to sign a document incorrectly stating I was opting into a service, but was still paying over original sticker price. As a note, they themselves are the provider of this "service" and with the $600 cost to $2500 max benifit ratio, it's pretty clearly a clever way to tack on extra profit in a way that legally functions as a service. It just so important to note that they can't actually require it. Ultimately we did like the car, and decided it was worth the new cost, and I did appreciate that there ultimately was a little flexibility on their part with the compromise. read more

Please do not go here, and definitely don't pass on the warranty. My wife and I bought a suv from them as we are expecting our first child and needed a reliable, safe car. We got what we thought was a great deal at the time, but when we got home the same day and decided to take it for a drive the check engine light came on. We got multiple diagnostics test done on it and they all said the transmission needed to be replaced. When I called NW Trucks Plus and told them, they said that thats not possible. They said they can't trust other mechanics because they are a business. I then asked if I took it into them and there diagnostics test said it was the transmission if they would do anything about it, they said no. I asked to speak to a manager and have yet to get a response. I understand having to put a little work into a used car, but not replacing the transmission after 50 miles. The response from the business you see below is a lie. I do not have a warranty, I was asked to bring it in but they would charge me, I never asked for them to pay the dealership. I just wanted to bring it to them and have them resolve the issue. I see they have time to respond to my yelp review, but not call me back and actually try and fix the issue at hand. read more

DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM THESE GUYS! They are dishonest children who do not take care of the cars they sell or honor their word. First off, my husband and I were looking for a first car for our son, I called many times and could not get through, finally Nathan (Manager) called me back, said their internet was down... I live an hour away, I told him we were interested in a specific car, it's for my son who is a first time driver, before we drove down I wanted some more information and for him to look over the car, make sure there wasn't any severe damage. He told me he would go check and call me back in 20 minutes... he never did. My husband and I drove down, when we got there I asked for him, told him who I was and he was like "oh ya... I spoke with you earlier" I told him he was supposed to call me back! He literally said "oh, ya, sorry I was looking up parts for my motorcycle!" I was shocked and pissed; almost walked out then and there. They didn't even have the car pulled up or cleaned ready to show. Eventually we came to an agreement on price, he then tried to add $500 for a "security device" which was BS, told him I wasn't paying that. When they went to start the car to take it over to get cleaned up, it was dead... I was not happy. They told me they hadn't started the car in a month!! Would check the battery and give me a new one. During this whole time, Nathan had been saying how he puts all this money into these cars, makes sure they are in great condition etc... after my husband and I come back from lunch he tries to pair his phone to the car and all the sudden the speakers don't work. Nathan troubleshoots for a whole says the wire gets lose, speakers came back on, we were on our way. Halfway down the street they go out again! Two days later my son and I are out running errands, the service light on the dash comes on and then later we go to start his car and it's DEAD! Had to get my husband to come jump the car, took it over to get a new battery, it needed an oil change $316 later... I was pissed!!!! Engine could have blew up, my kid could have been stranded... and they knew this was for a 16 year old. I called and explained this to Nathan and he didn't want to do anything about it, said batteries and oil changes weren't a priority when checking cars or making sure they were in good condition. I argued with him numerous times; this was an issue before we left and should have been taken care of, I want to be reimbursed; he finally agreed. It has been over a week, have contacted him many times, no response. We also had to put a new stereo in the car because it was broken. I will be elevating this issue.
