    Second time Tom Bell has sealed the deal! Great group of people who really care about making a good deal for you and making sure you leave happy. They are not phony here. They are genuine. We had recently purchased a used 2023 Z71 back in August of 2025 and loved it. Back then we left with a beautiful truck for a fantastic price with a lot of great top of the line features. It hardly seemed used but did have a little over 20,000 miles. We added some upgrades like a bed cover, all terrain tires and running boards but put on another 20,000 + miles. Recently, we had been contacted by several people claiming to be with Tom Bell saying that we could trade in the truck and get something bigger and better and they would meet the Blue Book price. We went down before the 4th of July and the truck they said they had wasn't there but Jorge did his best to show us what we were looking for. He was super knowledgeable about all the different models and each one's unique features. He was incredibly patient and super friendly. The salesmen here are never pushy or intrusive. They are like neighbors and are very easy to talk to. We did not see anything we loved but did want to sit down and see what kind of deal we could get. Even though the deal promised to us in advertisements and promotions had been a thrid party service. Tom Bell honored the match Blue Book deal. We needed a stronger bigger truck to tow our new trailer so we wanted to upgrade if it was worth it to us but we did not want to lose any of the upgraded features of our current Z71. They really listen to you and understand each customer's unique needs. When both the deal and the truck on offer did not wow us Cory stepped in and after just 2 minutes of explaining the entire situation and what we were hoping for and needing he had the team drive around an absolutely gorgeous brand new 2026 Silverado Trail Boss. It looked exactly like our current truck only much bigger and it came with everything we had plus a few more unique upgraded features. It felt like winning a car on a game show when we saw it. We were ready to leave and try another day but Cory made magic happen. In an instant we were super excited and happy by his intervention in the deal. He cut us a tremendously great deal and knew exactly what we needed. He sure knows his inventory! Melvin helped complete all the paperwork for us at our signing same as last year. He is a very cool guy that makes the process crazy fast and easy. They really are a neighborhood local dealership that cares about not just the community but each individual customer that walks on the lot. We will always come to Tom Bell Chevrolet. THANK YOU!!!

    money hungry thief's!!. do not send your car here unless you want shotty work. please review my 571$ "BRAND NEW RIM" i really am very disappointed with the lack in care i received from EDDIE. he was extremely rude when i voiced my frustration with their company/the work they provide. don't work in customer service if you can't work with customers. he didn't want to take any accountability and tried to place blame on everyone else.... two visits later & my car still is not acceptable... review the photos of my brand new rim and let that speak for itself... they even tried to say "maybe" it got damaged in transportation. why would there be red curb paint if it got damaged in transportation?! and why would you paint over the black if it happened during transportation. they really tried to put a used rim on my car and pass it as new. currently putting together a portfolio to send the the BAR in regards to there work/care. i hope they are HEAVILY investigated. cassandra has been the only saving grace in this situation and i truly appreciate her. i will follow up when i finally finish my terrible experience with them to let yall know how they did.... headed back there for a third time in 1 week tomorrow..... completely unacceptable.

    Took the car to get a window fix bc the window wouldn't roll down on the drivers side. Spent over…read more1600 on the car to get fixed when it was just a wiring problem but they changed out the master controls and motor. The most expensive thing they could charge for without proof of the motor not actually working. Bc the windows worked on the passenger side just not the drivers. When they said it was ready and we went to pick it up the windows still didn't work. They also used 20 miles of my gas and didn't refill the tank. We left it another day since it still wasn't ready and when we came back the next day they used another 20 miles. Dropped off the car with over 70 miles in gas and came back to 30 miles left to the tank. They didn't even refill the tank until my husband said something. Gas is expensive and they don't care to use yours. Take a picture of your gas and mileage before drop off if you're not getting the engine fixed bc they will take it for a joyride or run errands in YOUR car. Very unprofessional. Also, you can feel the racism walking into the office. Too many old beer belly white men who think they're too good to say good morning back to a brown person or just ignore us walking in. Visit another Hyundai instead.
