We came to Metro Hyundai to trade in our 3-year lease and lower our monthly payment, and the…read moreexperience exceeded our expectations. We worked with Matin and his manager Alfonso (AL), both of whom were incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. They took the time to understand exactly what we were looking for and presented us with several options that matched our needs. After discussing everything, we chose a vehicle that was actually located at another dealership but Matin personally went to pick it up and brought it back for us, which we really appreciated. The service was outstanding. There was no pressure to add extras, though they did clearly explain available options so we could decide for ourselves. The finance team was efficient, and the whole process was smooth we were in and out and driving our new car in no time. If you're looking for great service and competitive pricing, I highly recommend Metro Hyundai. We'll definitely be coming back in the future. Thanks again to the team!

First and last time coming to this location. We brought in our 2021 Kona Electric to get checked…read morefor any maintenance it might need. Dropped it off on Wednesday, May 7th and were told that it might stay over the weekend and we would get a phone call with an update. Two days passed and we hadn't heard anything. So we call the service department on the 9th and they say they'll call us back later that day. We never got a call back. We call them again on the 10th and the person who answered says they are short staffed because of Mother's Day and could not give us an update on the car, again saying they'll call back. Two more days passed without any contact at all so we call again on Monday the 12th to ask about the car. The person on the phone asks if we got the right location because they can't find any information about us or the car we dropped off. At this point we were obviously concerned, so we drove to the location around 1pm to speak to them in person. The guy asks for our last name, and when we tell him, he says he can't find anyone in the system with that name. Thankfully, we brought a spare key and were able to prove that the Kona in their lot was ours. The guy then explains that they hadn't even looked at the car, that they only had one EV mechanic, and that they were going to get started on it that afternoon. Again, saying we would receive a call. We never received a call that day. They finally took a look at the vehicle on the 13th or 14th, a whole week after we brought it in. And WE had to be the ones to contact them to get an update. They had told us the car "stopped charging" all of the sudden and they already ordered a part that was going to take an entire month to arrive. It was frustrating having the car at this location without any updates or follow-through on communication. Not to mention not even having our correct information in their system. We would understand if they had been honest and explained to us from the beginning that they were busy and wouldn't be able to look at the car until a week later. But keeping us in the dark about everything was super unprofessional. I was also 8 months pregnant and working at this point so having transportation was essential for us at this time. It would have been the bare minimum to be taken into consideration and communicated to as the costumer. Eventually, they gave us a loaner and we didn't get the car back until 5 weeks later. And now we have to deal with visible damage to the front bumper which was never there before. In addition, it looked like someone intentionally unplugged our dash cam and didn't bother to set it back up before returning the car to us, so the cable was just hanging there in front of the windshield. I assume they didn't want to be liable for anything that might have been caught on camera while working on the car or taking it out for drives? That felt sketchy. Oh, and a noticable sticky stain was left on the floor that smelled like monster energy drink, along with greasy fingerprints all over the dash. I'm assuming they took the car out to grab lunch? It was in mint condition when we left it. Seeing the other negative reviews, I know others have experienced similar things. I should have looked before deciding where to go. Since then, we've taken the car to Riverside Hyundai and it's a night and day difference. Pleasant people to work with, smooth communication and quick service.

Wow. I am a patient person, but this dealership takes advantage of that. Once you buy the car,…read moreyou are a non-entity to them. They didnt even do a proper delivery, just handed me the "key" and were done. Purchased a 26 pathfinder rock creek on July 5th. They couldn't get the 2nd key from the parts dept and promised they would FedEx it to me on Monday. They failed to send it, and our salesman stopped answering texts. Called in a couple times, no answers or follow-ups. It is always "someone else is handling". Victor the GSM was supposed to call me back, never did. So agter a week I drove back out to Redlands from the SGV to get some answers on a Friday afternoon. No help for the first 20minutes i was there. Totally ignored. Walked up to the sales tower and told them why I was there. Confusion...like nobody had heard anything about this! Waited another 10minutes for them to get the key. Which turned out not to be for my car. Took it back in, and they were confused again. Finally they gave up and said the key was lost. I was given a Due Bill and said they had to order it and would call me to come back to have it programmed and pick up the key. It's been over a week and no calls or follow ups. Now the Bluetooth and android auto don't work. I dont trust them to fix anything.
