Service - 3/5, The service is alright they were able to get me a new key at a specified time. I had to be available during a specific window 2-3 hour window because it depends on the driver helping you out. I paid $325 for 2 keys for an 06 Accord. The keys that they give you aren't the best but you're paying for them to program the keys. However, sometimes my key don't unlock all the time or my trunk doesn't open. The bigger reason why I am giving a lower rating is that I have been asking for a receipt for the 2-3 Weeks. And they are not able to give me one. I've been told that they will tell the manager (which I don't think they have one) and that the manager is the only one able to provide me with a receipt. Again, its been 2-3 weeks of countless calls and I just want my receipt. read more

I only have one functioning key that starts the car and can lock and unlock the vehicle with the remote. Needing a second spare, I called requesting a duplicate remote and key for my Toyota Prius. The locksmith showed up promptly, within 45 minutes as promised. Took about two hours to try and program the new key. In the process, the signal on my original key no longer works as well as the signal on the new key. So for $200, I now have two keys that will start the vehicle, however, the remote to open and close does not work on either key. I have to manually open the door through the driver side lock. A few weeks ago, one simply fell apart: the panel came off the side and the circuit board fell out -- while we were driving! It took 3 calls ("um... we'll call you back"), to finally learn they only guarantee their work for 3 months! The woman on the line didn't even offer to have someone look at the key they had made. I had to repeat back a few times to be sure they were really telling me they will do nothing at all to even attempt to remedy this situation... and they hung up on me. Stunningly unprofessional. These folks overcharged me to the tune of 188 USD for a simple maneuver of using the air pump tool to loosen the vehicle driver door to unlock the car. I'd lost the remote when hiking, which is why I called for their assistance in the first place yesterday, May 27 2020, in Daly City. They should have charged me fairly not whatever they arbitrarily chose to charge me. Again, for a 3-minute service, paying 188 USD feels like a rip off. A warning to folks considering this service: Make sure you check the price; do not expect to pay over 50 bucks as I am told that's how much it normally costs for this kind of servicing. read more
