I was in an accident that totaled my tacoma. I noticed a few f-150's on the automart website so we went in to look at them. I chose a 2019 platinum f-150. It looked great but it had some squeaking while breaking. I am no mechanic but the breaks looked brand new so I wasn't too concerned. We were on our way back to the home to the springs. Not 15 miles away from the dealership the front right hub started trying to lock into 4 wheel drive. I immediately called Paul as he told me if I needed anything to reach out to him directly. He never returned my call. I then decided that I was going to take the truck to a shop that I know and trust. Turns out that the brakes were indeed brand new but the service tech that installed them at automart installed one of the pads backwards which destroyed the rotor and it all had to be replaced. The 4wheel drive was a simple fix and the total bill for the brakes and repairs on the 4 wheel drive came out to just under $600. I reached out to try to see if the dealership would be willing to take care of the bill since it was their mechanic that ruined the brakes. I was told that they would send me a $300 check. That check never came. I reached out a few more times and still have all the texts. They have yet to send a check. To make issues worse the transmission went out within 6,000 miles of me purchasing the truck. That fix was $8,200. I would not recommend buying so much as a candy bar from these people. As a GM when you tell a customer to reach out to him directly if their are any issues or concerns and then for him to not only not call you back but also not come through with the check that was promised for their mechanics incompetence is upsetting to say the least. DO NOT SHOP AT AUTOMART! TERRIBLE DEALERSHIP!

Long, hot day, but we got the van for our "bucket list" road trips!

TSG auto does a great job with customer service and making the job easy. Justin, my sales representative, was friendly and professional-- very low pressure. The vehicle itself is not a quality vehicle. I had not realized the car was not a smoke free vehicle. The day I purchased it was very cold out so I hardly noticed the smell. The smell is very bad. I was a bit surprised there had been no treatment done. This is on me for not reading the advertisement properly-- but just want to be clear to everyone to keep an eye out for these things. It also wasn't cleaned thoroughly before purchase which was surprising. I was also promised a full tank and once I left the lot-- I noticed I was on empty. I didn't feel like bothering to turn around-- TSG auto offered to fill me up if I drove back. Only a couple of days after owning the vehicle the battery completely died. AAA replaced my battery and indicated the battery was just old. To be fair, when I called TSG Auto about the issue the offered to resolve. Only a couple days after the incident with the battery I noticed there was a leak in the front right tire. After more inspection I realized that the tire was very old and unsafe-- I've had to replace all 4 tires only 3 months into owning the vehicle so keep an eye out for this as well. Takeaway: Buying process is simple and easy with low pressure sales techniques. If you are buying from TSG Auto do a thorough inspection of the vehicle-- know what you are doing. Just like any other used dealer. I would still purchase from TSG Auto but I would have done a better inspection of the car and purchased for a more fair price.

Make sure to preschedule your test drive. If you have good credit the only way to bring your interest rate down is with a bigger down payment, that was a little frustrating, but I was able to increase the down payment. NOW onto the frustration** when leaving with my beautiful new(ish) Nissan Altima, I noticed that the windshield tint had been ripped by whoever scraped the dealer tags off while I was signing paperwork. Carmax usually has a service center to deal with things within the 90 day warranty- but not things like THIS. Ive been trying to work to get the tint replaced while ensuring I'm not the one paying for it because it was *THEIR* fault. Their response was "find a shop you want to go to and call us for our credit card number" *facepalm* This morning before my appointment to the tint shop I called the service shop to tell them was on my way to repair the windshield and I still have not received a return call. Luckily for them the shop I initially used (that review to come) flaked out so I have to find someone else. If it weren't for the tint fiasco I'd give a 5 star- but I'm super frustrated by this.

PHONE CONTACT: They list their vehicles on multiple websites. I called twice and was 1) put on hold and forgotten then 2) answered then hung up on me. EMAIL CONTACT: They will not reply to their website generated messages. Instead they use Gmail if you email them directly. The emails are a generic form letter response and never answer any questions, nor do they respond back. PRICING: They match local competitor dealer's price for same models, which tells me they are using Car Dealer Pricing Software such as VAuto (that sets the list price to what other similar vehicles are selling for within X miles). This is the lazy way to price niche vehicles, especially if they don't intend to respond. FEES: Colorado is a No Fee Limit state for auto dealerships, which means a car can hypothetically sell for $5,000 off but have a $7,000 "Documentation Fee" or "Handling fee" as another reviewer pointed out. As the pricing for the vehicle I saw was about 20% over market, I don't doubt they likely use this in negotiation tatics (e.g. drop the price 20% but add a 30% dealer fee on top of sale). I ended up buying the same vehicle several states away at $1500 less out the door and drove it home. Was a waste of time ever contacting Arrowhead. NOTE: I was car shopping during the COVID-19 outbreak. As this is a used dealer, they likely get their inventory from auto auctions which have shut down during the COVID-19 pandemic. That means there is less incentive for these guys to lower prices or sell, but they still came off as jerks anyway.

It was odd how close of their relationship they had considering she told me all about his drug problem and how she's so stressed about him. I thought she was being legit with me, we shared some pretty deep things we were going through. I found that that was not the case. I Got referred to this person, kristy l from my bankruptcy lawyer, he said that she was really good and would totally help me out considering my situation. The first car I got through financing with them was a Ford fusion. On day, two of the car, the motor literally blue I had to call her and have it taken back. I couldn't get let out of my loan. Even though the car literally the engine Died. Kristy said that she had a friend that would sell Greenwood their car because they needed to get caught up on some finances that it's a really good car and that Greenwood wouldn't buy it from her if it wasn't. So I was then given a Hyundai Santa Fe. I only had the car a couple months when the car started to consume its own oil. Long story short the car stopped working. I am stuck with a loan and now I'm being sued for $12,000. If you have a situation where you're already coming from a bankruptcy, I would stare very clear from this place and especially from the sales lady Kristy. When I was referred to this place, it was told to me that this dealership cared about its people and wanted to help people in situations like mine. The only thing they did was ruined my life a little bit more. Be very mindful who you buy cars from.
