I purchased a 2019 Honda Accord Sport from Denver Auto Mart, and unfortunately, my experience has been extremely disappointing. Just a few days after driving the car off the lot, every warning light on the dashboard came on and the car stalled. I immediately contacted the dealership and spoke with the manager, Paul, who told me to bring the car back and assured me they would take care of it. After inspecting the vehicle, I was told it had misfires and fuel injector issues. They claimed the issue was fixed, but just a few months later, the exact same problem occurred again. This time, I spoke with Nate at Denver Auto Mart. He said it was related to a previous recall completed by the former owner and suggested that defective parts may have been used. He advised me to take the car to a Honda dealership. I followed their advice, only to be shocked when Honda diagnosed it as a fuel pump issue--with a repair estimate of $1,600. I've owned this car for less than a year and have driven it only about 6,000 miles. I believe Denver Auto Mart was aware of these issues prior to the sale and simply chose not to disclose them. This entire experience has been frustrating and disheartening. I expected honesty and integrity from a dealership, but instead, I feel misled and stuck with an expensive repair on a car I trusted was in good condition. Please use extreme caution when purchasing from this dealership--better yet, stay away from this place. In my opinion, customer care and trust are not their priorities. read more

Bought a car from them in July of this year. I am out of state and was working in northern Colorado and needed a car. They did the entire deal over the phone. Got the car titled for me in the state I am from and was super communicative with me through the whole process. Got an Uber to buy the car and they had everything ready for me when I got there in and out in 20 mins. While waiting for the title to be processed they even got me another temp tag. I bought an explore from here in June. On the test drive they had me make a loop of all right hand turns and things seemed fine. the car had few defects but it was used and all seemed fine so I bought it. On the way home when I turned left the front end would make a popping sound and the check engine light came on 30 miles after I left. When I got home it was also leaking oil. I let Automart know as soon as I got home what was going on and they told me to take it to someone I trusted and get a quote and to see what was wrong. I did so and it was going to cost 1600. I let automart know and they said I could bring it back to them or they would give me $800 dollars because supposedly that is what their shop would do it for. I live 3 hours away and that explore wasn't going to make it back that far. I took the 800 and paid out of pocket for the rest. We are almost 5 months into this thing, and we got the front end figured out but I am over 5 grand into this check engine light, and ford still can't figure it out. I did find out the front end has been repainted and that the motor that is in it now is not the original motor. So even though supposedly it had a clean car fax I am starting to think that it was wrecked at some point. I am 5 months in and very upside down on this vehicle. It is now getting colder and the heater isn't working so that is another thing I have to have fixed. I have let them know all of this and haven't heard anything back. If you made it this far in the review, just go somewhere else. This has been the worst car buying and car experience I have ever had. They will probably comment saying to contact them, which I have so they can help resolve the issue. And I never hear anything back from them. This place is a joke. read more

My advice would be don't even start to deal with us dealership or their sister) company in Aurora. I walked into the Aurora dealership of auto Mart looked at a car. Drove it and made an offer. My offer was denied. That's fine. I told him they changed their mind. Give me a call. A week 10 days later they emailed me a written offer offer. I countered, they accepted ! I tried to get in that very evening to come make the deal, but there was too much time in between their text messages back-and-forth to end up being able to make it happen that late in the afternoon. They then set an appointment for me the very next day. At my appointment time of 2 o'clock I get a call from the manager stating they sold the car this morning.!!!! Wtf? First off we had a deal second off why wait five or six hours to let me know that I don't need to get into town with a cashiers check get a ride to the dealership to pick up my new car.!!!!! But this is what we've all come to expect from dealerships! The only dealership I have worked with that was ever worth a darn was Greenwood automotive! They were easy, no dickering very fair and I think I was able to buy a car in less than 30 minutes! I would strongly suggest them over auto Mart any day!!! read more

Sales guys will promise you anything when they try to sell you a car, after you buy it they will come with reasons not to follow up on promises. We were promised free oil changes for 3 years. After 2 years they told me that there is a limit of 2 oil changes per year and that we run out of them. Make sure to get all the promises in writing! read more

I was in an accident that totaled my tacoma. I noticed a few f-150's on the automart website so we went in to look at them. I chose a 2019 platinum f-150. It looked great but it had some squeaking while breaking. I am no mechanic but the breaks looked brand new so I wasn't too concerned. We were on our way back to the home to the springs. Not 15 miles away from the dealership the front right hub started trying to lock into 4 wheel drive. I immediately called Paul as he told me if I needed anything to reach out to him directly. He never returned my call. I then decided that I was going to take the truck to a shop that I know and trust. Turns out that the brakes were indeed brand new but the service tech that installed them at automart installed one of the pads backwards which destroyed the rotor and it all had to be replaced. The 4wheel drive was a simple fix and the total bill for the brakes and repairs on the 4 wheel drive came out to just under $600. I reached out to try to see if the dealership would be willing to take care of the bill since it was their mechanic that ruined the brakes. I was told that they would send me a $300 check. That check never came. I reached out a few more times and still have all the texts. They have yet to send a check. To make issues worse the transmission went out within 6,000 miles of me purchasing the truck. That fix was $8,200. I would not recommend buying so much as a candy bar from these people. As a GM when you tell a customer to reach out to him directly if their are any issues or concerns and then for him to not only not call you back but also not come through with the check that was promised for their mechanics incompetence is upsetting to say the least. Do not buy from Auto Mart. They cannot be trusted. They spray-painted the undercarriage of the car so it would look okay. I took it to a mechanic when the brakes started squeaking a week in, came back with $3000 quote for repairs. Front and back brakes are bad and need to be replaced, the entire undercarriage was rusted out and spray painted over so it wouldn't look bad, and the struts need replacing. $3000 in repairs in the first month. When I contacted them about it, I got total silence. Salesman, manager... never heard back from them. They lied to me, got me to sign an AS-IS waiver, and took no responsibility. read more

My husband and I purchased a 2018 RAM 2500 end of Dec 2023. Not even 5 months later having signs of transmission issues. Through the purchasing process the sales manager who sells the extended warranty's claimed the warranty we were getting was the best you could get. I thought ok at least it's their warranty if we come back here to get work done it probably was going to be good. We were going to go thru Endurance which had very high ratings but he claimed he never heard of them. (I should have known then anything coming out of his mouth was a lie) Well here we are the truck has been in their shop since mid June and still nothing. Can't give us any ETA of a transmission. Warranty only covers 10 days of a rental and it's going on two months and who knows how much longer it will be before we get our truck back. We asked them if they could offer us a loaner car and they said no. We asked them to at least keep the truck in the garage not baking in the sun a they said no. I wouldn't recommend this dealership for these reasons. Our actual salesman ( I think his name was Trey was great) but the sales manager who sits behind his glass window who thinks he's all that was horrible. Automart as a whole I think is horrible too for at least not trying to make something right. Hope this helps anyone else looking to work with them. read more

Dropped the vehicle off Sunday to have the issues addressed yet again. The shop lacks the ability to properly diagnose a metal clunk in the left front of the vehicle and are stating it's normal for the vehicle to clunk because of brake pads releasing. That is not the case because the noise occurs when the brake is applied and piston on the caliper is engaged. This 2022 outlander is nothing short of a lemon and a regional manager or dealer principle needs to be involved. This has put a heavy burden on us with the lack of a loaner program or rental for the days this vehicle has been out of service. read more

I went in yesterday and made a cash offer on a vehicle that I thought was a very fair starting offer. From the moment I walked in the door I felt "negative" vibes. There was no friendly greeting, no sense of customer appreciation whatsoever. I concur with some of the reviews I am reading....cash is no longer king, nor is customer service. The salesman helping me never even introduced himself or said his name. He was arrogant and condescending. I stayed about an hour and listened to him make his speel about how great their store is and how their pricing is way below anyone else (which it is not). They were not willing to negotiate one single penny ... even for a 699$ delivery and handling fee on top of the vehicle price for a car already on the lot! My husband and I drove an hour to look at the vehicle selection that they offered. The first truck we looked at looked nice, but ran awful on the test drive. They offered us a longer time frame to drive it because we were about to leave without making a purchase. Items in the vehicle were not functioning like the radio. The second vehicle we looked at also look great, and it was something we wanted. Bought the vehicle and on the drive home, at higher speeds, the truck started making a horrible sound. Come to find out their mechanics put the brake pads on backwards. I normally don't write reviews on anything, but AutoMart is not the dealership you want to buy from when it comes to used cars. They just want to make the sale and don't follow up on promises they make. Not even a month later the transmission on our 2019 Truck went out and we had to pay $8,200 for a new one. He is why we pursued this van after weeks of searching. We were a bit bummed when a Brakes Plus pre-purchase inspection revealed a problem with the rear differential, but relieved when the independent mechanics found it to be in "great" shape otherwise. After a very long day there, we forgot until now, and can't call them until tomorrow, so we'll see what happens and follow-up on this site. Jeremy impressed us as a young man with good character and integrity, so we're assuming it was an oversight and they'll do the right thing, refunding this amount to our credit card. In my experience, Auto Mart USA sells hail damaged cars without disclosing the damage. Any stock number that ends in "H" means hail damage. Much of the damage is severe and none of it is disclosed in the description. Then they list the vehicles at full retail price without accounting for the damage, hoping customers will not notice. My experience also proved that they will send the same car in for a loan application approval to banks for the full amount knowing that the car has hail damage and is not worth what they are sending in the loan application for. Isn't that the definition of fraud? Just take a look at any stock number with an "H" and you can see for yourself. Take your money somewhere else. Do not do business with this Company! read more

We found the car we wanted to test drive and buy October 5th. We corresponded with (name withheld) to coordinate an appointment for 12:15 October 6TH. Our transportation options are limited up here in Evergreen; the current option is a rental. We picked one up and made the drive to AutoMart in Parker. A 102 mile round trip. The appointment was confirmed 2 times on the 5th and once on the 6th. We walked through the Auto Mart door on time and ready to buy. No salesman, no car. That's when another salesman stepped in and told us the car wasn't on the lot and wouldn't be for about 45 minutes. He told us there was a 2018 model on the lot we could see in the meantime. Clearly he was stalling for time. We came down to buy a car not to walk the lot. Good old fashioned bait & switch was my first thought. Assured the car was on the way...we grabbed a coffee down the street and waited. Two hours later the car rolled up. Let me repeat that for emphasis. Two hours later the car rolled up. From 15 ft we could see hail damage. Undisclosed hail damage. The told us that the damage had been factored into the listed price and therefore didn't have to be noted in the online description. Honesty & Transparency at its best. Time for the test drive. Finally. Before we reached Lincoln Avenue the tire pressure monitor sensor went off. A U-turn on Parker and back to the lot. So much for the test drive. "Cold weather sometimes sets those off," said The salesman. It was over 50 degrees at the time. We pressed the point that cold weather never affected our Prius sensors, so it must be something worth checking. The salesman said he would. Returning a few minutes later he told us that it was likely a faulty sensor, then followed with the offer to pay for the fix. Great! How much? He left to check and came back saying it wasn't the sensor after all...but merely an inflation issue. That concluded our test drive of maybe 10 minutes and 1/2 mile on the road. Still...we were interested in the car. Time to work out the details. Bottom line? Nearly $2,000 over the advertised price. We've been buying cars since the early '70's...the negotiation has always been the fun part. We go in low...they come back with a little something off and we agree on a price. We are cash buyers. Should have been easy. We wrote a counter offer...The salesman went off for a minute and came back with reinforcements. Some guy with more ink on his body than The New York Times has on its front page gave us the same rap we've heard every time we buy a car. We're losing money on the deal...if I lower the price for you we have to do it for everybody...it's against Colorado law to do that...and every other line in the book. Those are the stories one expects from used car salesmen. Finding one...just one price break is what would have sealed the deal for us. But nothing was offered. Pointing out once again that we were cash buyers we were told, "Cash is no longer king in the car business." Evidentially neither is the customer. We left. read more

Bought a vehicle from that that started leaking oil the second day of owning it, leaving puddles everywhere I parked. They advertise a 6 month 6000 mile power train warranty, so I called them up. They looked at it and ordered the right part. After 6 months of waiting for it (it was on back order) they went to a Ford dealership down the road and got the OLD model oil pan, that has known leaking issues. Ford has a Technical Service Bulletin saying to replace it with the NEW model to fix the issue. They installed the old model oil pan, and my vehicle began leaking again 6 months later. Now they are saying they were never obligated to help me at all because they have you sign an AS-IS contract and they think that negates the advertised warranty they have on all their vehicles. They sell garbage and try to get out of helping their customers when issues arise right after purchasing. Check BBB and Consumer Affairs for more bad reviews. AVOID THESE SCAMMERS read more

Do not buy from this dealer they have the worst customer service ever!! I literally walked in with my financing completed just need to sign a few papers to leave with the truck. The finance manager committed fraud by applying for another loan in my name. They stated the bank need this documents signed to complete the loan which was a lie it was an entirely new loan. Due to there fraud my credit was pulled multiple times and I had two loans on the same truck. They also promised me a spare key and winch remote would be sent to me never received. I was promised by the dealership management Julian Marquez this would be resolved never heard back from him. I have connected the manager and salesman Carl time and time again with no results. Now after almost three months my paperwork never has been received at motor vehicle and I cannot register my vehicle beware!!! read more
