SUMMARY: Don't waste your time. Has multiple vehicles trying to cater to each user/market segment (with a focus on SUVs) and results in not being able to keep up with customer service as they focus more on attempted volume. PHONE CONTACT: They list their vehicles on multiple websites. I called twice and was 1) put on hold and forgotten then 2) answered then hung up on me. EMAIL CONTACT: They will not reply to their website generated messages. Instead they use Gmail if you email them directly. The emails are a generic form letter response and never answer any questions, nor do they respond back. PRICING: They match local competitor dealer's price for same models, which tells me they are using Car Dealer Pricing Software such as VAuto (that sets the list price to what other similar vehicles are selling for within X miles). This is the lazy way to price niche vehicles, especially if they don't intend to respond. FEES: Colorado is a No Fee Limit state for auto dealerships, which means a car can hypothetically sell for $5,000 off but have a $7,000 "Documentation Fee" or "Handling fee" as another reviewer pointed out. As the pricing for the vehicle I saw was about 20% over market, I don't doubt they likely use this in negotiation tatics (e.g. drop the price 20% but add a 30% dealer fee on top of sale). I ended up buying the same vehicle several states away at $1500 less out the door and drove it home. Was a waste of time ever contacting Arrowhead. NOTE: I was car shopping during the COVID-19 outbreak. As this is a used dealer, they likely get their inventory from auto auctions which have shut down during the COVID-19 pandemic. That means there is less incentive for these guys to lower prices or sell, but they still came off as jerks anyway. read more

We bought my sons first car here last month. There were some sensor issues on the back doors that needed fixed/replaced -which we knew about before purchasing this vehicle. Arrowhead Autosport wasn't able to get the right parts in in a timely manner so Marwan allowed us to go to our mechanic and get a quote to fix the sensors. CHANGE Unfortunately, I have to change my rating due to the response to issues with our vehicle. The "we owe" items have not been taken care of. Tim assured us that if we had issues, he would help. (NOTE: The TPS, VSC, and Check Engine lights were on when we left and Tim knew and said he would take care of). Problems were discovered when I took it in for the safety recall - vacuum hose disconnected, faulty spare tire tps (2nd bad tps on vehicle), headlight sensor disconnected and leaking steering rack. It also had a very warped front rotor. We have put in a chunk of money on this. When we informed Tim of steering rack leak (discovered by 2 different mechanics), we were told that our mechanic was picking at the vehicle to get more money (this and the spare tps is all we are asking). We want to be sure our vehicle is safe for my daughter and me. I am very disappointed as Tim claims they are so different, take such pride in their vehicles, want to be sure you're happy, and willing to help you out - but it hasn't been true. He has gone back on everything that made me feel comfortable. It's a nice vehicle, just feeling very frustrated and deceived. ORIGINAL rating from 3/2/19 was a 5 Place is clean, comfy and inviting. Brought my 2014 WRX hatch in for a possible trade and the gentleman helping us took my car for a test drive, burned the crap out of the clutch pulling back into the lot (I could literally hear the over revving and the struggle he was having) then says "You smell that burning? Something smells like its burning." Obviously the smell was my clutch. When I confronted him he denied thats what it was. Horrible impression and definitely do not recommend them. They charge dealer handling fees on top of their advertised price which is totally not legal, and their manager pressures you to buy a warranty that I found out was sold at a huge markup even though he said it wasn't. On October 3, 2020, I purchased a used vehicle from Arrowhead Autosport. In addition to the vehicle, I purchased a Warranty/Service plan, Veritas Global Protection, that was recommended to me and sold to me through Arrowhead Autosport. On October 6, 2020, I noticed a severe gasoline smell inside the vehicle and during idol. The condition continued so I made an appointment to take the vehicle to a mechanic and I also called Arrowhead Autosport to inform them of the situation since I had only had the vehicle for 3 days. On October 17, 2020, I dropped the vehicle off for its appointment with the mechanic. On October 21, 2020, I contacted Veritas Global Protection, the warranty sold to me by Arrowhead Autosport, to start the claim for the vehicle repairs. On December 8, 2020, after lots of back and forth communication and extensive wait times for the claim process and adjuster inspections, Veritas denied the claim stating that it was a pre-existing condition. On December 9, 2020, I requested a 100% refund from Arrowhead Autosport for the cost of the Veritas Global Protection plan they sold to me. As of January 25, 2020, I still have NOT received a refund. I have left messages with Arrowhead Autosport requesting a status update on the refund on Dec 21st, Jan 6th, and Jan 21st and have not received a single update or any type of response to date. I was without my newly purchased vehicle from October 17th until December 16th. I am a single mom with 2 children who require car seats. I had to borrow vehicles and rent vehicles, moving car seats from car to car on a daily basis for 2 months. I had to pay $3574.11 for the vehicle repairs which is an extreme amount of money for me come up with and it resulted in a severe impact on my children's Christmas as well. Since the issue with the vehicle was detected 3 days after purchase and the warranty company Arrowhead Autosport recommend and sold to me didn't cover a single cent of the repair because it was determined a pre-exiting condition, one would think Arrowhead Autosport would cover the repair costs but instead, they aren't even responding to me about the status of the refund from the warranty plan. Now that I am reading all these reviews, it looks as though selling vehicles with mechanical problems along with a vehicle warranty that doesn't cover the expense, seems to be common practice for this dealership. read more

The salesman assured me the car had been thoroughly inspected by an independent mechanic. My mechanic inspected the car and informed me the car needed nearly 6,000$ worth of work. Erika and Tim were knowledgable, personable, and kind and I would definitely recommend them to a friend. Horrible experience. Bought car with an extended warranty which Tim recommended. Within 1 month had major problems. The warranty company denied claim as pre existing. Tim stated " don't worry it will be covered". Don't worry.... weeks went by , still denied. Tim still says don't worry, we won't leave you hanging . I have now spent over $3000 in repairs which Tim said would be covered. I'm still fighting with warranty company. And still no resolution with Tim. Tim said he called the warranty company- he lied. He never called. He intentionally gave me wrong phone numbers to representatives at warranty company- and he knows this. He intentionally lied to me. Horrible service. This company has created a lot of problems in my life. I purchased an acura from them without any disclosures of the problems I inherited. The car now needs, after having it for 1.5 months, a rear main seal leak fixed (about $1200) and a climate control unit for the AC ($900). Tim, the manager, said he would work with me to get he warranty company to pay but hasn't gotten anything done. So, please save your money and time by not going here. In my opinion, the company is dishonest and was trying to sneak it by me. Purchasing the car was a quick, easy process, but the vehicle itself is a lemon, in my opinion and I will be attempting to get them to compensate me for the $2000+ in repairs the vehicle needs. read more

We bought our used car on 12/28. I waited a month to write this to see how Arrowhead followed through and they have done a great job. We were impressed with the initial visit because there was no pressure. No one rode with us on the test drive and the whole process with Tim was quick and painless. When we realized the brakes were squeaking, I called back and spoke with Steve. He had me bring it to his partner mechanic and took care of it, no questions asked. And the "we owe" work they had to finish was done quickly and they loaned me a car while the work was being done. Everyone I dealt with there was friendly and professional, and they actually did what they said they were going to do, which is far more than most dealers. And finally, I took the car to a different mechanic for a checkup and everything looked great. I am delighted with the car, and would certainly recommend Arrowhead to anyone. read more

After having my car totaled in an accident I had to not only deal with insurance but I had to find a new car which was the last thing I was planning on doing because I had been perfectly happy with my old car. I looked at all the big lots. Had salesman keep trying to sell me a 4 cylinder SUV without any of the luxuries my Acura MDX had. Arrowhead had a nice selection and a beautiful Ford Edge with all the luxuries I wanted at a price I could afford! It was detailed and they even put brand new tires on it for me! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP!!!!! "Certified by blah blah blah" wrong. We purchased this vehicle the last week of July. It has been in the shop 3 times since the time of purchase. We have had to put more than 2000$ worth if work into it thus far and it's just the beginning. We noticed broken items a day after purchase and called and emailed and tried to contact our sales rep and the "gm". We spoke to the sales man once who assured us the gm would contact us to get the problems fixed that happened when we bought it. As the months go by and the problems keep accumulating I'm sick that we were duped by these guys. Typical used car sales men, they just want your money and you out the door. Please!!! I am a woman who walked in alone to look at a car I saw on their website. Of course I was gaurded. But I was treated so kindly. No pushiness, which is the worst. Very laid back. I talked mostly with the owner at first. Then did the paper work with Tim Lacy. I can't say enough good things about Tim. He knows customer service. After buying the car the battery went dead. They spent less than 5mins looking at her car and told us that it was a junker with a bad carfax and would give less than $2k for it. So we took it 2 blocks down the street to carmax and her car came back with a clean carfax and offered us $5k for trade or cash.
