Stay away from this dealership and read the reviews. Unfortunately my husband didn't. This place is the most unprofessional dealership I have ever encountered. They wait over a month to pay off your vehicle that they bought on trade in. Making you have to make payments on a vehicle you no longer own because it's still under your credit. This then makes the payoff not cover what the original amount was due. They don't perform the smog check as they are legally required to or even give you a certificate to go have it performed. They use the excuse oh sorry it's brand new to us and we didn't get a chance. It's BS excuses. Then someone leaves their keys in the vehicle and call you and tell you to bring the keys back. Um how does your irresponsibility become our problem. They didn't give a full tank of gas plus you have to beside back there to bring someone their keys. So unprofessional. Steer clear! read more

I bought my first car from this place about 5 years ago and I actually realized I'm STILL mad about their horrendous lack of ethics. Directly after satisfaction guaranteed/return window, an issue came up with the exhaust system that cost $500 to repair. Then I realized that the A/C Compressor was shot. They recommended a route to me for my test drive which, looking back, didn't go on the highway, so they essentially fooled me into only test driving it at city speeds. Turns out the transmission was going, and anything remotely resembling rapid acceleration caused it to slip. So I could either drop some $2000 on a new transmission or trade in my car. I traded my car in to CarMax and was informed that there was frame damage on the passenger side. Which makes sense in hindsight. Some of the plastic covers in the engine were cracked, so we asked about any accidents the vehicle had been in. They very carefully worded it as, "The vehicle history report doesn't show any accidents," and made up some malarkey about a bad mechanic getting rough with the covers. There's no way they didn't know they had a car with frame damage. This is so ingrained in my memory that I still remember the name of my salesman. Lloyd. Nice looking guy. Disarming. Older fellow, dresses pretty old fashioned. Don't be fooled. He's a snake. The manager talked me into taking my bad review down all those years ago, and out of the kindness of my heart, I did. Then I realized that it would be much kinder to spare the next customer the same frustration I went through. read more

Scammers. I bought a Mazda 6 not even a year ago from them. As other reviews stated, they take advantage of you. They take the stereotype of scummy car salesman to a whole new level. I was super excited to get my first car, but it blindsided me with the thousands of dollars worth of warranty they snuck in with the costs. I realize that I should've read the fine print, but reputable dealerships shouldn't use that as an excuse if they actually care about their clients. I read though the warranty contract and discovered it hardly covers anything. I'm not entirely sure if it does cover anything considering the "what is not covered" sections take up half the contract. I'm willing to bet if I go in and simply ask what is covered under warranty I will be met with dealers that have the look of a deer in headlights. Go read through the optional tire and wheel coverage and see what isn't covered to have a nice laugh. Also, the PDR doesn't even cover hail damage or most accidental dings! Spend a few thousand dollars for the extensive warranty and you're guaranteed a new windshield over the course of five years, but that's about it. When I test drove the car, I noticed one of the turn signal bulbs was out because I just happened to have my hazards on when I parked the car. I told them to replace them before I left the lot and they did, but it wasn't without a fair share of dirty looks and sighs. I also took my car into service a few months after and the "mechanics" forgot to completely tighten the oil drain plug so I had a puddle in my driveway. Seriously? I purchased my car for TSG Auto almost 3 months ago. I waited until I've had the vehicle a while to write a review. My experience with Sales and the purchase process was great. TSG auto does a great job with customer service and making the job easy. Justin, my sales representative, was friendly and professional-- very low pressure. The vehicle itself is not a quality vehicle. I had not realized the car was not a smoke free vehicle. The day I purchased it was very cold out so I hardly noticed the smell. The smell is very bad. I was a bit surprised there had been no treatment done. This is on me for not reading the advertisement properly-- but just want to be clear to everyone to keep an eye out for these things. It also wasn't cleaned thoroughly before purchase which was surprising. I was also promised a full tank and once I left the lot-- I noticed I was on empty. I didn't feel like bothering to turn around-- TSG auto offered to fill me up if I drove back. Only a couple of days after owning the vehicle the battery completely died. AAA replaced my battery and indicated the battery was just old. To be fair, when I called TSG Auto about the issue the offered to resolve. Only a couple days after the incident with the battery I noticed there was a leak in the front right tire. After more inspection I realized that the tire was very old and unsafe-- I've had to replace all 4 tires only 3 months into owning the vehicle so keep an eye out for this as well. Takeaway: Buying process is simple and easy with low pressure sales techniques. If you are buying from TSG Auto do a thorough inspection of the vehicle-- know what you are doing. Just like any other used dealer. I would still purchase from TSG Auto but I would have done a better inspection of the car and purchased for a more fair price. read more

EVERY BUYER'S WORST NIGHTMARE - PUSH THE SALE THEN LEAVE YOU HANGING WHEN THEY HAVE YOUR MONEY! We visited TSG to test drive some trucks we liked on their website. We were on the lot for about 5 minutes before one of the salesman showed up. Initially, everything went smooth and we had open communication with the salesman through texts and what not. After driving one truck, we found issues: 1. the heat didn't work 2. there was a concerning vibration and "rattle" when you accelerated 3. there was a wobble in the steering wheel Yet the salesman says "we do a 120 point inspection on all of our vehicles so they are all great vehicles", but i guess they skipped this truck and i found the issues for them. So before i left the salesman went to the back to talk to the serviceman and he came back and was trying to tell me that the wobble is normal and each truck reacts differently with a lift. I than told him that i owned a titan in the past and it never had a wobble so they should be able to figure it out since they installed the lift they would know exactly what to look at. I was told to come back to test drive the truck when they had repaired the issues. A day later I got the text saying that everything was ready and repaired. So we went and test drove the truck again and guess what no wobble in the steering, the heat worked great but the rattle was still there. We asked the salesman to drive with us around the block so he could hear the rattle, which he noticed right away. He gave us his assurance that they would fix the issue and could put it in the sales contract that it was dependent upon the repair. We got it in the contract and were informed by the salesman that he was on it and would let me know when the part got in so that i could bring back the truck for the repair the following Monday or Tuesday. Those days came and went, so I texted the salesman (who said he'd be "on it") saying, "hey just checking in and wondering if you had any update on the parts for the truck", and the only response I got was "call the dealership man." Wow! thanks for holding your side of the deal here! Felt totally brushed off with this complete lack of service and professionalism the second they had my money! No one contacted me about anything, the day I took the truck i was informed also that there was only 1 key and fob for it and to come in on Tuesday and they would take care of it and make me one. Again my salesman told me the day i bought the truck that he'd let me know the day to come in. Well i texted him Tuesday and all i got was call the dealership i'm not in. Again like wow so many other ways that could have been handled. So I just end up going to the dealership and luckily the key guy was there... BUT my name was on no list no one knew that i was coming even thought the day i took the truck they said my name was on the list to have a key and fob made. But they helped me out and while waiting after explaining to the lady behind the desk she than comes up to me and asks are you paying for this or are we taking care of it. I again explained that no i'm not paying I was told to show up today since i just bought the truck on Saturday and get a key and fob made since it only came with 1 each. But thankfully after some awkward moments i got my key and fob and didn't pay for it... So overall not pleased with how all this went, all i see is the salesman are out there for the sale and on to the next person. I'm being told that things are being handled and i'll be notified of certain things and its not happening. The "nice salesman" no longer contacts me or answers questions more like just left me hanging. After the purchase they harp on you for a positive review which I initially gave but the follow up customer service doesn't exist which is sad. I WILL NOT BE GETTING ANOTHER CAR FROM THIS DEALERSHIP EVER!!! BUYER BEWARE! read more

Worst customer service I've ever experienced. I contacted this dealer and spoke with Fred regarding a used car I was interested in. Fred sent me some pictures I requested, since the ones on their website weren't very detailed. I told him I was interested in setting up an appointment and he texted me, "I'm off today." I called the dealer to hopefully speak with another salesman, and got sent to voicemail. I left a message. The dealer called back the next day and I told them the poor experience I had. They apologized and had the same salesman call me back. I made an appointment, drove 45 minutes away to view the car. I met Fred, my salesman. He asked, "did you get my text?" I did not receive a text. He then preceded to tell me that the car was sold. He tried to show me his phone to prove he texted me, but it was clearly not a text to me. Do not waste your time with this dealer. They have horrible service and reviews. Worked with James and it was fun. He was great! He let us test drive all the turbos we wanted and I assured him I was buying. We got the WRX. As an edit, I got a CEL after only 32 miles off the lot. They said they'd fix the problem and guarantee an emissions pass; they paid for ~$1,300 worth of work, but told me I'd be on my own after that. It as been over 6 weeks and I still get the CEL - every single day. And I reset it - every single day. The truth is they got a car that had been modified and their mechanics (no offense) just simply cannot diagnose the problem because that's not their specialty. At the same time, if they're making a profit off of selling a product, uh, they should know their product. And boy I'll NEVER buy a used car again because of this experience. First Time Buyers Beware! I went to TSG to purchase my first car. I was extremely nervous and out of my comfort zone and I believe they took advantage of that. I understand they are in the business to sell cars but completely ripping someone off is another story. I started off with 1 salesperson whom I liked, but was then passed off to another who was extremely rude and condescending. I was told the car I wanted wouldn't be possible to finance as a first-time buyer (it was apparently too old and cheap ?) and the salesperson showed me a newer car, talked it up as salespeople do, and as I was desperate, I decided to buy it. My mistake was not asking more questions. I ended up looking up the car a few months after purchase and found out it had been on the lot for months (they couldn't find a sucker to buy it until I walked in), and also had been in an accident with the previous owner. This was not disclosed to me when I purchased. I was also talked into buying a warranty, and was told "it would barely add to my payment and was the best decision to make". Looking at the paperwork down the road, and it actually makes up 20% of my total car loan. 20% of my loan is just this giant expensive warranty. I have since decided to cancel this warranty. I will never give my business to this dealership again, and if you are a first time car buyer I wouldn't either - unless you have someone in your corner to help, otherwise you will get taken for a ride like I was. I would not wish this dealership on anyone - worst nightmare. I went there to look at the Tesla Model 3 they recently posted online. They low balled me for the trade in on my 2019 Leaf SL Plus - which they looked up a 2018 Nissan Leaf SL - very different cars and about $10,000 difference. They then told me to go to car max and get a appraisal and they would match them - well I did one better I went to the Nissan Dealership and got the appraisal done there. $33,400.00 TSG would not even match the correct appraisal, I was told by John and Stan that they did not want my car and did not want my business - can only assume that since I stated my husband would like to drive the car that being gay is an issue with this dealership. Which I could careless, the owner Tim G. was stated to have this goal "Tim's main goal is to satisfy his customers and provide great service" which if you look on Dealerrater.com. Satisfying his customers is far from what he is actually doing. I went to AutoNation and got the $33,400 for my car and bought the Tesla Model 3 there. GOOD BYE TSG AUTO. I would not send any of my friends, family, social media followers or worst enemies to your dealership - I gave you the chance to make it right and you FELL WAY SHORT. IF IT WAS POSSIBLE TO GIVE NO STARS I WOULD, I would also suggest reading all the review on multiple site about TSG Auto - based on my experience all the one star reviews are true and honest and out number the 3, 4 or 5 stars they give themselves. read more

So far so good. My salesman some months ago was very friendly. Everyone back then was nice. Location is good! Easy access and large lot of vehicles. Im trying the 1 year (3 gas/2 diesel really) of oil changes. Service guys seemed like 'blah sorta day'. No one directed me to how to find the service department. I finally had to ask some kids detailing. They seemed annoyed. But whatever...i dont care...Yelp is helpful for that. I believe in telling others before trying to ruin their job. Stay Away! Purchased a used vehicle that ended up with front end problems went back to the dealership the next day for repairs. This occurred 3 more times with the same issues. The 5th time we brought it back for good after basically throwing a fit and lost some money, but ended up with a 2014 with 15,000 miles and was told it had a full factory warranty. Guess what happened next. The car ended up with what we thought were minor issues had major mechanical issues due to a major car accident that was not fully disclosed. Warranty is void. We sought an attorneys advice and took the car back. Had to throw another fit and threaten with a law suit to get back our down payment and return the truck. We are out about $4000 between the original loss, rental car for 2 weeks, inspection fees from Dodge and new tires we took back, but purchased for the truck. Stay away!!!! read more

The cars this place sells are a joke. Went looking for a F-150 looked at 4 and all had issues. First one started leaking coolant, second one had a VERY distinct miss in the engine and a check engine light. The next two interiors were so destroyed it wasn't funny yet they had the audacity to charge $16000 for a beat up F-150. When I brought this up to the salesman he said all the problems were known! Called and emailed countless times to the dealer with no such luck. My husband and I have now purchased two cars through TSG. The first experience was several years ago and it went so well that when we recently needed a new car, my husband insisted we go to TSG. He had his eyes on a specific car, and the two times he went to check it out the sales associates were so rude (one threw a pen in the air out of annoyance that my husband refused to buy a car without me there), so my husband looked elsewhere for cars before we went back to TSG because we really liked the car that they had. Audrey is the only reason this review is so positive - her customer service was 5 stars through and through, and she made the process of actually buying the car very streamlined and easy, with no pushing (except for the 5 star review push. It is very clear that forcing customers into giving positive reviews is the management style of the place). After actually driving off with the car is when the problems started. TSG didn't cash our personal financing for a long time, which meant that we had the car but didn't actually have the loan from our bank because of TSGs slow process. When I inquired about it to the finance manager we had worked with, I never got a response. Over a month after "buying" the car, we heard from our bank that TSG had improperly endorsed the financing check and so the bank refused to pay. Not only was the financing an issue, but TSG also delayed mailing us the title of the car. Because of this incredibly delayed process, our temporary license plates expired and our HOA almost had our car towed the day that I was recovering from surgery. Luckily my husband was able to get to the DMV in time to get license plates. Purchasing and the aftermath of purchasing from TSG was such a hassle that my husband and I have vowed to never do it again. Audrey was great, but that is truly the only positive thing we can say about this car buying experience. read more

DO NOT buy from TSG Auto! They are rude, dishonest and use a practice/scam called 'spot delivery'. The salesman, Doug was begging for reviews before we had even signed paperwork. Three weeks after we took delivery of the vehicle, they threatened us with repossession because they couldn't secure the promised financing. They didn't try to work with us to resolve this, they just wanted the vehicle returned. They did, however, cash our down payment check immediately. Totally dishonest and harassing. Get rid of every department. Start over, change their plans, decisions and customer service. Every department is a major issue. Let's start with billing, charged me twice for my down payment because I paid with a check and previously paid a small portion with a credit. They saved my credit info an charged me again after I gave them a check and deposited it. Next let's move onto the sales. This one people dealt with the most and you would think the most professional. Well Jeff continued to discredit my wife and threw his arms up in the air many times during the debate of finance. If there is one way to get someone in a car is to make them feel right that they are getting the best deal. Jeff made us uncomfortable and forceful to get us to buy the vehicle. After a while we decided with the packages it's the best within a 100 miles that we could find and that they would honor the price to vehicle ratio. We were under priced for our trade in on our 2016 Mazda CX-5 with 50k miles on it. The manager only spent 2 minutes looking into our vehicle. Next, we move to the service department. First time I took the vehicle out it had a really bad wheel bearing and was cleared for sale. I immediately brought the vehicle back from the test drive and said it needs to be fixed. They said no problem, no charge. Monday morning it will be ready for pick up, it's Saturday. Tuesday comes and I get a call come in and pick it up,(12:30pm) I come get the vehicle. Drive about 10 miles and the check engine light is on, also all over the road and pulling to the left. Call them schedule, bring in. Evac canisters bad. So they replace, call me and I come back. They say oh maybe it needs new tires so they talk with the manager and come back and give me a note with a place that they will pay for new tires. I then go to the tire shop. They jack my vehicle up in the parking lot. No paperwork at all. And put new tires on my rims then the car. After 2 hours I drive away. Scared for my life when I bring it above 45 as it's all over the place. They never balance the tires. Drive about 3 miles away from the shop and I have a check engine light again. So I then call schedule, bring in the vehicle again. They said idk what it is but we will fix it. I went to autozone and found out it's a evap leak again. Also no alignment has been done after I explained it needs one and they returned the vehicle. Finally I return my car again. Tell them all that needs to be fixed and met the manager. Started off nice trying to figure out the problem. He goes from the shop to me to the shop to me. Then starts to act like a mechanic and explain what they are going to do. As a former mechanic I laugh at his knowledge and explain to not tell me any more bs. He then runs around saying as a manager to put himself above me as I have never led a team before in my life. I then explain I have managed before and don't understand how this business is even together. During the argument he explained that he had no idea what was going on with the sale, the over charging, the service departments mess ups etc. overall I would never trust any person in this company as they all have no idea what their roles experience requires, and lack of commendation and customer service. UPDATE. The open recall that was on the car got to be too much as it was no longer starting at all. We called TSG and they had it towed to the dealer and had the recall done. I had a terrible experience here and would not recommend. Had an appt to see a car and salesman didnt take the time to get the car washed prior to my appt. Car had hail damage so I wanted to see how it looked. Salesman couldnt bother asking if I had any questions or show me the car, just handed over the key. It was like he treated me different because I was a woman. During test drive, I tried to email a manager to have him call me asap. No call. Returned to dealership and handed the key back. Said I needed to talk to my husband. Asked receptionist if I could speak with a manager and she said yes but it might be awhile as he was with a guest. Left my name and number...no call. On my way out, I spoke to John about my experience. He stepped up, got the car washed and let me test drive again. After getting my husband involved and telling him about my experience, we walked. Should have read the reviews and would have seen all the bad experiences. I had thousands of dollars in my purse for down payment plus was pre approved by my bank. I found a car and had a better experience 2 days later. Dont bother with this dealership! read more

I usually don't write reviews and when I do they are usually positive ones- but I had the worst experience with James. He was nasty to my friend and I, talked down to me and argued with us even when he was wrong. He guaranteed brand new tires because the car was sliding out on the snow going less than 5MPH (which he tried arguing saying that was normal, for a AWD, it's not)- he explained the whole "good/better/beat" concept which I've heard before and he promised I'd get the "better" tires. He waited until I had signed the paper work to even make sure they had the tires knowing I was moving that day and needed to leave. I had to drive over 200 miles to come back to get the tires replaced another day and the tires were worse quality, although better tread on them, they were definitely not new. I know what new tires look like. I was given a chance to get a few hundred off the price or get new tires- I needed the tires ASAP and being led to believe they'd be more than decent I stuck with the price( my fault for trusting him at all)- I had asked someone who is a tire specialist for like 10 years and even they never heard of these cheap tires (I looked them up). I also asked to have all the TSG stuff removed from the car which they didn't, and the wiper blades needed to be replaced which he said would get done - I had to come back again after realizing they hadn't been replaced. Overall, TERRIBLE experience. If I hadn't needed to leave with a car that day I would of gone somewhere else. Whatever you do, don't use him as your salesman **updated this from 0 to 3 stars because Stan the District Manager reached out and rectified the situation. I had to come back 3 times but we worked together between Stan and the tire shop to get me the best tires for my vehicle and location I moved to! I can't give them 5 stars due to my terrible experience with their staff but otherwise I am much happier now with excellent tires** read more

My car broke down two weeks after purchase. Told it was fine by tsg and broke down in the middle of nowhere on Easter Sunday with my family. I asked to return it not even a month after purchase and I was told I could not. It has been in their shop for fuel pump/ line issues, numerous AC issues, transmission fluid leaking and now coolant leaking. Very unhappy with this purchase and management would not help. John the manager made me feel as if I was inconveniencing him and that he did everything he could for me by helping me with one of many deductibles. Just bought a 2017. Forgot to give me a second key. I had to meet locksmith and spend 2 hours. Next air conditioning did not work. Took it to Nissan and car didn't have any freon.no leaks just didn't have any Freon. However TSGsaid it was completely checked out. A+. All this in 1 week after purchase. Called sales manager and he is yet to call me back. If that's the way they do business. Save yourself the grief. Go to a reputable dealer. At first service seemed to start out good, went for a test drive etc. It wasn't until after I showed interest in buying the vehicle, things went downhill. Granted my credit wasn't the best, but they still showed no initiative to talk about anything. Especially after we pointed out several things wrong with the vehicle. Now I know it's a previously owned vehicle and they can't fix "everything" but it never hurts to ask. Well, they didn't want to hear any of it, and as a matter of fact, they took notes then said they'd work on it and be in touch with me. I had a good experience setting up an appointment and test driving the car. But had two issues that soured my experience with TSG. First, when I was looking at the car the sales person assured me the Toyota Tacoma came with a 6 cylinder engine and he repeatedly assured us when I brought my son to look at the car that it was a 6 cylinder. I didn't have any reason to doubt him and since the truck had limited mile on it and still was on warranty I didn't take it to my mechanic to confirm what the truck was. Imagine my surprise when I took it to the dealer and was told they don't see many of these 4 cylinder engines. I would not have bought the car as the towing capacity is half as much as the 6cylinder. Also the Carfax pricing stated it was a great deal but when you plug the actual specifications of the truck into KBB the price average to above average. When I tried to call the dealership to discuss was transferred to the sales managers phone. To date I have left 5 messages and have heard nothing. My second issue was when I bought the truck they took my license to make copies. The next day I realized my license was missing and didn't recall getting it back. I called the salesman left a message inquiring if he had it. I received no answer. I called the main switchboard and the receptionist took my information and said they would call if they had the license. I never heard back so I got a replacement license, after standing in line at the DMV for heater than 3hrs, not an easy task in this Covid environment. A week later I had to stop by the Dealership and the salesperson casually come up saying he has my license. Very annoying. Before I bought the truck he was very attentive calling frequently but after the sale it has been Crickets from the dealership. For a dealership that has supposedly won all these awards for being best in the Country their service and follow through is poor. All said and done I Agee with the other reviews they are just like every other used car lot, kind of dishonest and out for the sale only. read more

I bought a 2011 Jeep Grand Cherokee Overland about 6 weeks ago. On the 7 mile drive home the check engine light came on and I returned the vehicle less than 5 hours after purchase to have the issue fixed I've now taken it to TSG twice, dropping it off for the transmission repair. Both of those times no vehicle was provided for me during repairs. They reset the check engineer light and gave it back to me. Note I've taken it to a transmission shop 5 times for repairs. They wouldn't pay for the repair but had me wait for some warranty/insurance company to authorize the repairs. Now after taking it in for a two hour job, another problem was found and will take 4-5 days to repair. After getting incredibly angry with the manager I was given a loaner car (absolute piece of garbage). I also had to walk 4 miles to get the courtesy vehicles/death trap. Avoid this lemon peddling dealer like the plague. I've lost an easy thousand dollars in lost income from missing work. Now I'm being told I have to pay a few hundred dollars to cover part of the cost. I should have returned the vehicle a few hours after i discovered the problems but now an exploring my legal rights to bring a lawsuit against this embarrassingly poor dealership. read more

Before shopping at TSG Auto, my wife and I had three prior car purchases from other dealerships that we had a great deal of buyers remorse and it left us a bit weary of buying a car anytime soon. My wife and I finally decided to upgrade our car to a 2007 Honda Pilot. It didn't take us long to find what we wanted at TSG Auto. We live up in Thornton so the drive was a commitment and a gamble seeing that we've had bad experiences elsewhere in the past. The moment we pulled in we saw that this experience would be different. We weren't hovered over by salespeople or "claimed" and hunted own by anyone. Our salesman was Jeff Zweben and he did a wonderful job taking care of my family while we were there. He showed us both respect and made us feel very comfortable. He worked with us on our payment and trade-in in a very professional way. After agreeing to the sale we waited for just a little bit before John Garramone greeted us to finish the paperwork. He gave us another great experience with the finance end of our transaction. He had us in and out in less than 30 minutes where as in the past we have waited for over an hour at other dealerships. We had to bring our new car back for some work that Tim Greufe, the owner, agreed to have completed so that we would be completely satisfied. Tim has been great in returning any email or message that has been left for him. He very professional and takes pride in his business. He clearly wants his customers to be happy with their purchase(s). I worked with Bryan Thompson in the service department when I had to drop our Pilot off to have the work done that I had mentioned. They kindly gave us a loaner for the day while the work was being completed. The work that was completed was excellent as well. Overall, our experience exceeded our expectations. I will definitely look to TSG Auto for our future auto purchases and make sure to mention them to anyone considering purchasing a pre-owned car. read more

So. Where to start. Around late July my parents got me a 2007 Subaru Impreza Outback to take off to college. I was pretty stoked, TSG was going to rebuild the engine. And you know what? They might have, but as we have found out since they don't employ certified mechanics. About two weeks after they finished "rebuilding" the check engine light came on. water pump had gone out along with the catalytic converter. We brought the car back to TSG and they fixed it, no charge. A week after that the check engine light came on again. This time it turned out that the oil was bone dry, Though the oil light didn't turn on. At this point I had to leave for college and ended up going out to New Hampshire for about two months without a car while it was getting fixed (Not at TSG). When the check engine light came on for the 2nd time they made probably the most half assed attempt to "fix" the problem that they could. Once I got the car fixed and shipped to me in New Hampshire it ran great, although I was only driving about 10-15 miles a day at the most. In January I had to drive home due to family issues and surprisingly the car got me back home just fine. Only stopped for an oil change in Chicago. About a week ago the engine light checked back on. I had two misfiring cylinders, I took it to TSG because I had no money and they were the only place that I could find that would work with me on payments. Their "head mechanic" scribbled down a few numbers on a paper and then handed it to me saying "It'll be that much to do repairs". None of the costs were itemized and he didn't really say what needed to be done other than "Uh it might be spark plugs, or wires, or coils". So I took it to another shop and they replaced the wires and the coils and it ran great for two days until tonight when the light came back on. I haven't pulled the check engine codes yet but I'm sure this one will be a doozie. With the money myself and my parents have put into fixing this car we could have payed off the loan and put at least a down payment on a different car. So currently any and all money that I have coming in is going to putting a down payment on a different car. (But you can sure as hell bet that it won't be from TSG!) read more

This review is for the repair shop. We purchased a vehicle from TSG (the sales staff were great), but the vehicle developed an issue two days after we took it home. We took it back to TSG as we were assured if anything went wrong, our added warranty would take care of things. The Service writer assured us that it would be ready by the next afternoon. When we showed up late in the afternoon, the staff behind the desk were rude and not at all helpful. We actually stood at the counter for several minutes before someone even acknowledged our presence! It was as though they resented that we interrupted their non-work related conversation. The vehicle was not ready so we had to wait another hour or more. When we picked up the car, it still had issues. We took it back, and we were told they'll have to send it out because it was beyond the scope of what they do there. read more

Looking to buy a work van for my business found a vehicle I liked here I contacted them and we start the process. Over the phone costumer service wasn't good but they have the vehicle I wanted I apply on line and later they said my credit score was low but I just checked on line and it was more than 700 they told me is was 600 they asked me to put more money for the down payment and I said yes. Later I got an email from the sales rep saying that his boss says a truck is better for me, I can tell you what I need when I need it since I'm paying for it so I said no I want a van. After that he say I will get back to you and more likely was me emailing him and asking for the status and got nothing finally i got an email saying I'm sorry bank won't finance this because they say is a work van of course is for work I told you since I called first time. Anyways such a WASTE OF TIME my score went down a few points for the hard inquiry i knew that but I didn't see any intention to close the sale or nothing I am a business owner myself and I always do whatever I need to do to make my costumer happy and help obviously here that is not something they can or want to do. I went to another dealer apply there after 2 hours I got my answer back and I'll be getting my van tomorrow they just didn't care for a 24 k sale. They claim to go above and beyond for customers. They dont. They claim to approve everyone. They dont. Horrible customer service and the ad and company have proven themselves to be liars. If i could give negative stars i would. Dont waste your time with these people. read more
