The carpet was like new until the mechanics at Eurotech decided to clean the grease off there shoes on my carpet after I had told the management and owner about it.the owner will not answer my calls and the management did nothing to protect the interior of my vehicle or offer to compensate for the gas that was used or the labor of cleaning or having the carpet cleaned. Avoid this place at all cost if you don't want to be ripped off. In 2022, I brought my car in for a routine oil change. After performing one of their so-called "inspections," they claimed all four brake pads and the head gasket needed replacement. This was surprising, as the brakes had been replaced just six months earlier, and the car had only been driven less than 3,000 miles. They insisted these repairs were necessary to keep the vehicle roadworthy, so I reluctantly agreed. The total bill came to nearly $5,000. In 2023, I returned for another oil change. Again, following their inspection, they told me the head gasket needed to be replaced despite having replaced by their shop the previous year they also recommended a coolant flush and transmission fluid change due to "contamination." I pointed out that the coolant and transmission fluid had already been changed within the last 14 days. I then asked if the head gasket was still under warranty. I was told the warranty had expired just the month prior. I declined all suggested repairs because I felt that they were intentionally attempting to rip me off. In 2025, I returned because the car was jerking during acceleration. I had already diagnosed the issue myself using the same scan tool they use and found a misfire in one of the cylinders. They performed the same scan, then simply cleared the error code without addressing the actual problem. When I asked about the test drive specifically, what speeds the car was driven, since the problem occurs above 65 MPH they couldn't provide an answer. Instead, they came back with a list of new "needed" repairs: a $600 battery (to continue to troubleshoot), a $1,600 CV boot replacement, and new brake pads for $900--even though the brakes had only been driven about 3,000 miles since the last replacement. They also pushed for another oil change, despite it not being due for another 3,000 miles or 3 months. When I questioned this, the technician claimed oil should be changed every six months. I agreed with the oil change even though I noted that this recommendation wasn't even in the vehicle's manual. After the vehicle being in the shop for 2 days to my surprise when I went to pick it up before closing they did not change the oil. I believe that this was done deliberately because I questioned the technician about his recommendations. As you can see the history, I have been a customer here for several years. Steer away do not let these thieves rob you of your hard-earned money. Positive reviews were provided by customers who were promised discounts if they left a positive review of their shop. They got me once the same way because the bill was outrageous. In short, this shop fails to provide honest service to their customers. SOLDIERS PLEASE stay away!! My experience with EuroTech defines the star rating. The quality of the parts was good (as I learned what OEM parts mean) ('Original Equipment Manufacturer'), for the service I previously had done. The important take away was not the parts and performance of the mechanics of the shop. The disarray came the way the shop supervisor at the Desk Mr. Kyle conducts business for the shop. The shop operates how it operates and I believe it is a shop that our Soldiers of Ft Cavazos (Hood) should stand clear from if they are driving a vehicle to be considered "foreign" or parts are manufactured outside of USA. The shop conducted "shady" tactics while dealing with my vehicle and insurance claim! "THEY DO NOT WORK WITH IN THE LIMITS OF most insurance companies like a collision shop! (READ YOUR POLICIES) This is very important on why you stand clear of this shop and why you probably won't find this particular shop on the recommended list for insurance companies. Mr. Kyle stated the shop will only use OEM parts on your vehicle (this comes after parts where ordered and put on the vehicle four days earlier than quoted to the insurance company, as I believe they knew there tactic wouldn't be discovered until I went to go pick up vehicle, and the numbers were doubled from what the insurance company originally quoted and adding an additional $2400-$2500 onto the invoice that's were we learned about OEM ; even if they speak with insurance company and insurance company gives them return quote with "after market" prices they moved forward with OEM, and between dialogue between the adjuster and shop both insurance company and shop both displayed to me untruthfulness and lack of full professionalism as the shops job is to "make money for the shop" word directly out of Mr. Kyle's mouth as he made other statements, in to which I found him be dishonest. After I had to go fight with insurance company for 2 weeks in order to not eat the doctored new invoice with OEM pricing on a full exhaust system that was fully intact when I dropped vehicle off, yet Infiniti supposedly sent them back a picture of a cut exhaust system that they couldn't get credit back for. But what does that have to do with me?!. We just paid for a brand new system OEM at that. The team went as far as to create fake email traffic to justify them charging me $250 extra on top of the new invoice for a return core credit that they tried to receive from Infiniti (according to them) and then Mr Kyle was very adamant "that that was that" and I couldn't get my car unless it was paid and that was coming from " The owner" himself (Kenny Ware) in which I requested to speak with , that's when I finally got on the phone with someone stating that they were "Kenny" but did not elect to take my offer to come see him day of with the paperwork and my concerns. And so that I could ensure I was talking to the owner Kenny who picture is displayed on the websites. Instead he (Kenny Ware) tried to justify he was the one that received the call from Infiniti about some core! And sent me some made up invoice for the core, with no other justification. Mr. Kyle stated we don't absorb core charges, talking in circles in attempt to insult my intelligence, especially if you not the subject matter expert in the mechanical department, so you put your faith that a shop will be fair and impartial. Yet we just paid for a brand new exhaust system that would include all brand new prices cause you just got us for OEM where I had to go fight with insurance company because OEM was not even mentioned prior to going forward. It is imperative that we ensure this shop does not service our Soldiers As a Soldier myself (Retired) to see that kinda display in the military town knowing that a lot of our young troopers wouldn't be able to articulate and stand firm through the ordeal and just be taking advantage of, I rather give them the guidance to stand clear of operations like this. Engine Diagnostic, Engine replacement . I recently had my vehicle in for diagnostic and repair. It has been about three and a half months since the engine was installed. The vehicle developed two leaks left and right side valve cover gasket's. After spending over $8,000 for the repair, it is very frustrating to already having to do repairs on my engine. Loaner while they work on Ya car is absolute BS, in all the times they had my care I never saw a loaner. And only once got picked up by someone. Now for staff. So now I'm stuck with a engine swap and all that came with it. But no warranty as I refuse to let these cowboys touch my care again. They failed to tell me about some parts they installed like new injectors or start. So they took them off the bill. Yet invoice still shows I paid for them. Had a injector fail, they wanted $1100 to fix one injector. Not even 12 months into the lifetime warranty. This place will rip you off and then refuse the warranty. Being a female it's pretty typical for repair shops to try to get over on me. That's why I always call up a male family member before I just waltz into a repair shop. Over the phone Craig was friendly and seemed trustworthy. But when I got there, I dealt with some other older gentleman. He was not nearly as nice as Craig nor did he explain things throughly to me. I brought my own parts and still had to pay an arm and a leg for the work that I got done on my car. Their prices for labor are extremely high. They are literally charging dealership prices. Background info: recently, I stopped in to ask the owner, gray-haired gentleman about 5'8" about an extended repairs done to my parent's 1983 convertible Mercedes from spark plugs, to wiring harness and seals just to mention a few...again, its not my vehicle but help my parents resolve an issue that this shop have supposedly fixed. Problems: dash lights broken again, the vehicle drives very rough with front steering column, in which, they claimed it was perfect, under-hood liner is crumbling with a little over 2 yrs...many more! After $4k later. Resolution: non-existent...I went in to speak with the owner, which he claimed to be just a "general manager"...evading the liability and accountability. I asked if there was warranty, and if not, does he know whom the manufacturer that he ordered from. He stated no and would required an extensive research to find it. After a brief discussion, He would not call or replace the rotted out liner that was made of spongy foam (cost $450) and was very quick to shoot me away. Most Excellent Car Care Service! I had an issue with my Santa Fe that I had less than two weeks. My car was still under warranty so I was not worried about whether they would try to rip me off although that is a legitimate concern in this industry. Upon walking through the door and meeting Javier & Craig they were very welcoming and knowledgeable about the issues and guaranteed me that I would have my vehicle back soon. They arranged for a concierge to take me back home which I also thought was a nice touch. The day I was due to get my vehicle back, I received a text with most amazing inspection report I have ever seen. In addition to that, the report included two other issues. When I spoke with Javier over the phone to inquire about the other two issues and see if I could arranged to have those taken care of as well, he told me that it was already addressed! This was above and beyond the highest quality of car care service I have ever received, and Eurotech has earned my trust. Javier's motto is "we don't want your money, we want your business." Some repair companies could learn a thing or two in terms of morality. Zero Stars!! I made an appointment at 7:30am for an oil change. I get there, the man on the counter is on his phone, doesn't even say good morning. I tell him I'm there for an oil change appointment. He tells me that if I'm ready to leave the car in the shop. Leave the car in the shop?? For an oil change? I tell him no, he says car will be all day in the shop. How it does it make any sense to leave a car in the shop all day for a simple oil change??? What was the point of an appointment then? This place has gone to hell ever since the owner and his son aren't involved in the shop anymore, I've always done business with them many years ago when they were just starting. Never going there again. I'll pay cheaper for an oil change anywhere else and the service will be faster. But since I have a BMW and they're BMW 'specialist', I wanted a "reliable" service. Eurotech is a good shop that does quality work and back it up with a warranty. I had an issue with information given to me by Mercedes which turned out to be totally false. Eurotech took the time to walk myself and my warranty inspector thru the work they performed on my car. We both came to the conclusion that Mercedes totally exaggerated some maintenance requirements needed on my vehicle. I posted a negative review about Eurotech but I deleted it after realizing that Mercedes was in the wrong. I appreciate honest people and Eurotech is an honest shop. Eurotech was amazing! I had taken my truck to another shop before them and they said "we think it might be this" and tried to charge me crazy prices. I made an appointment with Eurotech and was there the next day. The manager was there before they even opened ready to greet me and check me in. After they took my truck back he took the time to interact with me and get to know about me and my life and I got to know about him. The problem ended up not being what the other shop said and Eurotech found the solution to the problem. I love shops like this and haven't been able to find one since I've been in texas. Every single employee I interacted with was honest and professional. They will also send you text or call updates on your vehicle periodically. I brought my Volvo XC60 in for a scheduled service after the complimentary services from the dealership ran out. Euro tech was able to get me an appointment within a reasonable time and They also finished the service and oil change quickly enough that I didn't need a loaner to get my son from school. Upon inspection they found the inside of my tires were dangerously worn do to an alignment issue. The wear couldn't be seen from a simple walk around the car. We rescheduled for a new set of Michelins and a four point alignment. My Volvo is much quieter and handles better than it has awhile. Thanks for the great service. Ultimately, I had an issue with my vehicle and I wanted to stay local. I brought it here to fix the issue and things ended up being worse. I had to return my vehicle several times to try and get fixed but I was either charged more or quoted a new fee for things that were directly related to this company not doing the job correctly the first time. When I told Eurotech about some of the issues I was told they did not touch that particular part of my vehicle. Well I had pictures they sent me to show otherwise. I had to take my vehicle to the dealership in Austin to fix the problem and was told of the issues I had were as a result of things not being properly put back together. Another issue that was quoted to me that would cost 600 hundred dollars or more was not found by the dealership at all. We had our car brought in and the estimate was overpriced compared to another quote I received from a different shop.
