2024 Jeep Grand Wagoneer- Obsidian Pkg

Selling my husband's Jeep Grand Wagoneer & met Dirk A. thru our inquiry. He has been one of the kindest people I've met. They gave a very fair offer & stood beside it when we saw others decline for no given reason. Dirk was ready for us as soon as we walked thru the door. Had our ride not had some traffic hiccups, we easily would've been out of here in 15 minutes. I would come back just to deal with him in the future!

Wonderful car buying experience. Ivan Vasquez was the sales associate that helped us. He was quick and to the point, which I appreciate. We were in a rush. The finance guy, Dirk, was thorough and explained stuff well. I would absolutely recommend someone to come here to purchase a vehicle. The negative reviews almost scared me off, I'm glad they didn't! Nobody treated me like I was less than or stupid because I'm a woman, I was treated with respect from the beginning to the end. Excellent service!

I bought a jeep here; everything went smooth and easy. Great customer service ask for Dennis Carter great salesman.

Actual price of part on their own website.

The parts department tried selling a blend door actuator for more than 50% over MSRP. The same OEM actuator can be found on their own website for $140, yet at the parts counter they charged me $230 after saying it was a $260 part and the military discount brought it down to $230. Actual MSRP for the part number 68018109AA is $188 and has been verified by two other dealerships. The two I called said they typically sell this part for about $130-135. I mistakenly purchased it yesterday, not paying attention . When I returned it today I was forever to pay a 10% restocking fee as well as listen to the lady try to tell me that the autonation parts website isn't linked to the dealership, even though you go to the dealerships website to get to the parts page. Stop trying to rip people off! Charge a fair price, and make thing right. It took the guy all of 10 seconds yesterday to go around the corner and get the part, it cooks have been restocked just as quick. No need for me to pay $25 restocking fee when you are already gouging me as it is. I would advise anyone needing parts to do your homework, research online; and check with other dealerships in the local area before purchasing

They forgot to out the rear backup cam cover on and left it jammed into the back bumper with a screw driver

Save yourself the headache, don't go here. Brought our 22 rubicon there twice (was supposed to be only once) for routine work and left with: 3 missing bolts, a factory cross member/skid plate re-installed incorrectly, loose air filter box cover (they weren't even supposed to be working on that) a missing rear back up cam cover (stuck in my bumper with a screw driver, and overall non communication and laziness in checking if parts were in stock before having me drop the vehicle off. I have photos/documentation of everything and will be filing s complaint with stellantis and likely small claims court.

They paid for the repairs, It broke down two weeks later and had to be towed again. After the second time it broke down I tried several times to reach out to them to pay for the repairs. They would not respond and I had to reach out every few days to follow up. After two weeks of trying to get ahold of them to authorize the repairs I gave up and spent $1000 out of my pocket to fix the repairs. After two weeks a manager did try and get back to me but only after I informed them I was going to call corporate. Then mysteriously they decided to try and communicate with me. But after waiting for two weeks for a response I was done with them. I have purchased over 20 cars in my life and this was the worst experience I have ever had. It is hard to believe they are even in business with such horrible service. Stick with carvana or carmax. I have purchased several cars from both of them and their service was excellent.

Why You Should Consider Neighborhood Autos for Your Next Car…read moreIn July, I was in the market for a new car. After doing extensive research and reading reviews, I decided to check out Neighborhood Autos. I browsed their inventory for weeks until I found the perfect car for me--a 2020 Cadillac XT5. I was contacted by Jaime, a salesman who made the entire process seamless and stress-free. Getting approved was simple, and the dealership visit was quick--just about two hours, a much better experience compared to traditional banks. Jaime was patient, kind, and incredibly helpful throughout. I drove away with my dream car at a great price, with a reasonable note and terms. Fast forward two months, my engine light came on. I wasn't too worried because the car came with a five-year warranty. Unfortunately, I found out the repairs--a knock sensor and catalytic converter--weren't covered. I was devastated. When I reached out to the warranty department and the dealership, I initially felt unheard, even after speaking with Matt, the GM. Frustrated, I submitted a complaint and was contacted by Stephen, who genuinely listened to my concerns. Stephen took my case seriously, involving Matt and Clint (the service manager) to find a solution. I learned there was no shop in Texas with the parts I needed for the repair.(feelings shattered again) Stephen personally ensured me my issues would be resolved, and within two weeks, I was approved for an early trade-in. Last Saturday, I returned to the dealership and selected another car--a 2018 Cadillac XT5--which I love even more than the first one. What truly stood out was not just the car, but the exceptional service. The staff went above and beyond to make things right,(where they do that at?) and I've never felt so valued as a customer in my life!. If you're in the market for a car and looking for impeccable service, I highly recommend Neighborhood Autos!

Not only did we get a great deal on a little truck with very low mileage, but we got excellent service and a 2-year warranty. So...this is where the story takes a turn. Last week, my truck would not start. I had roadside, so I called to have it towed. It was too far away to get it towed to James Wood, so I took it to a repair shop local to me. The initial claim on the warranty was denied. I called the warranty company & got a run around. Said run-around included being told that if my mechanic had lied to them, they could have covered the claim. That is when I picked up the phone to call the dealership. Bob answered the phone & listened while I explained my frustration with the warranty people. He said he needed to make a call. Less than an hour later, he called me back to let me know that they made sure the warranty would be covered. I'm sure that is not always going to be the case, but I feel like they honored their reputation and took care of a customer...rather than allowing a pencil-pusher to deny a claim on a minor technicality.
