    For the past 15 years I've been driving a company van and pickup truck. I haven't owned a personal vehicle for the last 15 years. I decided to change jobs, therefore needing a vehicle. After months of searching I bought a Honda Civic because Truck prices were outrageous! Couldn't find a new full size with bells and whistles under $30,000. That was till I seen a 2019 Dodge 5.7L Hemi Crew Cab. Naomi, my saleswoman, was down to earth and answered all my questions without all the pushy sales tactics. The dealership side of Enterprise worked hard to get me a good interest rate, and prevailed in the end. Good experience and awesome salesperson. Ask for Naomi.

    The people at Enterprise are excellent! When I had an accident, they helped me from beginning to end, with ease, friendliness and professionalism. Luis was efficient and sent an equally nice man to pick me up. Their service included speaking with my insurance company to assure me they would pay the entire bill. Thank you Areli! (sp?) Then, Celeste, in sales, called twice and suggested I come in and see their selection, which I did. They have certified cars, with warranties! I found my little SUV and between, Celeste, Cameron and Willie, the whole transaction was effortless. I want to thank them and Enterprise for making an extremely bad circumstance into a happy, haggle free experience. Oh, yes, I love my Jeep! With much appreciation, Louisa Lombardi

It hasn't been drivable since November 2024, which was 9 months ago. Kia agreed to repurchase this vehicle in February and has dragged their feet at every step. At one point, customer care told me the process was completed. At this point, Kia owes me over $20k and I will be finding an attorney. I tried to work with Kia in good faith but they don't want to do the same. Avoid Kia/Hyundai EVs, they are broken and the dealers will lie to your face. Look up Kia / Hyundai ICCU recalls and save yourself a lot of time and trouble. AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!

    I Purchased a New Kia last year from this dealership, The salesman was great however I am not at…read moreall happy with the vehicle and it only has 24,000 miles on it, I'm having problems with tires and brakes. I think the tires are defective, it feels like they have flat spots however there's no presence of flat spots when inspecting, when I take it to the dealership service department they rotate the tires and say everything is fine, I asked them to test drive it but they did not. Update: The service manager called me and asked me to bring the vehicle in, they put the vehicle on the alignment rack the results showed that the vehicle alignment was fine proving that the tires are defective, They said that they will not replace them even if I offered to pay for the prorated miles. I'll never buy another Kia. Update: I just recently purchased a used 2021 Kia Saltos for my daughter from a local Ford dealership, purchased the extended warranty, and I've just recently noticed every time you turn there's a knocking noise coming from the front end. My mechanic told me it was a CV joint going out. So I took it to Moritz Kia of alliance., as soon as I checked in at the service department the young man tells me that if they find that the item is not covered under warranty there will be an additional $150 fee. In my opinion, I believe this dealership is just trying to keep from having to cover things under warranty, I cannot recommend this dealership, mainly due to the extremely poor customer service from their service department.
