    Wonderful car buying experience. Ivan Vasquez was the sales associate that helped us. He was quick and to the point, which I appreciate. We were in a rush. The finance guy, Dirk, was thorough and explained stuff well. I would absolutely recommend someone to come here to purchase a vehicle. The negative reviews almost scared me off, I'm glad they didn't! Nobody treated me like I was less than or stupid because I'm a woman, I was treated with respect from the beginning to the end. Excellent service!

    I bought a jeep here; everything went smooth and easy. Great customer service ask for Dennis Carter great salesman.

    The parts department tried selling a blend door actuator for more than 50% over MSRP. The same OEM actuator can be found on their own website for $140, yet at the parts counter they charged me $230 after saying it was a $260 part and the military discount brought it down to $230. Actual MSRP for the part number 68018109AA is $188 and has been verified by two other dealerships. The two I called said they typically sell this part for about $130-135. I mistakenly purchased it yesterday, not paying attention . When I returned it today I was forever to pay a 10% restocking fee as well as listen to the lady try to tell me that the autonation parts website isn't linked to the dealership, even though you go to the dealerships website to get to the parts page. Stop trying to rip people off! Charge a fair price, and make thing right. It took the guy all of 10 seconds yesterday to go around the corner and get the part, it cooks have been restocked just as quick. No need for me to pay $25 restocking fee when you are already gouging me as it is. I would advise anyone needing parts to do your homework, research online; and check with other dealerships in the local area before purchasing

    They forgot to out the rear backup cam cover on and left it jammed into the back bumper with a screw driver

    Save yourself the headache, don't go here. Brought our 22 rubicon there twice (was supposed to be only once) for routine work and left with: 3 missing bolts, a factory cross member/skid plate re-installed incorrectly, loose air filter box cover (they weren't even supposed to be working on that) a missing rear back up cam cover (stuck in my bumper with a screw driver, and overall non communication and laziness in checking if parts were in stock before having me drop the vehicle off. I have photos/documentation of everything and will be filing s complaint with stellantis and likely small claims court.

    THEY ADDED 8k worth of warranty that I never asked for. And to hide their stuff they didn't print the breakdown page for me the day we signed and I was supposed to get a copy of my contract in my Email but we never did. When we went to trade in the truck I found out there was 13k of negative equity and was shocked. When I asked for the breakdown page William the finance manager texted my wife half the page to hide the breakdown. When I finally got an emailed copy 8 months later I saw the $8k worth of warranties. They wouldn't reimburse the amount. I never used the warranty because I didn't know it was even there and had to do some work on my truck. They said I needed to cancel within 30 days. Like how would I know i need to cancel if I never agreed to it or have the actual paperwork to see the charges. I don't even see my signature on the emailed copy on the breakdown page.

    Run don't just walk away from this place. Bought a car from here and if it could go wrong it did. I would never buy from them again.

They paid for the repairs, It broke down two weeks later and had to be towed again. After the second time it broke down I tried several times to reach out to them to pay for the repairs. They would not respond and I had to reach out every few days to follow up. After two weeks of trying to get ahold of them to authorize the repairs I gave up and spent $1000 out of my pocket to fix the repairs. After two weeks a manager did try and get back to me but only after I informed them I was going to call corporate. Then mysteriously they decided to try and communicate with me. But after waiting for two weeks for a response I was done with them. I have purchased over 20 cars in my life and this was the worst experience I have ever had. It is hard to believe they are even in business with such horrible service. Stick with carvana or carmax. I have purchased several cars from both of them and their service was excellent.

Dealer trade in offers were around $16,000 up to $17,000. Blue Book trade in value was around $16,500 to $18,000. Blue Book Private Party price is around $19,000 - $20,000. We provided our own car loan company that was indepandant from the car dealer and the agent suggested trying givemethevin.com I wasn't too excited about the hastle of selling the car private party. So I called givemethevin.com on Monday 3/9/26 and had a nice conversation with Jennifer. She asked for information about the car and some photos of my car. After hanging up I was able to send her the information and within an hour of our first conversation she called me right back with an excellent offer and asked if I was interested. I was very happy and excited about the offer. Then she asked for some other sepcific pictures of the car and documents. Jennifer and I talked again on 3/10/26 she made an offer of $19,750, oh yeah! Selling it private party I was going to ask $20,000 and if it got desperate I would have gone down to $18,000. So $19,750 was way above my expectations. Finalizing the documentating was completed the same day with a plesant lady named Monica. I was given instructions on completing the documentation and on where to deliver the car (40 miles away) and made an appointment for delivery on 3/11/26. When I arrived there the man who did the intake inspection was nice to work with and he already had the $19,750 check in hand. That took around 20 minutes then they paid for an Uber Chevy Suburban to drive me home. Three pain free days and $19,750 from start to finish was an outstanding experiance and givemethevin.com is a very honest and classy operation. I recommend them to anyone. I wish that I had more cars to sell.

It hasn't been drivable since November 2024, which was 9 months ago. Kia agreed to repurchase this vehicle in February and has dragged their feet at every step. At one point, customer care told me the process was completed. At this point, Kia owes me over $20k and I will be finding an attorney. I tried to work with Kia in good faith but they don't want to do the same. Avoid Kia/Hyundai EVs, they are broken and the dealers will lie to your face. Look up Kia / Hyundai ICCU recalls and save yourself a lot of time and trouble. AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!

Update: The service manager called me and asked me to bring the vehicle in, they put the vehicle on the alignment rack the results showed that the vehicle alignment was fine proving that the tires are defective, They said that they will not replace them even if I offered to pay for the prorated miles. Update: I just recently purchased a used 2021 Kia Saltos for my daughter from a local Ford dealership, purchased the extended warranty, and I've just recently noticed every time you turn there's a knocking noise coming from the front end. My mechanic told me it was a CV joint going out. So I took it to Moritz Kia of alliance., as soon as I checked in at the service department the young man tells me that if they find that the item is not covered under warranty there will be an additional $150 fee. In my opinion, I believe this dealership is just trying to keep from having to cover things under warranty, I cannot recommend this dealership, mainly due to the extremely poor customer service from their service department.
