2024 Jeep Grand Wagoneer- Obsidian Pkg
    Deana W.

Selling my husband's Jeep Grand Wagoneer & met Dirk A. thru our inquiry. He has been one of the kindest people I've met. They gave a very fair offer & stood beside it when we saw others decline for no given reason. Dirk was ready for us as soon as we walked thru the door. Had our ride not had some traffic hiccups, we easily would've been out of here in 15 minutes. I would come back just to deal with him in the future!

Wonderful car buying experience. Ivan Vasquez was the sales associate that helped us. He was quick and to the point, which I appreciate. We were in a rush. The finance guy, Dirk, was thorough and explained stuff well. I would absolutely recommend someone to come here to purchase a vehicle. The negative reviews almost scared me off, I'm glad they didn't! Nobody treated me like I was less than or stupid because I'm a woman, I was treated with respect from the beginning to the end. Excellent service!

I bought a jeep here; everything went smooth and easy. Great customer service ask for Dennis Carter great salesman.

Actual price of part on their own website.

The parts department tried selling a blend door actuator for more than 50% over MSRP. The same OEM actuator can be found on their own website for $140, yet at the parts counter they charged me $230 after saying it was a $260 part and the military discount brought it down to $230. Actual MSRP for the part number 68018109AA is $188 and has been verified by two other dealerships. The two I called said they typically sell this part for about $130-135. I mistakenly purchased it yesterday, not paying attention . When I returned it today I was forever to pay a 10% restocking fee as well as listen to the lady try to tell me that the autonation parts website isn't linked to the dealership, even though you go to the dealerships website to get to the parts page. Stop trying to rip people off! Charge a fair price, and make thing right. It took the guy all of 10 seconds yesterday to go around the corner and get the part, it cooks have been restocked just as quick. No need for me to pay $25 restocking fee when you are already gouging me as it is. I would advise anyone needing parts to do your homework, research online; and check with other dealerships in the local area before purchasing

They forgot to out the rear backup cam cover on and left it jammed into the back bumper with a screw driver

Save yourself the headache, don't go here. Brought our 22 rubicon there twice (was supposed to be only once) for routine work and left with: 3 missing bolts, a factory cross member/skid plate re-installed incorrectly, loose air filter box cover (they weren't even supposed to be working on that) a missing rear back up cam cover (stuck in my bumper with a screw driver, and overall non communication and laziness in checking if parts were in stock before having me drop the vehicle off. I have photos/documentation of everything and will be filing s complaint with stellantis and likely small claims court.

FAMILY TOYOTA of BURLESON My Lexus was recently totaled…read moreafter I incurred two "no fault" accidents within 3 weeks of one another both caused by non-insured drivers. According to one of my adjusters (as I was dealing with two separate claims), that sort of thing doesn't usually happen! I wasn't planning on buying a new car for a few years as I'd had such good experiences with my last two Lexus vehicles. But it all changed when that last accident totaled three cars due to someone driving under the influence. And so began my search for the perfect new (or potentially used) car. I went to so many dealerships and test drove everything I thought I might like. Volvos, Lexus, Subaru, Mazda, Mercedes, BMW and Toyota to name a few. I called dealerships. I searched online. I had so many tabs open on my phone & photos saved that it was beginning to overwhelm me. I was disappointed and lied to by more than one salesman to be sure until I visited FAMILY TOYOTA in Burleson. My salesman was Dominic Gomez and how he changed my perspective of a car salesman! He was honest & upfront with me and genuinely cared about my needs, budget and concerns. He heard me out and was patient to the point of even setting up my phone with the Toyota App. When I was ready to buy my new Toyota BZ, he didn't flinch when I said I needed to drive the Toyota Crown "just to be sure" since I love a luxury car. In the end, I went with the new 2026 BZ Limited BEV (battery electric vehicle) as I just love the smooth ride, platform and trim (not to mention the huge savings by not buying gasoline)! The store's General Manager is Dustin and he was most accommodating & helpful, too. I was so impressed with the no pressure sales and how clean & organized this dealership is as well. I really can't say enough having been through so much these last two months as I did extensive research & was really losing hope until I walked into FAMILY. I had other car salesmen from premier dealerships literally lie to my face about prices but this didn't happen here. I have converted to Toyota as I was treated with total respect and left feeling confident in my purchase. Ask for Dom and tell him his new favorite customer sent you. You won't be disappointed that's for sure.

I want to share our experience so others can go in with their eyes open…read more We leased a Toyota Tundra from Family Toyota of Burleson and returned it early because they told us they could get us a good deal on a new vehicle. Before buying, I asked the salesman more than once whether we would owe anything on the returned truck. Every time it was hand waived and we got the same answer: only our last two lease payments and possibly a small mileage overage, nothing else, everything was good to go. On the strength of those repeated assurances, we bought a new truck, and we also traded in our van and bought a new van from them. Months later, we have received a bill from Toyota Financial Services for $3,800 in additional charges which was the exact kind of charge we had specifically asked about and been told would not happen. When I went back to the dealership, they refused to take any responsibility or help resolve it. In our experience, the sales staff will tell you whatever you want to hear to close the deal, and their word did not hold up once the paperwork was signed. We'll be taking our vehicles elsewhere for service and won't be buying from them again, after going there for several years and using them for all our vehicle's service. Get every promise in writing before signing anything. Any verbal assurance from these folks clearly isn't worth much.

I knew from the back-to-back call that he was not someone I should deal with, given my several years of sales experience. I gave him a chance because he seemed like a great guy, but I later discovered otherwise. The car was for my young daughter. We flew in from New Orleans to make this purchase. To keep this review brief, I will give the remainder in bullet points. **Questionable Transparency:** Before the purchase, he was very responsive, but afterwards, he became unresponsive. **Dishonest Practices:** When the final amount was added up, we noticed a charge of $2,153 for dealer-added accessories (specifically for LoJack and Zak Tek). The dealership and salespeople automatically add these fees to the cost of the car, but the website indicates these are optional. I had requested that this be removed from the cost, as Zak Tek is a clear-coat paint protection applied by the dealership. Website: Available Packages & Options Optional Accessories ZakTek $1,098 *(This is optional so don't let this dealer or saleman include it to the cost of your car) *-- Unknowledgeable or unskilled salesperson *-- We were not given a comprehensive walkthrough and demonstration of the vehicle's features before we drove it off the lot. I was asking questions, trying to get him to start the process, but he seemed clueless. *I asked questions to prompt him, but he seemed clueless. Instead of sitting in the front seat and showing my daughter the features of the car she was about to purchase, he sat in the back seat and said nothing. **Frustrating Experience:** During our 8-hour drive home, it was difficult not to contact the dealership while my daughter was on YouTube trying to learn how to use the features of her new car. This was the most bothersome part of the entire experience. **Recommendation:** Please avoid dealing with this careless, unknowledgeable, and deceptive sales associate. I will also be writing another review about the finance director, who was excellent and deserves recognition. Do yourself a huge favor and do not purchase a vehicle from Daniel "Danny" Posada.

When I say recommended, I mean pushed on us. My son had the car for about 50 days when he was driving home on the freeway at night. The car completely lost power. As in, it just quit. On the freeway. In the fast lane. He had to fight it to get it out of the lane of traffic into the emergency lane and not wreck. We had it towed to our family mechanic (Caliber Auto Care) who had never dealt with the warranty company before. This is how it started, our mechanic put a camera into the engine and discovered a HOLE in the engine, which was absolutely dry of any oil. As in dry for so long there is no way it wasn't like that when we bought it, and this is what our mechanic said. No way it was my son's fault. This 2008 Toyota had had an ENGINE recall that was never fixed. Hertel sold us a car with an ENGINE RECALL and didn't say a word about it so that WE could address it. That year's model Toyota had a manufacturer defect that caused the rubber seals to allow all the oil to leak out and cause... A rod to break off and puncture the engine. It threw a rod. Now this warranty company immediately requested we pay for the mechanic to drop the oil pan ($600). So we did. They finally sent an adjuster, who asked us to authorize and pay for the bottom oil pan to be dropped. Our mechanic explained that we didn't need to do that for him to see the hole, with the camera. The mechanic said he would never need to drop the bottom oil pan and that it was apparently the warrant company's way of chipping away at the cost and push it off onto us. Now we called Hertel and told them what had happened. They sold us a complete LEMON, and on top of that talked us into buying an extended warranty from a company with shady tactics. We were never told by the salesman that there was a cap on repair costs, only that they would cover the whole drive train for another 50k miles. Now, Hertel has just left us hanging with what amounted to an $11k (warranty and TTL) paper weight. That could have gotten my son in a bad car wreck. Do not trust this dealership. Most certainly do not buy the extended warranty plan they are PUSHING on you. They prey on working people here.

I am a lifetime customer of RLB Sales because of my experience with Jeff Crawford. I have bought or leased 8 cars from him and he's never steered me wrong. Jeff is a straight talker, is wide open about how his financing works, and can find literally *anything*. Maybe the best way to illustrate is with some stories. I wanted a 350z several years ago and Jeff found one for me in Plainview, TX. The cost of having it driven to DFW would have added about $1,000 to the price. So Jeff insisted I work directly with the dealership in Plainview to save that money and brokered the whole deal for me, working out a dealer-to-dealer cost price. He even negotiated to have a guy from the dealership meet me at the airport with the car so I could look at it and decide if I wanted it (it was love at first sight, of course). Unbelievable. When buying a Nissan Rogue from him for my +1, he advised us to go with the lower trimline for $5K less, then add the sunroof and leather after market for $1,500. I asked if he could add a kicker box, which he put in and rolled it into the financing (less than $5 difference in the payment). My son needed a first car and Jeff had a trade-in 2014 Honda Fit that had hail damage for under $4K. He *loves* the car. Have I made my point yet? If you've driven down Camp Bowie, you've past the lot at the corner of Byant Irvin. Drop in to see Jeff and tell him I sent you!
