Second time we have used the service. Both times scheduled an appointment. First time was just an oil change and it took 5 hours. Second time oil change and replace a tire. This one took 3 hours. Absolutely ridiculous! It takes 20 minutes to change a tire and 20 minutes change oil. Why does it take this place so long? No this has nothing to do with covid. We will not be purchasing another car from here. Sadly we bought the oil change package so have to go back to them for those. I made an appointment for my AC not blowing cold for a Tuesday morning. Still under original warranty. When I got there I was told I'd need to leave the truck for at least three days, that's fine and I proceeded to ask what they were going to put me in. Loaner cars are all out... At auto Nation,... Where you boast about all your vehicles. Well I don't know a single person who can do without their car for almost half a week. I am going to ask him what's the purpose of the appointment and he just said that they're really backed up so I suggest you guys hire more technicians. He gave me a resolution of coming in on a Saturday morning first thing and they should have me in and out. So because summer is coming up and I really want my AC fixed I did 7:00 they open the gates and I tell them about getting the AC looked at and he said we are going to need the car all day. Mind you, I'm second in line so you know first come first serve on Saturdays but no matter once again I'm left without a vehicle. I wish they would have offered me a diagnosis and then scheduled me to fix it when they figure out what the problem was and then possibly have a vehicle for me to be in to inconvenience me as little as possible but whatever read more

I am truly unhappy. I brought my Chrysler 300 in on last Tuesday for a check engine light. I brought it in early (around 7:30 a.m.) and my car sat all day with no one attending to it. I did not receive a call. I call at 3:00 p.m. to hear a technician did not have a chance to pull it in-I get it. You are busy with other customers. Why not provide a courtesy call so owners can make arrangements to get to work and prepare for other things we use our car for daily? Day 2, car continues to sit no phone call again. This time I call around 12:30 p.m. I'm told, the technician in charge of my car called in sick. Now they are trying to get another technician to service my car. I'm told I will get a call when they can determine who can work my vehicle in. I don't get a call until 4:30 p.m. The car needs to be held another day. Day 3, my car is looked at late that day. Of course, I had to call to do a follow-up on my car. If you haven't guest it, it will be held another day. Day 4, I am called to get my car (on a Friday). I am more than happy to go and get my vehicle. In my mind, I am thinking. I have it for the weekend. I take a short trip with my sister after picking my car up from the Dealer on Friday. I park my car at home and hop into my sister's vehicle and we are off. I only drove my car from the dealer to home. I Return late Saturday evening from my trip. I am happy to get ready to run errands and gas up my car. Guess what? I get down the street and the Check Engine light reappears. Now, it's Monday. I have to bring my car back to this Dealer because I paid for something that's not fixed. I DO NOT INTEND on WAITING FOUR DAYS for a job not done correctly the first time. I AM TRUELY UPSET. I took my 2019 Ram for service on two different occasions and both left me very frustrated. I first called and was given an appointment time. I was asked if I would be waiting for the service to which I said yes. I arrived and the service advisor said it would be 1-3 day for a diagnosis. I hadn't made other arrangements based on the conversation with the scheduling department. Fast forward as I learned from this experience. I called and scheduled another appointment. I asked to speak specifically to a service writer and got sent to voicemail where I left a message. I tried calling 5 different times over 5 days and did not get one single response. I went back to the main scheduling person who led me wrong before and was put on a long hold and they verified my appointment time as it was the first time in the morning. I dropped the truck off the night before and was hoping to get it back today. after struggling to reach a live person I finally voiced enough frustration and was connected. It is 1pm, I asked the service advisor what they had found and with a chuckle they said the truck would be looked at in 1-3 days. The service advisor voiced frustration when I asked why customers are told they had a specific appointment if indeed its somewhere between 1-3 day. This seems very unprofessional to me. If they would say that its a 1-3 day wait up front I would have been ok with it and planned accordingly but it seems obvious that they are instructed to give specific times. Please take a moment to read my experience with this locations sales department I belive it is very important you know this before you chose to shop here. Let's start with the fact that I have been searching and hunting down a very specific vehicle for my spouse for months looking high and low for this truck checking all the sights dealers even craigslist and lone behold I had finnaly found it.... I felt like Charlie "I've got a golden ticket" so first thing I did was go on their website looked at all the photos double checks a couple things such as millage to make sure for the price it was fair and it was indeed. Next on their own sight it said I could put a hold on said vehicle for up to 48 hours and I was so relieved because I knew it wouldn't last long it was a fantastic deal and I knew I wouldn't be there for at least a day. See I was in south Carolina at the time for work and wouldn't be back till the next night. So I put it on hold as their website said I could in fact as soon as I did a sales person called me and assured me no one els would be able to look up inquire test drive or purchase the truck till I got there for my set appointment and if I missed that appointment only then would the truck become available for sale again. I belived him..... big mistake. Regardless that night I filed a credit application on the truck threw them. As soon as they opened the next morning I call the sales guy Ivan V. To make sure he had my application and ensure that if there was anything els they needed I got it to them ASAP because I did not want to miss this truck it meant so much to my husband. Ivan V. Assured me once again the truck was being held for me and they were intact running our credit on the truck as we were speaking and if he needed anything he would call. About 45 minutes go by and he calls and asks for our pay stubs which I emailed him withing minutes my husband and I were so excited we had finally found the truck and we had been approved we assumed because the only reason they ever ask for pay stubs is to complete the bank forms for financing. We've bought enough vehicles to know this. Then after a few hours go by I'm at work and start to worry.... why hasn't he called back why is he not answering when I call..... I became a teenager for a minute.... is he ghosting me? Oh no are we braking up.... I called Ivan V. Left a message and then called the dealer and left another message to be passed along to him. He called me hours later to tell me THE TRUCK HAD BEEN SOLD!!!!! I was devastated! And very angry to say the least I chucked and said "what? So we got approved?" I thought he was joking. No no he said another manager had sold the truck this afternoon. And this guy didn't have the stones to tell me that because remember he promised it couldn't be sold till after my appointment and him and his manager Alexandra had been doing my credit app first thing in the morning but no one bothered to let me know someone was there trying to buy it and not only that they freaking let them buy it out from under us while our credit app was processing whiteout a word even though I had not only put a hold on it I was in the process of buying it! You've got to be kidding me. Needless to say we did not buy a vehicle to them our credit has three new hard inquiries on it from them and they have not even tried to remove them or offer to help us find the truck we want or get us into something els..... I must say in my life I've had about 12 car buying experiences and my husband has had about 25 and this is buy far the WORST treatment we have ever gotten! This place was awful. We went shopping for a truck. Ram 1500 to be specific. Four days later I drove a Toyota away from another dealership. While we were there our salesman was fine. But our truck we were trading was severely undervalued. Then in our paperwork our payoff amount was "forgotten" until it caused our payment to jump from 60 months to 84 months. (The amount stayed the same, they just added two years to compensate.) I had to catch this. It was not pointed out. A sloppy attempt at a bait and switch. I did reach out to management who did mention a need for re-education of the personnel responsible. When we were as done as we could get, we said we wanted to leave. So they started the old "where are the keys?" Nonsense while they brought out, you guessed it, another manager. Finally I looked over the newest manager's shoulder and saw the keys in the hand of our salesman who was waiting for financing to get the deal wrapped. "Hey, I found them!" This dealer does not check the vehicles before they certify them and doesn't care about the problems once they get your money. I bought a truck from them with multiple problems and after contacting the salesperson and the manager neither of them cared at all. 1. Huge ac condenser leak no refrigerant upon arrival, A/C was not cold at all and all I had to do was look through the grill to see the big refrigerant leak. 2. usb port in console defective- wouldn't charge any phone and had to buy my own replacement port from another dealer and install myself. 3. Antenna missing- had to buy a new antenna and replace myself. 4. tailgate handle seized- had to buy a new handle and install myself but because there was a locking tonneau cover installed I had to shove my arm inside and gouge it up while I hit the inside with a hammer to get the handle to release and open the tailgate. 5. tailgate lock actuator defective- again had to shove my arm between the tonneau cover and tailgate gouging my arm to get the gate to open and replace the actuator myself. 6. left side step not bolted on completely- stepped on the driver side step and almost slipped off because it wasn't completely bolted on. Had to fix that myself also. 7. wheels out of balance-had to balance all 4 wheels to stop a heavy vibration. 8. advertised having Android auto but requires radio update to have that- still have not been able to get that corrected. 9. trash and all of previous owners personal papers left in vehicle- I'm sure the previous owner wouldn't be happy knowing his phone numbers, addresses, and personal papers were left in the vehicle. 10. nail in LF tire and flat upon arrival- I was given the truck with a completely flat left front tire and had to patch it myself to be able to drive it home. 11. Open safety recall on vehicle which was not mentioned until after papers were almost completed being signed to purchase They completely misrepresented the vehicle but I still would have given a good review if they would have fixed the issues after I told them about it. I even tried to go one step further and ask them to only update the radio since that was the one thing I could not do myself even though I fixed and paid for the parts to fix all of their other issues but they still declined to provide an update to the radio that would not cost them a dime. The dealer ship tried to bait and switch me by placing a basic lift on the truck. After I caught them trying to steal from me they finally put the right lift kit on only to have it to be installed wrong. The lift kit has destroyed my new tires before 20,000 miles (these tires have a 45,000 mile warranty). Everything we purchased is still under warranty yet the General Manager David Becker and the Service Manager Harvest has refused to fix their mistakes and have denied us our warranty. Also, my brand new truck had to have a brand new motor replaced before 20,000 miles. WTH!! We have had nothing but issues with this truck and with this dealership. I've been to this location many times (to get my car serviced) as its very close to my home and overall its OK. They always take care of my car and overall no one seems pushy about additional services. I must go during the worst times of the day because I'm usually there for about 2 hours for an old change & tire rotation. The waiting room is clean and has a small TV which is sometimes on but overall I just don't love the amount of time that I wait for a simple service. Prices seem to be about average. I've considered buying a car here before and they give you the standard salesy pitches, bring you into their office and try to make you purchase right then and there. I waited alone in this office much longer than I wanted to / should have to have the manager come talk to me about the car. I was having my car inspected/priced as a trade in and that's how they were able to keep me there so long - they had my keys - otherwise I would have gotten up and left. Ivan was a great salesman to work with, when I walked in he was the only one to really jump out of his seat to see what I needed. I went with no intentions of buying anything that day as I was still just shopping around and somehow I found the perfect car, got a great deal, and walked out with it a couple hours later. He did not give off the vibe of a greedy salesman trying to sell you a million things you don't need (I know we've all come across a few of those) and wasn't too pushy when it came to getting into the office and purchasing but was definitely welcoming enough to make you feel at ease with it. Absolutely awful experience from the time I walked in to the time I left. I literally had to fight them at every turn. I came in to buy a new Charger because of the Dodge rebate and the advertised price they had. They showed me the car but then said they had the exact car without the dealer options added they would sell me cheaper. The one I was looking at had tinted windows, wheel locks, door guards, and EVTS added by the dealer. They pulled the exact car around with no options added made me drive it because it would be less expensive. After an hour or so we sat down to work numbers. They tried to sell me the car with less features for the same price as the one with dealer options! Told me they had to rotate inventory. Why would I buy the one with less options for the same price. After arguing with them we worked a deal on the car I actually wanted with the extras. Then came to the trade in. They literally told me my car was going to sell for $10,000 more than they offered me for it! After again what seemed like forever I finally got them to increase their offer but it was still ridiculous and insulting. I ended up leaving that day. I called and tried to speak with David Baker the GM and he was arrogant and rude. Had absolutely no customer service and made me feel like I was wasting his time! Due to the fact that the Dodge rebates were supposed to end on 7/31 I felt I had no choice and went back to make the deal. Because of the low amount they offered for my trade I told them to take off my cold air intake and put it on the new car. Literally a 10 min switch for a qualified mechanic. Again a fight and argument to the point I asked for a screwdriver to just do it myself! The mechanic finally came out and he was the only one there with any customer service and switched it immediately for me. Next came the financing. I have top tier credit and have never paid over 2% my entire life. The finance manager, who was also rude and arrogant came out and offered me 7.99!!!!! Again an insult and a lie. Y'all be aware of their scam. I made the finance manager go to his office and come out with the offers from the banks. They were all in the 5% range. I asked why the markup and they told me they always mark up 2% for their profits! Don't let them burn you ask to see the actual offers from the bank! After everything and arguing for hours Charles my salesman finally got my car and set up a couple things on it. They gave me 0 information on the EVTS system that was installed I had to research that myself when I got home to figure out what it was. They didn't even set up the account for my car like they were supposed to. Charles and David Baker have no customer service skills what so ever. I would avoid this dealership at all cost! I've buy a car every two years and have bought probably 25 vehicles in my life. I have never had an experience where I have been treated so poorly by literally everyone. The only one that was actually nice to me was a guy in training that had worked there a week and was watching training videos! The mechanic was also nice. When I went to transfer my personal items out of my car the salesman Charles had it in the shop and had already gone through my old car and boxed some of my stuff up. I never gave him permission to go through any of the items in my car without me there. He never even told me he was going to box my stuff up! I had a firearm in the car as well as some expensive items! First and last time I will ever go to this dealership. South West CDJR in Cleburne is at least focused on the customer and makes you feel important. This dealership treats you like you are a problem and wasting their time! I won't buy another vehicle from them nor take any of my vehicles there unless I absolutely have to! I ended up just financing the car but paying it off the next day. I went in to look at a 2022 Compass, it was the exact car I wanted! My salesman Nyle was very nice and great. But, when I spoke with the manager Yousif, that's when the experience turned bad. I had every intention to come back and purchase the vehicle, but Yousif was incredibly rude and condescending. I'm a young woman and he talked down to me as if I was 7 years old and had no money. It felt very misogynistic if I'm being honest. He emphasized a few times that he doesn't even know if I have good credit or any money to put down on this car because I wouldn't purchase it right there in the moment... I give one undeserving star. LONG POST!! The service is horrible. The service tech is less than helpful! A little background is due here. I drive 288 miles to go to this dealership. This is the 2nd Jeep I have purchased from them in less than 3 years. My kids live in the area as well. The dealers in my wares are even worse than this one. I purchased this Gladiator in June 2020. Before 1 month I was letting them know there is a problem with the steering. I took it for service in August. They changed the oil. I took it back in September for the steering. In November I sent them photos of errors in the Cruise control. I took it to the dealership in November, at thanksgiving. They kept it until Christmas, telling me they couldn't get the parts. The service manager was great! Made sure I was well taken care of. When I got my Jeep back at Christmas, the same problem existed before I got home. I notified them immediately. They said they couldn't duplicate the problem with the cruise control. I told them I would be back the end of February. In January I was traveling and the rear locker lights come on while going down the road at 75 MPH. No noise. No change in speed. I notified the service tech of the locker issue and that the steering wheel issue still exists. The 1st weekend in February I was in the area and asked if I could bring it in. The service tech, knowing full well I do not live in the area told me they would not give me a courtesy car because they don't do that on Saturdays.......I said I'll be back in a couple of weeks. So I did. Came in on a Friday afternoon so I could accommodate their "no Saturday" policy. They didn't have any courtesy cars. Said they were going to check another dealership. Then crickets. My request for an update was met with silence. I showed up at the dealer Saturday morning, unannounced. My tech met me at the door. I told her I need a courtesy car. She said no. I asked for the manager.........I was given a loaner. Manager was aware of my situation and circumstance and apparently still had the tech tell me no cars. What a stressful thing. Sigh. My Jeep was ready on Wednesday and they let me know. I advised them I wouldn't be able to pick up until Monday. They warned me they have very strict rules on loaner returns. Remember??? I live 288 Mike's away, and I have to schedule work around all this. So I travel on Sunday to accommodate. I got a text from the tech on Sunday afternoon (while I'm in transit) reminding I need to pick up my Jeep. Arrive at the dealership 30 mins later and am greeted by a helpful gentleman that gets my paperwork together and calls for my Jeep to be brought up. Then he sends for my tech. She is less than happy to be in the same room with me. I ask her about my Jeep and she tells me there's nothing wrong with it. She's is rude. I leave knowing full well the Jeep will do what it's being doing since last June. It took 29 miles to start doing the exact same thing. Sent a text to the tech......no answer. IM DONE!!! read more

I hate this place with a passion and here is why. I have brought me vehicle here about five times and only once did I stay for the service. No matter what you bring your vehicle in for, brakes, oil change, tune up, etc... the second question after how may we help you is can you leave it over night. This is the only vehicle I have, normally I cannot leave it over night. Today when I asked if he can guarantee I have my vehicle back tomorrow, I was told no. They wouldn't even look at it until tomorrow. When I pushed the paper back across the desk and said I cannot do this the service rep said "why do you have to be that way, why do you have to be rude." I was shocked and walked out and went elsewhere. Another time I went in for new brakes and a recall repair on the brakes. Again, can you leave over night? No. I was told no loner cars are available. However, another customer was able to get a loner car. In May I visited to have a tune-up done. Again, can you leave over night? I drove away. The physical layout of where the service department is located is a nightmare. No room for staging, hard to get out of and some drivers block the roadway when staging for service. It always takes a long time for a service rep to come out and assist. I feel after about five attempts to give this business a chance it is definitely a rotten egg. I will take the extra time and go to the service department in North Richland Hills until I find a mechanic shop that is good closer to home. read more

I just had a not so great experience at this dealership. I went to look at a 2012 Camaro SS that I had been talking with a salesguy for a couple of days. It was priced on the high side but I was told it was that nice, I explained to him what I was looking for and he sent me pics and video's of the car yesterday so this morning at 8am I made the hour plus drive out there to see the car. The car had multiple small issues with chips and what not that the salesguy said would be fixed, but I later found out one major issue (and safety issue) would not be resolved. The carfax stated the tires had been replaced on 12/27/2016 and when I checked the tires, the date codes were from 2015. Those are 9 year old tires. They were also hard as a rock and you could tell when I drove the car they were bad as the steering wheel was shaking badly when we went on a test drove. I ask him if they would be replacing the tires and he said he would go ask the manager but "they are not gonna lose a sale over a set of tires". 10 mins pass and the sales guy tells me after talking with is manager, they are NOT going to replace the tires. I told him I was no longer interested and walked out. The moral of this story is really hard for me to believe what I thought was a well respected company like AutoNation would not change out 9 year old tires as safety hazard before selling a car. I made an appointment and asked fkr a phone call from Don my service tech before hand to discuss some of my concerns so we were on the same page. I never received a call from him. I initiated contact again and was able to speak to him. I then took my truck in to have a warranty item repaired along with some recalls taken care of. This free check and warranty service cost me $500. They left the truck outside and it is beat up now with a broken windshield. When it was picked up during the rain it was difficult to see any damage. Afterwards, when I called to see what happened, Don said "yeah, we had a bad hail storm and we didn't put it under the hail tent. I didn't see the damage. Sorry I didn't tell you." This lines up with other terrible reviews. We have had issues in the most with "can't duplicate the problem." If customer service is important to you. I advise you to go elsewhere. read more

I went in for a simple cosmetic defect on my truck. The service adviser can easily look up the part and order it for me and when the part come we can schedule installation. The service adviser so lazy and require me to make appointment so master tech can look up the part and that will requires for me to leave the truck 2 days for them to look. When I push back they said may be one full day. I left there fell like the services department are lack of knowledge or just don't care. I went to another dealer and their service adviser promptly take pictures and work with parts department to order replacement part for me. In and out in 15 minutes. This make me question about AutoNation Chrysler North services department. I don't know if this is lack of training or just poor services. Charged $1400 for power steering pump repair..it made exact noise when I took it home as before "replaced"..When I took it back in, they said the service advisor who wrote it up no longer worked there and they couldn't help me..I asked to speak to manager and they said she would call..she did not!! I went back up there several more times and funny but she was "never in"!! Basically, I was out $1400 with a unrepaired vehicle and SOL!!! read more

I made an appointment at this dealership and showed up 10 minutes early a manager said the salesman I made the appointment with was with another customer and would get another salesman to help me. It's impossible to get a call back from this dealership. Their service department is AWFUL. I even went as far as speaking to the Service Departments manager Brad. Brad seemed like a nice guy and assured me that he would get my car fixed. Brad not only didn't follow up with the tech but they never called me to tell me my car was "ready". I went a week without a vehicle because nobody called to tell me my car was done. When I arrived they told me that they found the problem but they wanted me to buy an entire new exhaust. (My car is less than a month old). The staff were all very rude to me. Stephen is the main one. When I got my car home I looked at the exhaust and a middle finger had been drawn on it with a paint marker of some sort. Terrible place and I'm ashamed that I bought my car from them. read more

Searched 200 miles for the right car. Found it at N Richland Hills AutoNation Chrysler Dodge Jeep. Spoke and emailed with salespeople and came to agreement. Drove 3 hours to pick up car. Finance person sold me $2400 warranty. No changing of terms other than that. Sign here and here. Happy, shake hands. Get home and look in folder I was given. Prices and terms far costlier and longer than agreed to. No idea where the numbers came from. Completely screwed and robbed. Stay away from this dealership. They even add costs of invisible door edge guards for $499 and a $60 set of lug nut locks for $299 to every vehicle. I was able to find a Ram 1500 that fit within our range with low miles which I was going to test drive around 9:30am. I was able to meet the salesman Joseph Perales and when it came to actually dealing with the possibility of purchasing this vehicle, they used the tic-tac-toe method as well as made me sit there for about 2 hours under the impression that they were negotiating with the banks. Lied about price or "mistakenly" told me the wrong price 4 times. Likes to argue about everything. In this place the customer is just an asshole. Again, FAYAZ KESHAVJEE is a horrible service worker. He was also rude and dismissive when my over 60 year old mother asked him to put his mask on, because it was on his chin, when we were inside the service department. Wow. Just wow. From start to finish I can not say anything bad about the transaction. I had two salespeople Terricka and Brandon. They were great. The used car manager Joe was even better. He worked hard to find me a good rate. I literally visited the dealership four times before I made my decision to buy the truck. The sales staff never pressured me. These people will sell you things that you don't need, disconnect things from your car and then make you pay to come back and have them reconnected and fixed. Do not go here. I would not have given them one star if I had the option. If I could rate them Lower than this I would. We bought a used truck from this dealership in November of 2021, We weren't able to get the truck until early december, about 2 weeks after purchase because they had to replace the motor mount. To get to the motor mount, they had to take the bolt that connects the upper and intermediate steering shaft. When they were done, the bolt was never put back. The upper steering shaft was placed into the sleeve of the intermediate steering shaft, but the bolt was not put in to lock together. A couple months later, we were involved in a wreck, luckily noboyd was hurt. We had our whole family with us. We were driving down 35, going 75mph in the left hand lane. Fortunately was able to avoid a semi. The state trooper and shop came to the conclusion that it was due to sleeves coming apart. When I called Autonation to have them help, because we did purchase and exteneded warranty with them, they told me they would call me back, never did and when I kept calling, my call was ignored and never returned. I did for a second, think Jason in finance was going to help me but unfortunately was wrong. read more

Service Department is the absolute worst. They tell you that nothing is wrong with the vehicle when clearly something is. They were on a 2 day backlog and said that I would need to leave it on a Monday and maybe by Wed it would be worked.
