Great company to work with they installed my stereos in my vehicles. They did a professionally and accurately.

I am a repeat customer. I had two vehicles tinted by them so you would think they would return my call after I left them a voice message. I called Tuesday morning and they called me by late afternoon on Thursday. Congrats, you lost a customer. In the time they ignored my call, I booked an appointment with Tint Guy and had my third vehicle tinted. Price was also $80 less then what Auto OptionZ charged me. I do not recommend Auto OptionZ. Poor customer service and they can care less about your business. read more

We had our car windows tinted. The front desk person gave us a quote which encouraged us to take our vehicles there. When we went to pick up the cars, the charge was 50% higher than what was quoted. I asked why the was a price so much higher, the front desk told me she couldn't remember what she quoted and she is not in the position to do that. ????? We also went to them to install a keyless entry on our pick up. We have since had to spend an additional $100 for an authorized shop to reinstall it. Their feedback was it what installed incorrectly and what Optionz installed (great company for keyless entry product) was very old and no longer supported. My advice, shop elsewhere. read more

Slightly cheaper than big box places for remote starter install, and they use high end components (viper), are happy to service anytime after install if you have problems, and you get to support the local economy - win, win, win! read more

Also, the installation cost was half the price of what Best Buy had quoted. Bought a remote starter as a gift for my wife. Left the car there for an entire day to be told they had worked on it for four hours and it was not done, and they would need it for an entire 8 more hours to install. It would be three more weeks. After two weeks they called and said it could not be done for another three weeks --so this would be 6 weeks after paying for it. Told me a 2013 Mazda 3 had a very complicated install and takes a long time, only the 2013. Got my money back, took it to Audio Sensations in West Chester, got me in in 5 days and the install took 3 hours and 20 minutes. So this place actually did me a favor by forcing me to the competition who obviously knows what they are talking about and doing. Thanks read more

Sent an email asking to get a quote on a remote starter installation for my car. Gave all the necessary details for them. I received an email back that simply stated "Sorry, I can't help you." No detail as to why, just a brush off basically. It would have been nice to have a little insight as to why I can't be helped. read more

Stay away from this place. I made an appointment 2 weeks in advance to have a remote start system installed. I was told this installation would take 3 hours max. If I dropped my car off at 10:00 am (their opening time), I could pick it up at 1:00 pm. Upon arrival I was told my car wouldn't be ready until 6:00pm because they needed to work on dealership cars and the dealership was more important than me! Horrendous customer service. read more

where do I start? I found this company through Crutchfield. I wanted an Alpine deck that did iOS and Pandora. It was Alpine or Pioneer. Alpine was cheaper so I went with them. Now, for the tough part. Trying to find a good and honest car audio installer is not easy. Most places are run by punk kids who may or may not screw up the rest of your car, and who will overcharge you if they think they can. Not this place. I initially bought the $100 installation card from Crutchfield, and Auto Optionz obviously gets a cut of it. I called and they got me scheduled the next day. I was in and out within 90 minutes. No punks, just a respectable owner who did the work himself. He was kind, polite, and answered my questions without hesitation. The installion was perfect. Now, a few months have past, and I love the Alpine unit so much, I bought a second for our truck. This time I went directly to Auto Optionz, and paid them directly for the installation of the second unit, an also bought speakers from them as well. The installation cost this time was far less than $100, but I don't know if that is because we cut out Crutchfield or because I got speakers from Auto Optionz. Either way though, I got very good speakers at a very fair price, and they were installed with my new Alpine unit in about 2 and a half hours. The customer service just plains rocks! This place won't screw you. They will do what you ask, and do it well. I've delt with the punks and with the big chains. Auto Optionz is clearly the best place to get your stuff installed! read more
