Rex's workmanship is subpar and overpriced. He was caught stealing from my insurance company after his second payment supplement request. That is insurance fraud! He sent me a text message that he has a check for me after he got caught so I told him to mail it, and he never responded. I called a week later, and he is refusing to mail it due to a paper trail. Had no problem texting me that he has a check but had no intention on telling me he wasn't going to mail it until I called. He failed to complete the scope of work several times, told me on a Friday to leave my truck at his shop over the weekend so he can finish the work on Monday. Calls me Monday morning to pick up the truck, I said I left it there because you said you were going to finish the job Monday. He says "well it's raining" so I picked my truck up unfinished after paying for additional rental car days for nothing. He is so lazy! He would not even provide a receipt or itemized scope of work. He left scratches on panels and chips in my fiberglass, broke my magnetic keychain that I found jammed in my door jam, got my interior dirty and never finished the job! Whatever he tells you over the phone (if you can get them to answer it) will change drastically when you arrive. He is not a man of his word and uses a religious spin on his business to trick you into thinking they are an honest shop. Rex has better lawyer up because he is going to be shocked when he gets his subpoena and has no pants left to wear. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED! read more

Rex and his team did an excellent job of repairing my 2014 Civic EX 4 door sedan after I had a mishap with a parking garage support beam.. after Rex provided a reasonable quote (about half the price of another local shop) they got to work and did an amazing job restoring my baby back to health..! They also did an amazing job on matching the paint color and the pin striping which was not a factory item, therefore having to recreate the 'wheel' so to speak.. it actually turned out much better than the original striping that was on my car...(which included the civic logo) I just want to thank them for a job well done...! Great service! I just got my car repainted since the original paint was coming off in this hot Florida weather. They did a great job and my car looks brand new again. Auto Painters Plus was highly recommended by Carlos from Pet Boys. One of the hydrophilic cylinders from my hard top convertible was not working. That is all that needed to be repaired. I spoke to Rich the office manager and he assured me they could fix it. However, it turned out to be the worst experience ever. They had my car for 3 1/2 weeks. It was a back and forth BS and I could not get a straight answer from Rich. Then he told me he lost my file and that is when I demanded my car back. All of sudden they were able to fix it for $350 guaranteed. When I picked it up today it was still not fixed. My car was dirty and they told me I could not put the top down because the other hydraulic was not working all of a sudden. They tried to charge me $1062 without fixing my car. After expressing my disappointment they lowered it to $417 without my car being fixed. I had to pay otherwise they would not give me my keys. I would to not give them any stars as they do not deserve not even 1 but I do not have that option. Stay away from this place! read more

Went there to get classic car painted, was promised this awesome job and they could do everything a major shop could do and more, what a joke. They never finished the job, the car graphics were only done on one side and oh yeah, they are not even. So very unprofessional the whole experience. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. In fact I would be ashamed I did this to a customers car and felt good about it. I now have to go to another shop for someone to correct the mistakes and to FINISH the job they were already paid to do. read more
