Their priority appeared to be removing the vehicle from the accident scene as quickly as possible, seemingly to prevent the incident from appearing on the vehicle's record.Even after nearly experiencing a catastrophic failure, the owner/finance manager showed no willingness to negotiate or acknowledge the seriousness of the situation(I was obviously was not Going to buy it after but I wanted to see how they would handle the situation because they acted so careless) . Their focus was on the sale, not on customer safety or transparency.If you plan to purchase a vehicle here, please ensure it is inspected by a trusted, independent mechanic. The car has a salvage title which may be off putting to most, but I'm satisfied that the car I got was restored to original condition, the body is perfect, everything works as it should and I'm pleased with the purchase. Mo went out of his way to make sure I got all the required parts, reimbursing me for a couple of items that I purchased to complete everything the car is supposed to have. When it turned out the rear passenger window wouldn't open, Mo got it fixed within a day. There's a lot to learn about all of the technology that comes with the car. I put it on charge in the evening when rates are low. I'm using 110 V and it takes five hours but it charges when I'm sleeping and is ready when I need to go. I'm averaging 90+ miles /gal. when I drive locally for most daily issues and use the EV setting. My last Prius now has about 105K miles - never any mechanical issue- over the past eleven years, so I'm a big Toyota fan. Check this lot out- lots of great cars. To me it seems that insurance companies total out cars with moderate body damage- giving them salvage titles when they are bought cheaply by lots like Luxury Auto who have shops to completely restore each car. All of Luxury Imports' cars have salvage titles, which if you can get past that- means you can get a great deal on a car that has had some damage and been restored. Well worth checking out!

I made one final counteroffer, which he said the owner declined. I responded that we would still come the next day, and he replied, "I'll be here." At no point did he tell me that the previously discussed out-the-door price was no longer available. My son and I drove approximately three hours back to the dealership expecting to purchase the vehicle. After we arrived, we were told the owner would not honor the previously discussed price and that the dealership was sticking to the advertised price. We immediately left. The issue wasn't that my final counteroffer wasn't accepted. The issue was that we drove six hours round trip based on what we reasonably believed was an agreed-upon price, only to find out after arriving that it would not be honored. I understand that negotiations don't always end in a sale, and I don't expect every offer to be accepted. However, I do expect clear communication and respect for a customer's time. Had the dealership simply told me before I made the drive that the original offer was no longer available, I never would have made the trip. If you're traveling from out of town, I strongly recommend getting a written buyer's order or purchase agreement approved by management before making the drive. It could save you hours of driving and a great deal of frustration.

I still needed to replace the second lease vehicle and I wanted to replace it with another ACURA. I began my search to replace the second lease vehicle. I contacted several dealerships in the LA area over the next 2 months to find another well taken care of vehicle at a fair price. You would think finding any vehicle in a densely populated metropolis such as Los Angeles would be fairly easy, with a plethora of options to choose from. Not so much the case or at least not so much my luck until I expanded my search outside of LA and came across New to You Auto Sales in El Cajon CA. New to You Auto Sales not only had the vehicle (i.e. make, model, options, color, mileage, etc.) but it was also in outstanding condition and they offered it at a very fair price! I checked it out from top to bottom and it was in as good as a new vehicle condition. We made the purchase and drove back home to LA county. Once we got the vehicle back home, I had a certified mechanic give it a thorough inspection and everything came back 100% positive with no issues. The mechanic was equally impressed.
