When I got there, Joe had stepped out so I came back. When I did, I started talking to Mario who is the painter and detail man. He was working on a GORGEOUS Porsche 928 that they had just restored inside and out. It looked like it had rolled out of the showroom. I got my estimate, left a deposit, and waited for the parts to arrive. Took my car in, and it took a little longer than expected (as the white pearl paint is tricky to do). I wasn't being the most careful when I drove my car into a wall at home and I needed to have that horrible reminder erased :( I found Joe on Yelp obviously and after shopping around for quotes I found his to be the most reasonable. He was kind and patient and listened to me when I said what I wanted and didn't want. He only suggested things that were absolutely necessary. I was impressed mostly by the customer service. This is the place I took my car when I got hit (refer to my rental car experience for the other side of my accident experience). Joe, the owner, was nice, got things going with the insurance company and told me it would take about 5 days. I inquired about some other work on the car and he told me he would call me later with an estimate. He also offered to give me a ride to the rental place, instead of them coming to me, which I appreciated and accepted. Joe kept me updated on any changes with my car and called about my estimate. It was more than I was willing to pay for my older (but still wonderful) car. The car was repaired nicely (although there was a spot messed up on the trunk that wasn't there before my accident) and they even used some extra paint to cover up a few places on the front bumper (kudos for that). They vacuumed my car, cleaned it and cleaned the rims, I was super happy. I only had one problem (outside of the messed up spot on my trunk) which was the trunk latch but he fixed that within an hour of my calling him and taking the car in. Customer service here was great, everybody seemed really friendly. Not sure if I'd come back but I'm definitely hoping I will never have to. haha read more

He seems have good contacts who work for his shop, and the parts came in the afternoon on the same day! So I can get my car back in three business days with car-washed + waxed!! WORST WORK EVER!!! I TOOK MY CAR THERE FOR BODY AND PAINT REPAIR AFTER I GOT INTO AN ACCIDENT. GOT IT BACK AND WHEN I GOT HOME SAW LITTLE PARTS THAT WEREN'T EVEN PAINTED !! My brother is a body mechanic (now this does not mean he is a body and paint specialist) But he's been working on cars for 20 years. After I asked him to look around it, he crawled under my car and went over it with a fine tooth comb and found things that were not even hooked back up and found parts that were not fixed (Still broken) !! Plus my car wouldn't even drive straight !! I took it back and the owner said I didn't know what I was talking about !! Bottom line is, it was a TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE!! I don't know if it was because I was nice or what but I would not take my bicycle to these guys!! Joe, the owner, is great at customer service and knows how to fix injured cars back to looking like new again. My son was in an accident that left the car not drive-able. Joe sent a tow truck to pick up the car, dealt with the insurance adjuster who gave the estimate for the car damages, and made the whole process hassle free. There was axel damage and Joe had the car back and repaired within a week. If you want an auto body place that will make it easy and take up the least amount of time this is the one. I am impressed, and it takes a lot to impress me. I decided not to have my car painted due to the quality of paint used and instead took my car to Auto Prestige for a quote. I had badly scratched the bumper and needed it fixed. Joe's estimate was fair - and the work was completed within a week. It took a little longer than expected, but the work was perfect. I love these small places where the owner is on-site to make sure the customer is satisfied. When I dropped my car off, he even had his assistant drive me home. The best auto repaired experience that I've had!! I had a hard time to choose the auto body repair shop when I got an accident on June, 2009. Then, my brother-in-law recommend " Auto Prestige Body & Paint" to me, he had doing business with this shop for more than 6 years. I took my Sienna there and met the shop owner Joseph Skevin, he was professional and patiently to explain the process and showing me what parts needed to removed, cut, fixed and replaced. While I left car there, Joseph called me frequently to let me know the progress of my car. When I picked up the car, I found that the craftsmen there were doing an awesome job... even though I didn't know them, but I can tell from their work. Their service has a good impression to me. And, just 2 weeks ago ( May,11,2010 ), I parked my car at a parking area, someone hit-and-run my car... Because of the experience, I came to the shop again. I was surprised that Joseph still remembered me (it was already 10 months passed since last time.) I told him I would consider to pay out of my own pocket, he tried his best to help me save money and offered me a good price. After the car was fixed, I tried to find a flaw where they mended the metal, but I can't see it even though I know exactly where it was. I was really satisfied and appreciated with their work . Went to this place for an estimate on several cars yesterday 9/8/17. I parked began to look for someone that could help me. I noticed the front looked very uninviting so proceeded to walk towards the back where I saw a gentlemen wave to me. And all of a sudden this man comes out from behind asking me, "what are you doing!!" I said I'm walking towards the back to that gentleman to ask him a question. He interrupted me very rudely and said, "why didn't you come to the front office!!!" I said, "because it looked closed and I see this man in the back and I wanted to ask a question." He replies, "YOU NEED TO COME TO THE FRONT AND NOT WALK BACK HERE!!!" Mind you, the back is wide open and that also where the customer is supposed to park. I replied holding up my hand, "you know what never mind!!" Little did this man know that I own 2 used dealerships and was looking for his business on several cars. I don't, and never will, know if they are as good as their arrogance suggests. I called them to get a price on painting a 20-year-old car with pealing and a deteriorating clear coat. The gentleman who answered my call questioned why I wanted to paint an old Saturn SL2. I explained that it had extremely low mileage and why not? I chuckled when I told him I only drove the car to doc appointments and across the street to the liquor store and the car would probably outlive me. With cultural and language probably a factor, he assumed I was screwing with him or that I was a drunk referring to the liquor store instead of using the old "only drove it to church on Sundays" line. I also informed him that, just as a point of reference, I had called Maaco and they quoted me a price of $1,500. At this point he suggested going there or calling Earl Scheib because his shop does "Nordstrom" class work and to basically not waste his time. I know the cost of new cars, I just bought one!! This is a second car, in perfect mechanical condition. Just ugly!! He had no idea how much I was willing to spend to make it presentable. Perhaps he was upset that I had the unmitigated audacity to mention Maaco in the same breath as his "Norstrom" class shop. I'm an old retired guy but I still remember when a business would treat customers with respect. I'm sure there are a few left, and although they might do good work, this isn't one of them. read more
