Not only did I have to ask if my car was ready as the guys were too busy talking and drinking to let me know, but I got in my car and there was a big wet muddy foot print on my light colored seat!! Auto Pride on Woodside is the only place I take my car for a wash. This place provides spa-level treatment for it's customers and their vehicles. Even when lines are long, the wait is not. The crew there does an excellent job of being fast and efficient in their services. The crew member gentleman from New Zealand, Steve, always goes above and beyond to ensure that when it's time to drive off your car leaves looking better and you as the customer leave feeling better as well. Reasonable price, starts at 25. And they let you pay a little extra to get more attention to the inside. FANTASTIC gift shop. Nice outdoor waiting area. The staff was super sweet to my dog. If this place wasn't a few blocks from my house I would never go here, but it is and convenient. Unfortunately they don't do anything they promise besides washing your car. They may wash it but its not clean, and they definitely should not have pride in what they do. They should be ashamed of charging an absurd amount of money for a partially clean car; especially terrible at removing bug splats and bird poo (two extremely large and obvious dirty areas). Completely separate from the actual car wash itself, they refuse to allow me to put all my cars on the same account so I can better reap the benefits of the 11th free car wash. It is pathetic. Also hiring an Australian manager that insists you write a yelp review isn't classy, no on wants to be harassed or feel obligated to do something they don't want to do. I really hope this place comes under new management or ownership, one that will have a mission statement and values necessary in creating value for their customers. read more

They are one of the worst.ive been here atleast 8 time sand not once have they cleaned the car for what I've paid. They do a horrible job inside. Don't even clean the cup holders. Continue to see this place going downhill. I have been sitting in my car for 5 min and the guy who asks what kind of wash I want is walking around laughing with other staff. Owner needs to get here and make some changes. Once again these guys disappoint. Dog hair all over the back and I have to get a manager to say it's wrong and needs to be redone? And stuff all over the seats when the service includes seat vacuum? And they just raised their prices. Go somewhere else. read more

We bring all of our cars here. They do a very thorough job, so that I always feel good when I drive off. It's always busy, but the line moves along. I especially like the gift shop. Today is the second time I brought my car in for wash. The first time was very good but today it's terrible. When my one month old new car came out from the wash, I see soap suds all over the back, I pointed it out to the person who was going to wipe it down, he just looked at me with a blank look. When I got home 5 minuets later, I checked the interior. The back seat floor mat was still sandy and got a gravel on it (from my grand daughter's shoes, I'm sure). The cup holder still has water in it, and my driver seat setting got messed up! The exterior was even worse! There were dried caked on spots on the windshield, front fender chrome, side mirrors and headlights. I'm nearsighted, even I can see them! The soap suds from the roof dripped down the tailgate & left streaks all over the back. It took me 15 minuets to clean all that up myself! I'm not a happy customer at all!!! read more

I want to tell about the terrible experience that I had with th Auto Pride Car Wash. at the beginning I have signed up with them for a monthly plan, where I was charged 50$ automatically. They have couple of locations in the Bay Area and each brunch have its own policies, one charges 1$ for an air refresher ( to spray ) another do not have air vacuum for exterior of the car. In each station they wash cars differently , in some they even do not dry bottom part. But that is not the main problem. This company that was getting 50$/ month did not ask permission from me and overcharged 40$ for each month only because I had Lyft sticker on my car. When I checked my bank account I saw that they start charging me more without even notifying me. I will not recommend this car wash company because they are scamming us read more
