    Brian was absolutely fantastic to work with and his team was wonderful as well. Very courteous and honest and professional. Would highly recommend these guys. I know I won't go elsewhere. I have attached before and after photos of the vehicle to see what an awesome job they did could not be more pleased. They even cleaned out my car! Thank you guys!!!!

    This experience has been bad from the start. Well my initial phone call with Bryan went well. I needed 2 handles replaced and a grill. I already had handles. Stephanie ordred the grill. The grill was supposed to be in on Tues but didn't come until Wed. I dropped my car off at 8am. When I called for the price I was told 3.1hrs at $50 was $185.39. I did the math and called back and told her that was wrong then got the right total $165.39. I pick up my car they put the wrong Grill on my car! Even though they knew what Grill was on it they still set their remove my front end and put the wrong Grill on the car. my kids get in and they can't get out the back. I take the car back and no apology. They "fix" my handle. I get to the car wash the door panel is cracked. They claim they didn't touch that part to replace the handles. Brian then says that there is a chunk of my front end missing and that the guys didn't check it when they did my repair I would love to know how someone removes a front end but didn't bother to check the front end before they replace the grill this shop is full of a bunch of lies and all these reviews are lies as well that they probably talk people into putting or they Friday the insurance companies to get more money I also believe that the shop is racist so if you're not Caucasian stay far away Brian got hostile with me aggressive he raised his voice and told me that my car was already damaged and then I bought them in a messed up car they're nothing but Liars!

    My car was damaged in a parking lot while I was parked. When the other party's insurance company finally accepted liability, I did not hesitate to call Fernando. He had previously fixed my driver's mirror and was responsive and extremely helpful. I sent him the quote the insurance company sent me (because of covid - it was done via photos, but Fernando assured me if there were additional damage, he would reach out to the insurance company). Fernando even set up my Enterprise rental. It was a stress-free experience. It took no time for the body shop to order the parts needed to repair my vehicle and I was able to bring it in within 2 business days. When I dropped off my car, Enterprise did not show up (their fault not the body shop's) and Fernando personally dropped me off so I can get to work on time. It was suppose to be a 4 day repair, but Fernando and his team found additional damage and notified me immediately. They dealt with the insurance company and I didn't have to do a thing. I picked up my car last night, and the team did an AMAZING job. The side of my car that was damaged looks brand new and they definitely took the time and precision to ensure my vehicle was up and running with no issues. Getting into a car accident is terrifying, dealing with an insurance company is frustrating, and having your car fixed at an auto shop is stressful (I have gotten my car fixed at other shops before and they were very unresponsive and the quality was subpar). However, Auto Pros Collision Center will take the stress off your shoulders. I highly recommend Fernando and his team to take care of you when you need it the most!

    Amazing job on my bumper! No more awful scrapes, & either my headlights are new or they did an incredible job restoring them!

Most recently, I rented a car for a week and after taking the train to the rental car center, I was able to skip the desk and head straight to the Emerald Aisle to pick any available car. I would highly recommend setting up an account with National and taking advantage of this.... being able to skip a line at the counter is a blessing. In any event, we went to the aisle, picked out our car and were off after a brief stop at the gate to check everything. Return was also quick and painless. Josh did a thorough inspection of the car, which we returned with a full tank and in pristine shape, and we were on our way in no time. It's amazing how frictionless the experience can be, as opposed to how awful other companies (I'm looking at you Hertz) can make it. I highly recommend National.

The staff are friendly and professional. I've had them offer to give me a bit of a discount when something inconvenient happens, and I'm glad they have that authority. This last time the car I rented had a lot of fingerprints on the windows and the carpeting in the trunk of the car was stained. There was also a splotch of something in the cupholder (I didn't try to remove it so I don't know how stuck on it was). That said, it didn't affect performance of the car and overall I still enjoyed driving it. The pricing seems okay. I think there are cheaper rental companies, but some of what I pay for is convenience. I'll keep using them when I visit Phoenix for work.

They expect you to use their phone app to review and report additional damage. However, the app was very difficult to use, especially with it being so dark. The car was dirty, so we had to wipe off the dirt to check for damage. I needed to have an attendant assist me with photographing all the extra damage and reporting it through their app. For instance, there was unreported physical damage to the body of the car, and cigarette burns to the upholstery. I had to trust that the attendant got everything that I pointed out, as there was nothing for me to review before I had to sign approval. I rented the car on April 1, 2026, and returned it on April 6th. On April 2nd I received an email asking for an explanation of additional damage that they found on the vehicle, just hours after I left the lot. This was pre-existing damage that they were now blaming me for. I didn't see their email until I returned home from my trip. The email only had a link to a page where I was supposed to explain the reason for the damage, even though it existed before I rented the car. I attempted several times to contact them by phone, but the AI agent kept sending me to someone in another country who only spoke Spanish, who would then hang up on me. Apparently all phone assistants are in the Philippines. I finally found someone who spoke English, but they had no way to send me confirmation of my report of this issue. So I don't know what I can do if they try to charge me for pre-existing damage. I won't ever use this company again. I'll stick with only American-based companies. The car was fine to drive, but the experience was terrible.

We got to the counter after arriving and then taking the sky train to the rental center. The line was short at the time (it built up after we got there) and we were getting our car pretty quickly. I believe I reserved a compact SUV and we got a VW Taos and it drove well enough even though going up some hills it struggled a little bit, but it had good fuel economy. Overall, the car was in good shape, drove well, and the return back to Fox was smooth and the agents we interacted with were all friendly.

I found tons of customers just standing around, restless and annoyed. Basically, you just have to wait for them to call your name when your car is ready. Obviously they overbooked and couldn't accommodate all of the reservations that were made. Wow... I have no words for how ridiculous that is. This company accepting reservations while not having cars available then having people wait an hour for their rental cars is not okay. Once my name was finally called, after waiting in the hundred degree heat for about 45 minutes, the Fox employee gave me the keys to my rental car and told me the wrong make, model, and location of the vehicle in the garage. I mean, I eventually found it using the key fob, but I'm baffled at how terrible their service was altogether. The saving grace to my experience was the quick and easy return process, but that was too little too late. I feel confident in giving a one-star rating based on my recent experience.
