They will extort you if you give them an edge, I forgot to put a sticker on my rental car for my designated parking in my apartment and the rental car got towed . I will admit that was my fault but then they overcharged me for their tow truck drivers fees. $150 for 2 gallons of gas. A gallon of diesel is six dollars at the most expensive gas station in Phoenix. Do not use them. They are very dishonest. read more

We got into an accident in Show Low, AZ. Me and my girlfriend called Lerner and Rowe. They explained Auto Pros collision Center would take care of. They were supposed to supply us with a rental and pick up our car. Our location was about 3 hours from the tow pick up. But they charged us 4 thousand for a towing charge and 200 a day for storage fees. The car ended up getting totalled out and Auto Pros collision ended up charging us 6700. Michael from Auto Pros collision laughed about how excessive our fees were going to be. So please always ask about towing cost and daily storage especially with this company. read more

After getting several estimates Eddie gave me the best deal for paint repair on very badly damaged roof and hood of my 2008 Toyota Prius. I need to rent a car and they have connection to Hertz a few blocks away. They even recommended a specialist to tint my windows. Come here, save money, and get the job done quick. My prius was ready in two days! And it looked fabulous. The team completely repaired the roof and hood that had been badly sunburned after the clear coat peeled off. It's been a nightmare dealing with the insurance company of the party responsible, but Bryan and Steve were such a great help. They dealt with the insurance company for me the whole time, got my car rental all in order, and when it turned out that I needed additional repairs behind my bumper, they also took care of dealing with my insurance and rental for me. It was the smoothest experience, and the ending results were amazing! They did such a great job on my bumper. No more awful scrapes or dents. And I can't tell if they gave me brand new headlights, or if it's just a fantastic restoration they did. Either way, my car is looking so good thanks to them! Brought my car in after my front end was smashed in a accident. I had bought the car a month earlier, and was upset that it wouldn't ever look the same, I was wrong. They did a wonderful job!! This experience has been bad from the start. Well my initial phone call with Bryan went well. I needed 2 handles replaced and a grill. I already had handles. Stephanie ordred the grill. The grill was supposed to be in on Tues but didn't come until Wed. I dropped my car off at 8am. When I called for the price I was told 3.1hrs at $50 was $185.39. I did the math and called back and told her that was wrong then got the right total $165.39. I pick up my car they put the wrong Grill on my car! Even though they knew what Grill was on it they still set their remove my front end and put the wrong Grill on the car. my kids get in and they can't get out the back. I take the car back and no apology. They "fix" my handle. I get to the car wash the door panel is cracked. They claim they didn't touch that part to replace the handles. Brian then says that there is a chunk of my front end missing and that the guys didn't check it when they did my repair I would love to know how someone removes a front end but didn't bother to check the front end before they replace the grill this shop is full of a bunch of lies and all these reviews are lies as well that they probably talk people into putting or they Friday the insurance companies to get more money I also believe that the shop is racist so if you're not Caucasian stay far away Brian got hostile with me aggressive he raised his voice and told me that my car was already damaged and then I bought them in a messed up car they're nothing but Liars! read more

My car was damaged in a parking lot while I was parked. When the other party's insurance company finally accepted liability, I did not hesitate to call Fernando. He had previously fixed my driver's mirror and was responsive and extremely helpful. I sent him the quote the insurance company sent me (because of covid - it was done via photos, but Fernando assured me if there were additional damage, he would reach out to the insurance company). Fernando even set up my Enterprise rental. It was a stress-free experience. It took no time for the body shop to order the parts needed to repair my vehicle and I was able to bring it in within 2 business days. When I dropped off my car, Enterprise did not show up (their fault not the body shop's) and Fernando personally dropped me off so I can get to work on time. It was suppose to be a 4 day repair, but Fernando and his team found additional damage and notified me immediately. They dealt with the insurance company and I didn't have to do a thing. I picked up my car last night, and the team did an AMAZING job. The side of my car that was damaged looks brand new and they definitely took the time and precision to ensure my vehicle was up and running with no issues. Getting into a car accident is terrifying, dealing with an insurance company is frustrating, and having your car fixed at an auto shop is stressful (I have gotten my car fixed at other shops before and they were very unresponsive and the quality was subpar). I was rear ended in November. I dropped my car off to Phoenix collision on November 9th. I didn't get my car back until December 28th. Seriously the worst customer service. Bryan told me that leaving my car with them would be easy and that insurance companies are always so difficult to work with. Ha! This company caused me the most stress and the insurance was a breeze to deal. I told Bryan when I dropped my car off that the insurance company would be mailing me the initial check. A week or so later think the 14-18th of November I talked to Bryan again to let him know I had the check. When I finally spoke with the owner he said my car took so long because they didn't know until the 27th that I had the check so they didn't start working on my car until then. The insurance company also told me that they had to delay sending additional checks because Phoenix collision submitted the wrong supplemental reports to them more than once. Don't take your car here. Most awful experience and terrible customer service. They told me for 3 weeks that my car would be ready by the end of the week.... I still don't understand how it took them 7 weeks to fix what was estimated to take 2 weeks being generous with time. If you do go here, I'd send those "just to clarify" emails so there's proof of what's discussed and you don't get into a "he said, she said" situation like I did. read more

I really want to give this business a 5 stars because the reviews seemed too good to be true. I'll try to make this quick, I got into a car accident around Oct 6th and brought it in to the shop on Oct 7th and it took them about a month and a half to get my car back plus not only that, it came with problems of its own. The front tire(drivers side) were loose(not secured) and I was hearing noises when I was driving around. So I took it back to the shop the second time around and they fixed it for like a couple of days which tells you that they rushed it instead of actually fixing the problem in the first place. After a couple of weeks driving, I started having problems with my front tire again. It came off again!!! It wasn't connected to the controller thingy next to the tire. Soo I had to call them and deal with them because of their unprofessional service and all. Right now its still in the shop as we speak. This is totally unacceptable period. No matter how much you sugarcoat your explainations with your customers, the problem is still there. I would highly not recommend getting your car fix here. read more

Nothing like picking your vehicle up 4 months later, almost home and seeing your tire pressure light go on, and your oil light go on, then spending your weekend getting it put back to normal. I called Bryan at Phoenix Collision, letting him know that my tire pressure light came on, and his first response is oh, maybe your caught a nail on the way out. I go to discount tire the next day, and yeah there is a nail in my tire, I am pretty sure he knew that and did nothing about it. Not to mention, I got my oil changed Feb 25, my car accident was in the beginning of March, and I just picked my vehicle up Friday June 23rd, why the heck is my change oil light on? Did they bother to do that either? NOPE! My transmission sounds like it's skipping, my brake peddle shakes, my seat belt is hard to pull out, and when I turn my key there seems to be some kind of pause before the engine starts. I will NEVER take my vehicle there, and I warn people to never drop their vehicle off with them. read more
