Update: After filing an official complaint with the Arizona Department of Insurance and Financial Institutions, I was finally able to get my money back. Said my car would be ready in 3 weeks, right before getting my car back they called me and said they forgot to order THE WHOLE FRONT GRILL THAT WAS CRACK down the middle. Like who forgets that. I waiting another 2 weeks bc the adjuster wasn't available. Mind you insurance companies only cover 30 days so I had to come out of pocket for an additional 2 weeks. The job was poorly done missing screws the bumper sticking out and the little piece that covers the towing part just unbelievable. read more

My beef is with you Mr. Orlando . You did unauthorized work on my car. That unauthorized work cost me. All you guys had to do is wait for State Farm to approve the work. And then do it the way State Farm asked you to do it. The way they asked you to do it was not in anyway unsafe. You guys could not do it their way because you guys already did the work before speaking to them. You guys have the beef with State Farm and I paid the price. This review is so long overdue. These guys are awesome! Very friendly shop and they were able to get some warranty work done for me that really stood out. I bought a 2019 Mercedes cla 250 from Carvana and there was major buffing damage to the window sill on both drivers and passenger sides. These guys made it look new. What a great find! Unfortunately, my daughter cut the corner too close pulling into a parking spot in a multi level parking garage. She did some damage to 2 side panels, ripped off door handle and dented the wheel panel pretty badly. She asked me to help figure out how much it would cost to fix. I had seen an ad saying Orlando would do an estimate off photos (car was in Tucson). Lisa worked with me to get an estimate and was really fair. My daughter was heading out of town for 6 days and Lisa was able to get her car in, fixed and beautiful during that time. All of their work is warranted and it looks better than before. These guys left my car worse than before the accident. Took my 2019 Malibu to them after an accident. I had to leave to drive across the country after they took care of my car, and my hood latch assembly came undone and almost caused an accident. Now, my front bumper is falling off, hood rattles threatening to take off at any moment. Not to mention how terrible my suspension and alignment was and continues to be. Insane body gaps(nothing lined up like it did) Turns out they used ALL cheap aftermarket parts as well. read more

Once upon a time, on the 101, there was a bucket that wasn't secured. That bucket landed on the freeway, rolling around and wild in its freedom. Once, there was a woman driving, while getting tailed by some asshole truck. The car before her quickly merged to avoid a rogue bucket, giving her no chance to move. Alas, that bucket enjoyed one ounce of freedom before getting pummeled by my car. There goes the bumper, air compressor, and who knows what else! Woman in car isn't thrilled to go get screwed over by a car repair shop. Luckily, nearby, a superhero arrives. And that superhero is this repair shop. This repair shop is amazing. I don't speak the language of car, but they translated things effortlessly. They were such great communicators throughout. They treated my car with more tlc than I have ever treated it. They don't try to rip you off. I absolutely love this place. I don't plan on destroying more buckets (secure your supplies please!!!), but if I ever end up in a bind, I will go back to them. read more

This review is late in coming, about a year late. Someone ran into the right side of my Land Rover in a gym parking lot. No note was left. Took it to Orlando in Scottsdale, and although they were not the cheapest, they did quality work, and I was impressed with the final produce. Will return. She advised Lisa would need to review pictures and call me she did exactly as I was advised even once I dropped my vehicle off went back and worked with my insurance to make sure I was covered. They advised all charges up front and there were no hidden fees. I had my vehicle back within a week and it looks great ! In full transparency, Yes, I gave them 5 stars, only because that is what I agreed to do to settle our dispute on charges. The work performed is satisfactory, however their business practices and ethics need a lot of improvement. I called about getting an estimate. I explained to the receptionist, Tanishia, that a landscaper's rake had gone through my grill, punching a hole in the radiator and damaged the A/C condenser and that there may be other damage as well. I asked about getting an estimate and if they would work with my insurance carrier. She then asked me to drive my car to their shop for the estimate. I had to educate her that when there is a 2" plus hole in the radiator, there is no fluid and therefore the car is not drivable. Tanishia then said that they could have the car towed in at "no charge", and to fill out their estimate request online. I completed the form and submitted it. The next day I called mid-morning to follow up and Tanishia rustled some papers around and said that she would have Dustin (the estimator) return my call. Five hours passed, I called again. This time Tanishia said she didn't have my paperwork and asked if I submitted it to their Mesa location. That is not an option on their website form. So, she either lost it or didn't have it the first time I called and made like she did. (I verified there was a copy in my sent file.) Tanishia wanted me to fill it out and submit it. I asked if I could just speak to someone that could help me. She transferred me to Dustin, the estimator. Dustin sent me the form via email, which I promptly completed and returned. Arrangements were made to have the car towed into their shop. They advertise that they waive your deductible up to $1,000. However, that is not the case. They provide "deductible assistance" and only cover a percentage of the cost. This was never discussed with me until AFTER the work was done and I was ready to pick up my car. Also note- they do not accept personal checks and will charge you the transaction fee if you use a debit or credit card. Transaction fees are a part of doing business and should be included in the overhead-or you can just refuse to take credit cards and operate as cash only. Tanishia thought that informing me at 4:10 PM, that I would have time to make it to a bank and get a cashier's check and get to their shop before they closed at 5 PM. Fortunately, I had the cash on hand, but then she couldn't produce a cash receipt for my records when I handed her the cash. Remember the "no charge" towing service Tanishia and Dustin mentioned earlier? Orlando charged my insurance company $302.95 to tow my car to their shop 4.6 miles and a maximum of 30 minutes from pick-up to drop-off. Use with caution. If you do decide to do business with them, make sure that they go over everything-including what EXACTLY is the amount you will be expected to pay and what your payment options are. DO NOT take any advice from the uneducated receptionist as you may do more damage to your car. I hope they hire an office manager and provide some knowledge training to their first point of contact. read more

I was involved in a it and run and the entire front bumper and headlight on my 2019 Chevy Equinox had to be replaced. It took them 3 weeks or so, but what I was more impressed with was that there was a minor indentation on the bumper that I was not happy with. They asked me to bring it back in and sanded it and polished it until I was satisfied. Highly recommend them!! :) read more

This is NOT an official AAA shop! They were previously Legends Collision Center in Tempe that went bankrupt from taking insurance money without repairing the vehicles. My car sat there for months without being fixed and the owner John lied straight to my face on several occasions about what was going on with my brand new Nissan Altima. I had only had it for 2 months when I was rear-ended. I made 5 payments on the vehicle before I pulled the vehicle out of the shop. Less than two months later they closed their doors. Be very cautious dealing with these guys. My husband hit a rock somehow and he thought it just scratched the bumper but it was dark when he checked. So when we saw that the hood looks open but was latched, we knew there was more to it than the bumper. So since my husband works in the automotive industry, he took it to the body shop his work recommended but they could not get the parts and my car in for a month which was not good because that was just the estimate and did not account for hidden damage. So my husband was listening to the radio and heard an ad for Grand Canyon autobody and was intrigued that they can save money on your deductible! How cool is that? So I left my car at Grand Canyon Auto Body while they had my car, I was given updates on what they found after tearing it apart which was hidden damage. So they talked to the insurance and got the approval to move forward and finished the work. When I went to pick up my car, I didn't even recognize it! The work they did was amazing! They even detailed my car which was listed on their website but I thought it was just a wash not a full on detail which was so nice to see. This company cares about their customers and it shows in their work. My car looked and smelled brand spankin' new. I know that should anything happen to my cars in the future, I will be bringing my car back to Grand Canyon Auto Body. And that is coming from a wife of a master technician who is really picky about his cars and I can honestly say he was so happy to see the finished product. Thanks again you guys! read more

I was rear ended and needed my car fixed in a timely manner. I heard from a friend about a local family owned repair shop which was Orlando Auto Body. After deciding to take my car there i gave them a call and they were very nice over the phone, took my information and said my car will be picked up in the next 15 minutes. 9 minutes later a gentlemen was knocking on my door, gave him the keys, and that's how easy that was. Got my car back in less than 2 weeks time. When picking my car up, everything looked great! was out the door with my car within just a few minutes. The guys/ gals here showed a great effort in making sure my car was ready to go and i was completely satisfied!
