I've been happy getting my car washed here. I got the package deal of five of them to save some money. One on occasion there was an oily residue on one side of the car, I called and they let me come through for a rewash a couple days later, no questions asked. I appreciate that customer service. I went to this location Monday March 8. Pulled up into one the self serve bays. The machine on the wall that takes money or a card says $6.00 for 8 minutes. I get my debit card info today and I was charged $10 for 8 minutes of water, etc. The car looks OK but I feel it's not worth it if they are charging more than advertised and had to do it myself! read more

Worst in the area. Dirty. Machines break just went to do the self serve bay. Took my $3 and nothing worked. Went to get help and everyone said go ask someone else. The garbage was over flowing in every bay. For $3 it wasn't worth me waiting 15 minutes for the help. $2.50 for a vacuum with no suction. The owner is a mean and inconsiderate guy. I made an appoointment to have my car washed about 2 weeks in advance. 3 days before the appointment, I call to reschedule it. This guy starts going on and on about how he has already told his staff which days they will work and he hates people rescheduling. So, on the day I go in to get the detail (not wash, but expensive detail), here he is again... no customer service at all! I ask him when it might be done so that I can get a ride to come back and pick it up. He says he has no idea, maybe a couple of hours, maybe at the end of the day. I ask for a rough guess and the guy starts complaining and talking about "Wednesday means Wednesday, so he'll have it done sometime today". He says they will call when they are ready... believe it or not, but they didn't call!! I call them about 6 hours later and this same guy (because I ask if its the owner) says its been done for a few hours and why haven't I picked it up. Good grief! Unfortunately, I had bought 2 groupons and had to experience this guy twice when I went back. I won't bore you with the details, but same attitude when I called to make the appointment. Luckily, when I went in, he wasn't there. His staff are really nice and try to do a good job. The detailing was ok, but now that I'll never go back. I would rather pay more than put up with someone like that. He's truly horrible and should get out of the business of wokring with people. read more

I had them do a deep cleaning today. I had to pay a little extra because of the dog hair but OMG what a great job they did. I will never clean the car myself again but take it to the clean machine, so worth it. I can not say enough about what a great job they did. read more

Despite the poor reviews, I went to Clean Machine to get my car express detailed. It was the $50 service. They did an awesome job! The detailer was very through and took great care and pride in his work. The manager, a young woman, provided excellent customer service. (Sorry didn't get any names!) I understand they had a change in management recently. Give them a shot...they did an excellent job. My car is super clean and was really quite the mess! They even located some important lost items in the car for me. read more

I own a newer car, and I like to keep it clean. I drove by this place and figured I would give it a try. I just had some bird crap on and a little dirt and figured it would be no problem. After II went through the auto car wash, I got out to take a look to make sure it was clean. Not only was the bird crap still there, the dirt on the windshield was there still there too! I drove back around to where an older man was standing. He said he was the owner of the place, so I told him I would like another wash for free because it didn't remove the bird crap. He yelled at me in front of other people and told me that I was not getting a free wash from him. I still can't believe someone would treat a paying costumer like this. Complete lack of customer service First let me say, my Jeep gets filthy at work and I wash it AT LEAST once a week. I brought my Jeep through their tunnel wash and then went out downtown for a friends birthday party. The next morning I noticed my passenger side tail light was broken. I thought maybe someone hit it while I was out that night. I ordered a new tail light assembly at a cost of $100. A week later, (2 days after replacing the tail light) I went through the car wash again. After the wash I got out to look over the Jeep and make sure it was clean, and found my new tail light broken in the same exact spot. I spoke to the manager who told me I would need to speak to the owner who be back that afternoon. When I returned to speak to the owner he told me " If i didn't break it, I'm not paying for it," Makes sense to me. I proceeded to show him the original broken tail light which i still had and told him what happened. He told me, "that means nothing to me". He then asked if the manager had watched the video. I told him I didn't know. We then watched the video together which was pointless because of how grainy the footage was. The 2 guys who pre wash the cars before they enter the tunnel told the owner they didn't notice the broken tail light before I entered, and the owner said that doesn't matter "they wouldn't notice a dick if it was stuck to their foreheads. After about 15-20 minutes of arguing he finally agreed to "donate" $30 towards a new tail light, which was pretty much a refund on the $18 wash and $12 dollar tip. I took the $30 and told him he lost a customer. He couldn't have cared less. Some people don't belong in a business that has direct contact with the public. Save yourself the headache and give someone else your money. This place sucks! read more

I've been coming here for 9 years, probably about 4 times a season. Overall, it's been a good experience. Vacuums were fairly strong, self-wash was typical, though I never used the laser (lazer?) wash. The prices are also decent as compared to some others. The one thing I really like is that the soap up by is done by hand, and they always get the back of the car. That has always been the part that car washes don't get well, and it has kept me coming back. Glad I never ran into the old guy, from the sound of it. read more

I feel like this is a solid option if in the area and need a car wash. Not the worst and not the best, but better than most. Prices and product are comparable to the rest and it's easy in-and-out. Some of these reviews are pretty harsh. I have never talked to anyone who works there so i cant vouch for the "terrible owner" I usually just do the laser touchless wash becuz there is a risk of dirt pickup scratching your car in the cloth wash. Anyways the laser wash isnt bad. It doesnt clean me perfect but its quick and has never hit my car. The blow dry is pretty good too but i still have to hand dry it afterwards to get it perfect but thats true pretty much anywhere. They have numerous self wash bays available too. Vacuum areas available too, but they were not clean, self wash bays were kinda dirty too. Overall not impressed or disappointed, average car wash experience if u need a quick wash and youre nearby. read more

I'm a 75 year old woman. I chose The Clean Machine because their Web page advertised a $40 detailing. As it turned out, that included the exterior wash! Once there, you'll have to drive all the way around several wash bays to get to anything that says "detailing", & when you do get there, there is no indication where the door is. I walked through one of the bays until I found a nice young man who explained that I'd be getting both a detailing AND an exterior wash for the $40. After the exterior wash, another nice young man appeared, put my car into the detail bay, and began the detailing. The place where they told me to wait was a corner of what appeared to be a storage room. The most unfortunate aspect of this little room was that it was within earshot of the gray haired man. On the phone, he was using language a customer should not have to endure. 45 minutes after the detailing was begun, it was finished, and the nice young man brought me my keys. Now, how is it that I can I give 4 stars to a service others can only give 1 or 2? I had spent time driving to and phoning detailing establishments, all of whom charged $75-$125, so when I saw $40, that looked like a bargain to me, and it was. The Clean Machine did what I thought was a very thorough job on my car's interior. I'm very, very happy with it. I went in expecting to pay $40 for just interior detailing, and I came out with that PLUS an exterior wash. I'll go back. Now I know it's way around on the back, inadequately marked, and that I'll have to spend some time in a storage room near a foul-mouthed senior citizen. Still, overall, a bargain. Like others, I feel sorry for the nice young men who work there as I assume they have to absorb a lot of verbal abuse. I hope they don't take it personally but realize it's because there's a troubled person running the show. read more

Shitty carwash, car is soaked at the end of the wash. The dryers are junk. Only good thing I have to say is it takes the wheel grease/dirt off very well. You don't have to even wipe the rims down. They're very expensive compared to other car washes. I'll pass next time read more

I've never had an issue here but I went yesterday and it was horrible. First we did the self service one and it it left rust water all over the truck. Then we brought my car through the no touch wash and it broke half way through and we had to get out and open the garage doors and tell them that we were stuck. I took my wife's new car through the "touchless" carwash. We drove in and stopped as instructed, and the spray arm swung around and hit her car. The instruction board then told me to drive forward and exit the carwash. I looked at the car and there were slight scratches where the wash arm hit the car. An older guy with white hair came out when he saw me warning other drivers and ran up and got two inches from my face and was screaming and spitting. I told him to step back and he said that I needed to get out of his face. He was a maniac. He insisted that we did not have the car centered and it was our fault. A man in a corvette went through and I asked the white haired nut if his car was centered and he said yes and then the wash arm hit the corvette in the same spot and instructed him to drive forward and exit the carwash. I said to the white haired guy " it just hit his car and he ran up screaming in my face again saying that it didn't. The vet owner confirmed that it did and left small scratches. We were each given 10 dollars in reimbursement for not having our cars washed and I told nutso that I want a free wash in the spray bay to get the soap off of the car and he said no and to get out of here. He screamed "If you want to make a federal case out of it then get a lawyer". I, by the way, kept my composure the entire time, which is always advisable when dealing with mentally unbalanced people. Just paid $190 for a low quality detail. Truck didn't looked like it was waxed. The floor mats were not washed, just vac. inside windshield still had sticker residue. rear bumper had stuff on it. under rear seat had not even been touched. when the truck was brought back. the response was. "You should have told us that you wanted that cleaned" very rude when i pointed out all the stuff and all they could do was point fingers at each other and me for a bad job. paying $50 for this service would be too much. let alone $190 for bad service and rudeness. read more

After purchasing a Living Social deal from this company, I will sooner eat the $80 I spent than give this company business. The Owner I spoke to on the phone admitted to his workers previously giving faulty information and then proceeded to yell at me when I noted the discrepancy and refused to honor the initial information. I sustained damage to my vehicle, after 2 conversations with the owner he agreed to refund the price of the car wash and to pay for gas to bring the car to be repaired. I was bringing the car back to the car dealer since there was NO WAY I was going to let this person touch my vehicle.
