First and foremost, I try my best to give every customer service business grace. However, I have 4 different memberships, just checked with customer service. 3 license plates 1 fast pass. I've never had an issue getting a car wash. Today, I pull into the car wash, San Pedro location doesn't read the pass (lomita location does). I wait patiently in no rush, I share I have a the fast pass. Associate by the name of Jeremy, looks at my fast pass says nothing walks to the back of the car. Gets my license plate number and types it in "Your license plate isn't coming up", I say that's correct because it's tied to the fast pass. Jeremy then ask me for my phone number and my name which I provide. He goes to the office comes out and says "yes, I see you have an account. But you don't have this license plate on the account, do you want me to transfer it from another car" I say "No not necessary the other cars are tied to the license plate and I have the fast pass for this car, I have 4 different cars, 3 are tied to the license plate this one has the fast pass". I then asked if we could look up the account on the screen... no response, eventually just kept saying "this license plate is not on the account" I don't argue with anyone about anything... so just paid for an additional single car wash, and from now on go to the Lomita location. In reality the San Pedro location, many times is broken down, it has damaged the wheels on my car (didn't complain, I understand that's a risk you take with an automated car wash), have to hunt for towels often. Vulgar music being played loudly. I've watched the staff give a customer a hard time when he car wash popped 2 tires on a customers car, gave him little information and acted as if there was nothing they could do. I'm genuinely upset as i pay upwards of 120.00 a month for 4 car wash memberships and receive a subpar service with an attitude that had no need at all. The Lomita location is farther away from me, but in reality a completely different experience. But I guess at this point I will drive to Lomita or, find a new car wash to go to. I hope Jeremy, understands that a pleasant attitude can turn a mishap into a fix and a miscommunication to an understanding. All in all a key part of customer service is to service the customer (hence the name) and if we cannot do so identify the issue preventing us from doing so. Not just saying the already known "the license plate isn't on the account". Not helpful or of any part of customer service at all.

You're paying to get your car wet with a few suds, fondled by noodles and then "dried" off with a dirty, damp roller on the roof of your car. You also take a chance at getting a vacuum that actually has enough suction to clean up the inside. All at the price being hassled and given attitude because you don't want to sign up for a membership which by the way, the base price $20 and increases over time. Instead, we got our car back with scratches that were NOT there before. The fact that you can bring a brand-new vehicle somewhere to have it carefully washed and leave with damage is beyond unacceptable. What makes it even worse is that when we brought the damage to their attention, instead of taking responsibility or even trying to properly investigate what happened, we were denied access to the camera footage. So apparently you're supposed to trust them with a brand-new car, but when something happens to it, suddenly nobody knows anything and nobody wants to be accountable. A car wash should NEVER leave your vehicle in worse condition than when you brought it in. We trusted this business with our brand-new car, and they completely failed us. Take pictures and videos of your car BEFORE going here. Better yet, take your car somewhere else. The money you save on a car wash is absolutely not worth potentially paying hundreds or thousands of dollars to repair damage they may cause. #smallclaimscourt
