I'm 56 years old and this is the 1st review I've ever left. I'm leaving this because this has to be the ABSOLUTE WORST carwash I've ever had!!! I remember when Miamis was built. I stopped going years ago because it was that bad. I've been going periodically trying to give them another chance to support a local San Pedro business but every time it just gets worse. I paid to have extra stuff done and I might as well just paid the bare minimum because I had to come home, rewash my truck and wipe down the inside because they never even wiped the dust off the dashboard. I like this place a lot. I just got a new Chevy and I wanted to get it nice a sparkly, and get some wax on there. They did a great job, they took their time and they made it look really nice. I recommend it. It's not cheap, and be prepared to feel compelled to tip a little more than usual when you see all of the elbow juice they go through making your car look good. read more

As a San Pedro an I love to support local businesses. However, coming to this business the las few times has left very disappointment and will not be returning to wash my car here. I get the executive wash and ask the person what I want to get cleaned because they failed to do on there own. Even tho I have asked to get some areas cleaned they left my car with stains my windshield dirty. It's definitely not worth it. However today I asked if they can just clean the inside of my car , I didn't need a wash on the outside(I just got my windshield replaced). He said all he could do was vacuum. I asked if they would mind wiping it down in the inside as well. He said ok but just a microfiber towel wipe down, nothing special. They seemed so bothered that I just needed the inside of my car cleaned. They did not wipe down anything and I could have vacuumed better ugh. I'm just 6 months pregnant and didn't feel like doing the extra work. My cousin got her car washed this morning for $31 + $5 tip and they did a horrible job on the inside. Nothing has been dusted or cleaned on the dash and console. I get the executive wash ($24 for my Subaru Crosstrek) which is the basic package. Everyone is very nice and they do a very thorough job. Make sure to early because the line can get long. I went at 8:45 on a Sunday morning and was the fourth car in line. They have two washing stations (hand wash) so it takes time but worth every minute you wait. read more

It saddens me to write this review as Miami's has always been a go to for my family and I. I got my car recently washed at Miami's and the customer service is not what it used to be. I dealt with rude attendants, a spotty wash, and lack of attention to detail. I paid for a premium wash and still found dirty spots on my car. Came to Miami's after a trip in the desert. Granted, my car was really dirty, but still very disappointed in the service. Got the Miami's mini detail. Plus the leather polish addition. When I got home with my car, I saw there was a lot of dirt still in the door hinges, under the hood, and the back trunk was never opened and wiped down. Pretty crappy service for a detail request. Be sure to hover over them like they are children or they will not do the job in full. They will not fully clean the interior of the car. Entire dashboard was not wiped down or polished. Hardly vacuumed the car and skipped the entire trunk. When I called to report what was left out, I was told they do not do the trunk unless it is requested. First off, I do not believe this is true. Second, how is someone supposed to know this unless they are asked? The man told me they have too many cars and cannot ask. This makes no sense. You can approach me and ask which package i would like, but there is no time to ask if I would like the trunk polished and vacuumed. Who would answer no to this question anyway. I was there to get my entire car cleaned and was left with it looking half ass I was told to go back so they can finish. Who has time for that. Just get it right the first time. read more

I normally have noting but high praises for this place. They always do such good work but this recent experience had me change my mind. I usually get the VIP car wash and usually they do the dressing for the FULL exterior but this time they did a half ass job. They barely put any amor all on the tires they didn't put full dressing on my bed cover he wanted to charge me $20 dollars more when it would usually come with the service. They also didn't put the dressing on the side steps nor the front bumper. The inside is fine, they didn't vacuum a couple of areas. To top it off they accidentally wash my floors mats which I didn't pay for and the main guy was giving me crap about it, like it was my fault. Kept saying, "that's an extra $10 you just paid for the VIP." okay? Wasn't my fault for the mix up, and to end it all he was getting an attitude with me because I was asking about the dressing not the exterior of the truck. They also did such a horrible job with the car washing. I know you shouldn't expect it to be 100 percent perfect but at the same time when you're paying for a service which it's listed you expect that time of service. I paid for the VIP premium car wash, which was the most expensive $39 and as recommended when I questioned the services. My car is a cross over which I was charged for a medium SUV. Only 2 mats required cleaning. My car was not clean after waiting about 1 hour in total Small bird dropping still all over outside and still on roof of car. Inside still dirty and I requested it be done again and as noted by cashier if not satisfied to let them know. The men kept stopping and talking in process of wiping down car. I spoke to 2 men whom were in charge and they basically said the same thing didn't pay for anything extra and they just wipe the inside. The rims were still dirty as well. They do a bad job at this car wash. They half a$$ vacuum, half a$$ wipe your car down. Dripping water still left on my car. I had to take a rag and wipe the car down myself. Whatever they use to clean the windows it leaves them blurry. I pay extra for them to wipe down my dash board but the manager doesn't let the worker know so they skip it. So he is making extra money because he isn't telling the worker what needs to be done to the car. I need my money's worth when I get my car washed and this place is not it. I've been here twice to get my car washed and detailed. I normally go to my usual place in Long Beach when I want a full service wash and detail, but I had a lot of errands to run and I needed a closer car wash. I came here early in the morning and was surprised to see a line out in the street for the entrance. I'd never seen a line like this to get into a carwash. I considered leaving, but I was already here. They did a great job the first time, so I brought it again today, because I didn't want to do the self wash, as it was too cold and windy. I was super lazy today, but made it in about 30 minutes before they closed. They are consistently friendly and hard working. They greet you and ask what kind of wash you want. If you're not sure or have questions, they will answer them for you. They also have detailing both inside and out and they also offer dent removal, waxing, and tinting. read more

Don't come here and save your money for a better location. I had my Lexus washed, and I saw there were water streaks and spots on both sides of the car doors, and the rims were still dirty. The attendant who was drying my car handed me the keys and said, "Ready." I explained to him about the water streaks and spots on the doors, and rims are dirty. He only wiped one side of the door and said, "That's just water." I told him I pay all this money, and it's not done correctly. He had the nerve to hand me the towel and said, "You can dry it." Minimalist car wash. When they are finished I have to take it home and remove bird droppings, finish drying, and touch up the windows. Worst Car Wash I've had in a very long time. I purchased the Executive wash, nothing was wiped down on the inside of my car and vacuum was poor at best. When I asked them to fix it, they told me that the Executive only includes wiping down the dash, nothing else. If I want the door panels wiped, etc. I have to pay another $5, Since when? I've been coming to this car wash for 8 years. When I told them the vacuum wasn't good, they told me that was as good as it gets (It's a new car), they offered to re-vacuum and then showed me that their vacuum doesn't pick up dirt, sorry. They still failed to do the basic things for a person's vehicle extremely disappointed, never coming here again. I paid extra for wax for my car was my car was missing spots and a bunch of water marks all over my car too. Cup holders weren't whipped or clean. Portable charging station wasn't whipped down or cleaned either, my screen still had the same finger prints when I got it back. Pretty good job compare to the other 3-4 car washes on Gaffey in San Pedro. Sometimes the local guy/gal gets a little more attention on a regular basis compared to the passing thru guy like me. The waiting area can be cleaned up a little more. All in all a good stop for your clean car. read more

Very hit or miss. Sometimes the inside looks alright, other times there's reside as if they sprayed the interior and didn't bother to wipe it off after. I've purchased higher priced services here in the past but the quality seems better for my money to just get the bare minimum wash. I keep trying this place because back in 2018 they "wow'd" me but it has less attention to detail even though it's a Detailing oriented business. I wish I could write a better review because the guys that work there are kind but I don't want to keep scratching my new, several thousand dollar, windshield and have to keep asking them to vacuum the inside again after it could have been one correctly the first time. These guys are great. Got turned on to them by my son-in-law who uses them faithfully. Have had both my old, and now my new, trucks done by them and each and every time was a stellar job. Most recent was a full detail and clay on my jet black truck. Anyone who has a black vehicle knows that any and all imperfections will show. But... when I got this back, it looked as good if not better, than when I drove it new off the dealer lot. A couple of points to make... First, be prepared to wait. The lines can get long, like ridiculously long, so if you're in a hurry, you may want to go elsewhere. If you have the time, drop it off and have someone pick you up / take you back when it's done. Secondly, and this is important, especially given a review I read prior to my write up. Shortly after I purchased my new truck, some inconsiderate knucklehead grazed the passenger side of my front bumper. Nothing too major, but something I noticed after washing it myself. If you look, you can see it but at a glance, it's not too noticeable. Anyway, since I can't drive because of my injury, my son-in-law took, and subsequently went to go pick my truck up for me after the detail and full clay, (phenomenal price AND job BTW). They asked him if the bumper was like that before he brought it in. Not knowing, my son-in-law called me immediately to ask. I said no, that was there prior, then asked him why. He said that while the guys swore they didn't bump anything and / or do it, they offered to pay up and fix it. THAT is quite the contrary to some of the other reviews I've read here. Honestly, I hate writing negative reviews but this car wash is not worth it and will even cost you more if you get any damages like me. I saw one of the workers hit my car door with the stairs that they use and the manager told me that since the stairs where plastic it could do any harm but please look at the pictures below. Additionally, once I drove away and got out of my car it was clear that the car was not dried correctly because there were water marks everywhere. I got the most expensive car wash package and this was how my car was left. When I called to talk to the manager, I wasn't offered a refund or anything, they just cleaned the water marks and told me that the door damage was not from them. I've been considering finding a place to get a high cost detail but wanted to see the level of effort they put into "platinum" $35. Visible dust and dirt on every single surface. My touch screen in the center of the dash I was able to wipe dust off and make a dent in the dust with my finger. You might ask "why not bring it to their attention". Dude, people, your job is to clean my car. I'm not asking for much I know I'm not paying the money for a detail. Took my car yesterday to get it washed and I got the VIP WASH $35 wash. The outside was good but they didn't vacuum the inside at all. I ended up going to a self wash and using the vacuum didn't want to waste anymore of my time and money I guess wiping down the dash good is a distraction from the dirty carpet they don't vacuum and just put your floor mates over it. I've been going here for some time now, what I can say is that for the price they really don't put that work in like you'd expect. Not to be funny, the white boy is about the only one who really put his back into it. My all season floor mats are never cleaned properly and the windows always have watermarks. My dash was dirty even with the VIP wash and I had to ask for the towel to wipe it myself. A little agitating, but they're super close to my location so I give them a breaks, but I might just have to self wash from now on. read more
