They also take care of my work van- and most importantly my boyfriends trusts them w/ his 1968 Oldsmobile- which is a huge deal. We recently brought it to them with something in the rear "making noise" . What we thought was a blown bearing upon them further looking was much more complex. They took care of it as quickly as they can (had to get parts custom machined, because well- one year only), and took care of a multitude of other things they found while the car was there, the bill was absolutely reasonable for all of the work that was done. The car rides like a dream now- The car was treated with utmost care while at the shop for a week- I highly recommend them to my friends with dailies and classics/show cars.

The owner refused to tow our car and made us get a private tow. After telling us the car was under warranty, the owner requested money from us stating that the issue wasn't what crapped out, and blamed the car breaking down on some other "problem". After reluctantly paying we got our car back. Fast forward a month later and the car completely breaks down a second time. The owner once again refused to pick up the car causing us to pay for another private tow. We were reluctant to return the car to them but the transmission should be under warranty right? WRONG! We get told the car has a "problem". The car has been in the shop for almost a month now with no progress or work being done. Every time you call they are unable to give updates and the answer is call back later and speak to the owner. Over and over again. Call back later and speak to the owner. THE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS TERRIBLE!!! Car still has a "problem" but no one will tell you what the problem is. Workers are rude and nasty on the phone and hang up on you. Everyday it's another story, your cars not ready...call back tomorrow. To make matters worse they are REQUESTING MORE MONEY FROM US EVEN THOUGH THE TRANSMISSION IS UNDER THEIR WARRANTY. This business is trying to rip off the customers and has the worst customer service. We will never go back or recommend this business to anyone! STAY AWAY!!!! OR ELSE YOUR CAR MIGHT HAVE A "PROBLEM"!!!

Leo was very professional and gave me up front pricing and told me how much it was going to cost for a new transfer case. The transfer case from Toyota was very expensive and he gave me another option on a used one. The truck only had 50k miles and he recommended me to go for a new one and spend the extra cash. I decided to use his advise and go for the new transfer case. Better Miles gave me a 1 year warrantee and both parts and labor. Thank you Leo, the truck runs great and I will stop doing 4 wheel drive donuts in the snow. This was an expensive mistake.

While…read moreconducting my Yelp research looking for a local shop to do my oil change on lunch break, I stumbled across this cute little shop. Much to my surprise when I got there I saw they had a auto collision portion of the shop, as well as offering a free hand wash upon Yelp Check In. I was greeted by a friendly receptionist who had me complete paperwork for the service and one of the mechanic's took me right away. They conducted the inspection of air pressure etc confirming that I definitely need new tires and I was done in about 15 minutes tops. Fastest oil change of my life. Usually I'm sitting for hours at the dealership just to get the free deal but I was in a hurry and didn't want to put it off any longer. The mechanics were kind and explained everything and even offered free Self Serve water and coffee at their mini bar. I got the feel of visiting the dealership without having to sit for hours.
