I walked in on a busy Monday morning and asked to have my tires looked at, since they were at least five years old. The owner, Russ, was fabulous. He walked me out to my vehicle to show me that (huzzah!) my tires were only half-worn and didn't need replacing yet. (Had I strolled into another local tire place, I probably would have gotten the old, "Oh wow. You've been driving on these for how long? They must be changed immediately!"-routine.) But not Russ and his crew. The one suggestion the owner made was a tire rotation, which I took him up on. Service was speedy and the staff was very customer-friendly. It was covered under the 1 year warranty by the strut manufacturer/supplier. They also gave me a credit for the alignment I had paid for and had to get again after the new strut was replaced.
