I like coming to this self serve car wash because it is convenient. They take quarters, have a change machine that takes $1, $5, and I believe $10 bills (could be $20). The car washing ports also take card, the vacuum only takes quarters. There are six car wash ports and two vacuums. They recently raised the price for $3 for 4 minutes of washing. It's easy for me to come here by myself to get my car cleaned but I wish the vacuums took card too! I also have noticed since using this place for years that the machines have had issues with accepting quarters, I think due to people messing with the machines and getting stuff stuck in the coin slots. read more

As others have posted, this car wash is very clean and well-maintained. I hadn't used it in a few months, and when I used it yesterday I didn't realize at first that the allotted time (3:30) had been decreased from the previous 4:00 that I was used to. I usually go through foam / wash / rinse fairly quickly, so I have enough time remaining to use the spotfree rinse on all my windows, but I barely got through the regular rinse before the time expired. There is an alarm to warn that time is running out, but it's barely audible over the sound of the spray and the equipment. I think that 3:30 is really not enough time for the average person to complete a minimal basic car wash. If the car wash expenses (water, electricity, etc.) have truly increased, then just bump the rate 25 or 50 cents and reset the allotted time to 4 minutes. read more

As of a week ago, this car wash accepts credit cards! I was very happy with the car wash. I don't ever use any bristles or fabrics to wash or dry my car. I found the pressure for the rinse, soap cycles to be perfect to clean off all the dirt accumulated and bird droppings. The distilled water spot free rinse worked great and left 0 sun spots on a 100+ degree day. The owner was around and very friendly, and even gave a free air freshener. Stopped by for a quick wash this evening and all the self service bays were occupied. I decided to try the automatic wash, since my car was dirty, but not to the point of needing a scrub with the brush. I opted for the most expensive auto wash, which was $7. The whole wash lasted less than maybe 4 minutes, and as you can guess, it was absolutely trash. It's hard to tell with the lighting on my pics, but here are the results. PS, even with their most expensive wash, there is no drier option. I honestly want my money back. I could have spent the $7 at the self service and probably pressure washed it better on my own. read more

Went through the automated wash bay and the instructions were terrible. I terrible to the point you have to guess how to drive in so the wash starts. By the time I figured it out, my front tire popped. Now I have to wait for a tow truck because my driver side front tire is rim to the ground. They need more signs/instructions on how to position your vehicle. Also, there's still a bunch of dead bugs on the front of my Escalade and it doesn't look any cleaner after the wash. If you come here, do it yourself or go somewhere else.... don't go through the auto wash unless you're willing to risk wasting money and the rest of your day!!! read more

The water pressure is what you want, the foam brush puts out enough soap, everything about the wash part was excellent.. Now here for the bad part.. When I aas all done washing my vehicle,and was time to dry it. This car wash offer no rags for purchase. Not a single rag, window cleaner, or Armoral sponge. Being that I was 30 minutes away from my house, and have a black vehicle. I needed to race to another car wash that blow dries the cars before the water spot set in. Satisfaction guaranteed if you know what you are doing. When I'm in the mood and have the time to do it myself I come here and wash my car like it's going to be in a show. The pressure washer works great and for $2.75 I get about 5 minutes of hard core spraying. There are a few settings (tire wash, soap wash, wax, rinse, etc) but practice makes you use those 5 minutes wisely. It's not about being cheap, it's about being efficient and still doing a great job. They also have a brush available that puts out a bunch of suds if you need that. There are clamps to hang your car mats against the wall if you wish to power wash those too without having them on the floor. After a good washing, drying (bring your own towel to dry) and waxing just pull up to the vacuums and you are set. All this can cost you less than $5.00 and you will have a super clean car but only if you are experienced like me. ;) read more

I used to wash my car here very frequently always pulled into the bay quickly cleaned the inside then moved onto washing the outside then vacuum the inside well today I went there and was asked to leave the property because I wasn't doing things in the "correct " order according to him . I used to work next door and keep an eye on his car wash because of less than satisfactory characters that would hang out there at night . Well first off you have to understand that any "self service" car wash means the condition of how clean your car is comes from how good you wash it. Ive went to this place almost every day for over a year and its only took my money one time. The vacuums sometimes take your quarters. Besides the hose smacking and dragging across your car (doesnt happen if you wrap the hose up) its fairly priced and the older guy that runs it is pretty cool. Ive seen him run people off that are not washing and just parked in a wash bay. Ive also seen him help customers with towels and extra time. 5 stars and I would def recommend this place read more

This place should be called "Auto Trash Car Wash"... Avoid this place at all cost!!! The self service automatic bay at this car wash is in disrepair and is dangerous to your vehicle! An old rusty and sharp exposed bolt next to the wheel guide punctured my left front tire; I was stranded and needed to be towed from the bay. Of course there was no management present or any phone numbers posted in case of emergencies. While I was waiting to be towed, I noticed how old and poorly maintained the equipment was at this car wash. I also met two other people who shared with me how the other self service bays had not worked properly and had kept their money. "No bucket wash while customers are waiting". Sounds fair, the only problem is if no one is waiting then there is no issue. Right? Young man stops me while I'm washing my vehicle to tell me that I can't bucket was when it's busy or if other customers are waiting. He told me, "The other guys would have thrown [me] out if they were here". No one was waiting, it wasn't busy either. Rudest owner/manager I've ever had the displeasure of encountering. I drove into the stall, finished a text to my gf (this took maybe 45 seconds), got out and walked around to see where the change machine was. I pulled out my wallet, and realized I didn't bring cash with me. Walked back to my car, grabbed my phone, and googled where the nearest Bank of America ATM was. While I was doing this, he walks up and tells me I can't park in the stall, because this is how he pays his bills. I let him know I wasn't parking there, I was going to use the car wash but realized I didn't have cash on me. He said again, "you can't park here, this is how I pay the bills, that's why I'm saying something. You can't do your phone thing here". Guess what bud? I have been coming to this car wash since i moved to this area 13 years ago. I almost always come late night or early morning, (when temps aren't in the triple digits, and i can take my time since its not busy). I baby my truck, and wash it every couple of weeks, spending at least $12 to $15 a visit. I had just washed my truck last night, and today it rained. . So after work, and before going home, I stopped in to wipe it dry some and clean the Windows. It was 3pm, on a Thursday, still sprinkling, and completely empty. I pulled in to a stall, grabbed a towel, and began drying it. At that point, a man was walking past my stall. He very rudely points his finger at me and yells that if I'm not washing my vehicle, I "have to go". Not even 5 min later, another man walks up to my stall and yells same thing. .. claiming my stall is needed, and to leave immediately. I began saying to him he didnt need to be so rude to me... that you just don't do customer service in that fashion. that I am a regular customer, and in fact just spent $15 last night washing my vehicle... but he spoke right over me, and continued yelling same RUDE statement. Similar thing happened about 6 months ago. When I asked for a phone number to speak with the owner. . he replied that he WAS the owner! Worst customer service experience EVER! I've gone there several times over the last year. The equipment has generally worked okay - until tonight. I dropped the prerequisite quarters in the slot, which usually starts the wand working. This time, nothing. I moved to another bay - same thing. Another guy who had pulled into a different bay was having the same trouble. Of course nobody on site and no number posted to call in case of a problem. I look them up online and get a number, but that only seems to go to a fax machine. Bottom line - I'm out a pocket full of quarters and thy are out a pretty regular customer. I get that sometimes things happen, but to have no way of even letting them know there is a problem is just lousy business practice.
