I've been taking my 2017 Jeep Wrangler to them since everything reopened from the COVID pandemic. Even though they are a little pricey, I never got the impression that they were trying to scam me. In fact, both times when my jeep was acting up, they didn't charge me when they couldn't figure out the problem and referred me to either the dealer or gave me a loaner while they took the time to see what the problem was. For the work that they have done, it was always top notch. They were detailed in their follow-up report and genuinely cared about keeping up the quality of the car for the long run. Honest and competent. A nearby auto repair shop damaged my rear differential due to negligence (a technician added the wrong fluid). Tom, the owner, liaised with the general manager of the other place to get them to purchase a new differential at no cost to me -- as it should be. To reinforce what others have stated, Brandon is really a great representative of this business. I started going to Auto Stop when I'd finally had enough of my previous shop and their poor customer service. I couldn't be happier that I made that switch. I recently took my car in for a couple of maintenance issues and since it was already late in the afternoon, I decided to leave it there in case they needed to keep it overnight. They gave me a call a couple of hours later just to provide a status update which I really appreciated since my former shop would've never bothered to do that. Then they called back to let me know my car was ready, and even though the shop was closed at that point, one of the guys offered to stick around so that I could come by to pick it up. He obviously did not have to do that and there is NO way my previous shop would've done that for me. I've also noticed before that they seem to be on a first-name basis with their customers and know everyone as they walked in the door.
