The only way for them not to charge would be to send a check, hello 1984 or do autopay. What a scam. After one payment, I refinanced to Capital One. There is no reason to charge fees to do an online payment. Good bye CIG financial, hope I never have to do business with you again.

The customer service (or complete lack thereof) of this company is reprehensible. I will be refinancing my auto loan because I'll be damned if I'm going to give thousands of dollars to a company that is so poorly operated. If you can avoid financing with this company, DO. UPDATE: used a 949 number and got ahold of a wonderful person named Jennifer. She was a delight and extremely pleasant and helpful in solving my issue. Changing my review to 2.5 stars. Well, I used their services back in December 2023 -- and guess what? They didn't deliver, and I'm still fighting to get my money back almost two years later. I first asked for my refund on March 7, 2024, followed up on July 26, 2024, and finally got an email from Frank Herman, their VP, on August 20, 2024 saying: "Working on it Mitch sir. I'll be in contact this week sir. Just need the owner here." That was the last time I ever heard anything useful. I followed up again on June 11, 2025, and still nothing. This company does NOT stand by their guarantees. They dodge, delay, and ignore you until you give up. Lendward took our money, never delivered results, and refuses to honor their refund policy. Absolute scam behavior.

There are plenty of great reasons to go with a credit union for all of those things, you should really check it out. One of the major factors for me in this credit union is the friendliness and quality of the people that work here. It's kind of like going to Cheers where everybody knows your name, and they make you feel right at home. When I'm in Orange county this is definitely my go-to Branch, as it is right down the street from where I normally stay., and their hours are perfect because I can always stop by in between meetings. Inside the branch everything is neat and clean and feels modern and fresh. Again, the real standout is the people that work here. Always friendly, always attentive, and willing to be courteous and chatty. I appreciate that as it can make it rather boring bank experience. Much more pleasurable. Added bonus, they have a coinstar machine inside, and if you are a credit Union member, you get no fees charged to exchange your coins for paper money. That in and of itself saves you easily 12 or 13%. Bottom line, I cannot recommend this place enough, if you live in Orange county, or if you had lived in Orange county. This is a great place to go to join a credit union and take advantage of all of the savings that they offer their members.

Basically calling me and my computer a liar. Now I have not heard a peep from them. This is so unprofessional- Do Not Bank with these people . Especially if you have an up to date Mac book. They obviously do not know what they are doing and they are dealing with peoples money.
