At the desk, Kristy was extremely pleasant and easy to work with. My service was complete in almost half the initially quoted time, and for a price that beat everyone else in Camarillo. For such a reasonable cost, I surely expected there to be some drawbacks but the team at Adolfo Auto Care genuinely went the extra mile to help me out with some mild extra favors during my service, they were super friendly, did great work and came in at a super reasonable price. Juan taped the AutoZone receipt to the battery so I could use the warranty. 18 months later the battery dies so I call to use the warranty and the lady who answers the phone screams at me that they won't authorize and hung up on me 5 times. They told me to bring the car in. I said I live 300 miles away. They mockingly said I should buy a new battery, drive my car 300 miles, and they will give me the replacement. NEWS FLASH IDIOTS: that's breach of contract and saying that gave me standing the sue the **** out of you. Yes the staff there are actually this f***ing dumb and they think they're smart LOLLLLLLLLLL. So I sent a demand letter telling them I'm about to sue the **** out of them. Juan calls me 3 days later and apologizes, says she doesn't know how to run an office, and authorizes the battery replacement. Everything was fine, but 3 and a half weeks later this dumb lady answers the demand letter with "Good luck with that". Just look at the screenshot. She didn't even know the issue was settled and she has zero emotional regulation or thinking ability. I have been going there for my car care needs for over 20 years. They offer great service and their staff is very friendly and they're great at explaining very technical issues. They also offer a free shuttle service if you need a ride, although it isn't always available, particularly late in the day. And also please note they are not open on weekends. One thing to keep in mind is the old saying "you get what you pay for" is very true here. On one hand, they are a bit on the expensive side. So, if you just need an oil change you can find another place that can do it for a lower price. However, if you have a serious issue with your car I can't think of a better place to take it. I've found their work is really good so it works out in the long run since you won't have to take your car back multiple times. Plus, you can get an oil change too if you need one. So, I highly recommend Camarillo Car Care Center for your auto repair needs.
