    4.5 stars! I needed a new truck in a hurry. The day before, my mechanic told me that my motor was shot and that it would be about $6,000 to replace the part. The truck itself wasn't even worth that much. It was time for some new wheels. After fruitless visits to my local dealerships, I decided to use the Internet to expand my search. I found a few vehicles I liked on AutoTrader, including one from Auto Trademark. After visiting another dealership in Virginia with no success, we made a last minute appointment to do a test drive here. Jeannie was more than happy to accommodate us on short notice. When I pulled up, admittedly I was a little suspicious. I'd never purchased a vehicle from a used car lot before, and the unassuming appearance of the establishment made me more than a little apprehensive. It was a bit more minimalist than I expected, but I'd come too far to be put off by a lack of aesthetic appeal. The truck was waiting for me when I arrived and I was given as much time as I needed to check it out before my test drive. Even better, there was no sales rep hounding me as I did so. When it was time for the test drive, they pulled the vehicle up to the front and let me test drive it for as long as I wanted; again, with no sales rep. I was able to push every button, check every feature, listen for anything that sounded out of the ordinary...all with no distractions. In short, I loved the truck. Way more than I expected to. I loved it even more when I found out that Auto Trademark was running an internet special, which gave me $4000 off the sticker price (including an extra $1000 off because I brought my own financing)! At first, I thought this was too good to be true, but Jeannie explained how they obtain their inventory and how this truck was there a little longer than wanted it to be, saying that they needed to make space for new inventory. I noticed a small scratch on the back of the truck and asked if she would be able to take a few dollars off of the price. She asked the manager, and he agreed. No haggle, no hustle, no headache. I could hardly believe this was real. During the process, I never once felt pressured or felt like I was being taken advantage of. This was the exact opposite of the stereotypical car dealership experience I'd been dreading. On the contrary, Jeannie was a pleasure to talk to, and the purchase only took as long as it did because we spent so much time talking and laughing. She gave me all the time that I needed to read each and every disclosure carefully. She never pressured me to 'hurry up and sign', and she was able to answer all of the questions that I had. After the deal was done, she came out to help me sync my phone with the truck's Bluetooth. She also gave me a coupon for a 3 month free trial of OnStar, and another for XM radio. Sweet! The only reason this is not a 5 star review is because my car was not cleaned at all before they gave it to me. The interior was clean enough, but a quick trip through the car wash while I was signing the papers would have been great. Driving my shiny new truck would've been a nice way to conclude the transaction. Instead, I drove my dusty new truck to dinner to celebrate a successful end to a short, but stressful, vehicle search. Jeannie, I'll be looking for you again the next time I need a new ride!

    What a wonderful experience from the moment we first arrived. Mr Greg was attentive, kind, and understanding of our needs. It felt more like talking to a friend than someone we just met. We looked around at other places in the area, but we kept being pulled back to Mr Greg and Auto Trademark. We couldn't be more thankful for his help. I highly recommend using Auto Trademark

Even after signing "as is" paperwork they took full responsibility of the issue and had it fixed at one of their Jeep dealers. During the time it took to repair they gave us a loaner vehicle at no charge. The day of the sale when they were trying to diagnose and fix the issue at the Subaru service department they even offered to pay for our dinner and a hotel room for the night as we are not local residents of the area. Service like this and the will to make things right for the customer is far and few inbetween these days. Big shout out to Moe, Drew, Eric, and Sam! Even though this dealership is a 3.5 hour drive I will definitely be looking to the Safford name for all my future vehicle purchase.

On one hand, the initial sales process with Habby and Kayla was excellent--professional, smooth, and pressure-free. I also really love the car. On the other hand, the finance department subsequently engaged in a deceptive product substitution that has resulted in a months-long administrative nightmare. During my financial signing, I was presented with a digital selection screen explicitly branded and marketed as the manufacturer's official Subaru Added Security (SAS) protection program. I agreed to purchase these official plans for a total of $4,103.00. However, without my knowledge or consent, the finance department switched the finalized paperwork to third-party contracts administered by Fidelity Warranty Services (JM&A Group). When I discovered the unauthorized switch, the Finance Director, Emmir Quiroga, explicitly admitted the discrepancy in writing on April 30th and agreed to void the third-party contracts and convert them to the authentic, backdated factory SAS plans. I signed and returned the cancellation documents that exact same day. It has taken over a month and a formal escalation to Subaru Customer Advocacy, the Virginia Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services (VDACS), and Better Business Bureau just to get a basic status update. It is ridiculous that a dealership requires corporate and state-level intervention just to honor a written agreement. I highly recommend the sales staff here, but look at your final finance paperwork with a magnifying glass before signing.

When I reached out to speak with someone in sales I was connected to Medhat. Medhat took the call and was very professional in discussing our needs first on the phone then in the dealership. I have Parkinson's and find it difficult to deal with stress and pressure. Joon came over to us and introduced himself and told us he and Medhat would make the deal work, and it did. Medhat worked with Joon to put together a package that would work for us. We felt no pressure and had been given the time and space to make our decision. Once we selected the car and agreed upon the pricing we were introduced to Robert, the Finance guy. At this point usually we know that other dealerships pressure their customers into packages that may never be used. Robert listened to us and gave us what we needed for the car. We left the dealership with the right car, at the right price. We recommend anyone who desires a new or used car that you should visit Joyce Koons Honda in Manassas VA. Not only did he pull it up front ready and waiting, he took a video and sent it to us as we're were getting on the road (proof of life - lol). No bait and switch here! Raj and the sales Manager Haben worked hand in hand to help us and sped the process up. In fact everyone we encountered at the dealership was super friendly and helpful. Our daughter's 2017 Golf had an a/c blower motor fail and when I asked for an estimate they said it would be almost 1300 dollars to replace it. Now that was after their 180$ diagnostic charge so closer to 1500. I was actually considering this when I decided to check out YouTube and see how complex it might be to swap the part out. Imagine my surprise when I saw the this was at most a 5 minute job. Two quick release fasteners to remove the foam cover, one wire plug to disconnect and then push a tab while turning the whole assembly and it literally just drops out. After seeing that I ordered a brand new part for 80$ on Amazon and swapped it out myself in maybe 5 minutes. I've owned probably 20 cars in my life and I can't think of a better example of trying to rip a customer off. To say I will not be returning is an understatement. I thought I should mention the service rep was friendly but the fact they were in the process of trying to basically steal from me makes think, hmm, not so nice. I almost forgot the safety inspection they did. Technician stated air filter needed to be replaced when in fact I'd just replaced it. There was literally no trash or dirt in the filter. They also wanted about 100$ to replace this 15$ part that required removing maybe 6 screws and no more than three minutes.

When I returned the vehicle for the outstanding recall, I was denied a shuttle/loaner because I live outside their "seven mile perimeter" and was told I could be left waiting for hours, leaving me to inconvenience someone else to accommodate the need for transportation. The finance rep also twisted the numbers and tried to push costly "warranties," which I cancelled only after crunching the real figures-note the financial "supervisor" failed to return multiple calls as well. Pleasant sales talk doesn't mean honest business--buyer beware. I won't be going back or recommending them.
