Detail 301 went above & beyond my expectations. My BMW will be three years old in two months and I'd only gotten the interior detailed once up until now. Since my car has WHITE leather seats, and my dog lays on my passenger seat several times a week, it was looking pretty rough! There were white scuffs on my steering wheel, and the inside was super dusty. I didn't think they'd be able to get it looking as good as they did, and I was ready to settle for even mediocre results. A little bit pricier for a car wash but you get what you pay for! It's located way at the bottom of the garage (you can enter through the back of Giorgio Armani/Ralph Lauren off Rodeo). When you pull 3 stories down, you pull your car up to a red carpet and they take your car and information right away! I was surprised by how immaculate my car looked when I picked it up 2 and a half hours later! My car was a mess from going to the beach all the time but they made it look like new again. It is kind of tough getting a same day appointment so I would suggest calling and making an appointment at least a day or two ahead! Man, what an amazing place with an amazing staff. I took my Honda Civic Hybrid there for the first time this week. At first, I had car envy because of the absolutely ridiculous cars they're taking care of like Ferrari's and Lambo's. But the staffer who helped me, George, made me feel like my little car was just as important to them as the $200,000 cars they had there. And that made me feel good. The next day I showed up to get my ride and it was shocking! My car looked absolutely brand new. They hit every nook and cranny. The engine was squeaky clean, and I mean squeaky, I ran my fingers in several places and got no oil residue. Amazing stuff! Detail 301 is now my go to detail shop. Recently I had the opportunity to get my Ford Explorer detailed at Detail 301 in Beverly Hills. Located deep below Rodeo Drive in the garage for trendy shops, Detail 301 provides all the usual car wash and detail services you would expect. It's sister business, AutoVault, stores some fairly high end autos for celebrities and other movers and shakers when they're not driving their favorite Bugatti, Porsche, Lamborghini, etc. The difference here between Detail 301 and even high end car detailers around town is, well, the detail. The crew spent nearly five hours on my car, getting it more than just polished but clean down to every nook and cranny. By the time they were done, it literally seemed like I had a new car. At $235 for an SUV ($215 for passenger cars), it's not cheap. It's Beverly Hills, people. However when you consider the average detail job at your local car wash is about $75 - $115, factoring in the high level of work Detail 301 performs, I actually find this a bargain. Unless you routinely drive through mudholes or you allow your eight year old to eat ice cream cones daily in the back seat, this clean job is going to last for a while and you may not need as many car washes going forward. I highly recommend Detail 301. While you wait, you can window shop at Armani or hang out at the nearby Starbucks and gawk at the rich and fabulous. I love my car as if it's a member of the family ( think Jay Leno if he put all his car guy care into 1 vehicle). I have been going to Detail 301 for a few years now for car washes and full detailing and their service, care and professionalism are top notch. They are located in the basement of the Ralf Lauren store in Beverly Hills, and when you arrive at their shop you will be greeted by high end exotic cars such as Porsche GT, Ferrari F430, BMW M5, and Lamborghinis just to name a few. They do a full detail of your car which includes: wash, clay, paint clense, sealant and carnuba wax on top of it. They also turn the inside of the car back to new again with a full interior detail. They will also simply wash your car if thats all it needs. I was referred to detail 301 by a friend who saw me washing my own car every weekend and said " you are so it tune with your car, you need to bring it to these guys and have them take it to the next level". That's why I love this place so much, I can work on my car all day and it won't look as good as when they detail it. Their services are not cheap, but if nothing but the best is good enough for your prized possession speed on down there, give your car the facial it needs, you won't be disappointed. read more

What an AWESOME car wash and detailing facility!! As a woman, I tend not to get excited about car washes, but this place really does take it to the next level. The staff takes pride in their work and it shows...even down to the pattern they vacuumed into my carpets...AND ALL IN A LITTLE OVER AN HOUR. I had a scratch on the front of my black lexus where I scraped a white parking bumper. They were able to get pretty much all of it out and touch up the rest so you'd never know it was there unless you knew! I'd have to say when I saw their website I was skeptical, but they are truly one of Beverly Hills' little secrets. They even have a rewards program, but just showing up might be a reward!
