The elevator on the west side of the building has been out of service for many months. I visit multiple times per week, and half the time the door to the stairwell is locked. I have tried multiple times over several weeks to contact corporate about this situation, but they are unreachable. The "Contact Us" page on their website is flawed, making it impossible to reach anyone. They don't post a phone number, just a link to make a call on Skype, which doesn't work. I have sent multiple messages, and no one has responded. Very dismal customer service. There is another storage facility located right next to Price. Try them instead! read more

I really have to give them major kudos on keeping the place up very nicely, always clean and well-maintained I really have to give points to the crew that works there. Every time I came in with one question or another, regardless of how incredibly annoying my question and I can be, they were always lovely, polite, friendly, and helpful. It was nice seeing familiar faces as I was there quite a few years. That means that they keep their people which says a lot One gentleman in particular, Marquis R. is always cheerful and helpful. Because I am currently doing business with this process. I will like to remain anonymous to avoid any hostility. The elevators are constantly out of order....I've been stuck twice. Despite charging higher prices than the average storage facilities they still can't manage to fix them. I don't know if they are ignoring the issue or getting cheap contractors, because this is a consant issue 1/10, would not recommend. Also not temperature controlled. Some how forced me to choose the expensive one! Will not show the map until last minute and won't give me back the difference from transfer from expensive one to the cheaper ones due to the distance from the entrance. I live out of state and had filled a storage unit pre-COVID, and finally got back there to empty it out. Spent part of 5 days there so and I'm quite happy with their people and the process. They "rent" rolling carts for free-just trade your ID for a token and off you go. I also like that the whole area through which you access your stuff is locked. You enter your code to get into that area and also to take the elevator up to floors 2 and 3. Nice and secure. Plenty of parking. It was super hot, so I appreciated that there was an AC outlet within about 25 feet of my unit. Brought a big fan and an extension cord and that AC outlet saved the day. We have a 10x5 unit that cost $196/mos. in January 2020. It is now January 2023 and the cost is $246/mos, a 69% increase in 2 years. They increase the price 2x per year. They even tried to increase it 2 months after I moved in, but I lost my mind and they kept my original price - for another few months. When I called to discuss the incredible increase in price today, the woman I spoke with said that I am getting the price everyone gets. However, I had my co-worker call to inquire about renting the same unit (I'm so sneaky, I know), and she was quoted a promotional rate of $197/mos, with an 8%-10% price increase after 4 months. F this place. I'm going to Extra Space Storage around the corner, which quoted me a drastically lower price. Don't waste your time here. read more

The property is very clean, safe and the staff friendly. These guys take security seriously. I highly recommend it. Note that you beed renter's insurance, which they sell at $14 per month. You also need to buy a lock. It's no big deal, but that's on top of your stated rent. You can autopay with credit card so you're safe in case you forget to pay. read more

I'm currently renting a unit from Price and they've been so great. My move out date from my apartment was one of the most emotional days I've had in a while. Stressful and filled with grief- having to leave an apartment I wasn't totally ready to leave. I arrived at Price with my truck and 10 friends to help me move into the unit. I hadn't done my homework and found out upon arrival that Price closed at 7- I arrived at 6:15pm. We scrambled to get everything up to the unit, and Ryan, the property manager for the evening gave me a little grace and allowed us to finish getting it all in the unit-- finishing at 7:20pm. He helped me with the lock and was gracious to a very emotional and not super kind me. Recommend this place! Great deal. Great staff. read more
