I get my car detailed every couple of months from a detail shop so I know what I'm looking for, but I didn't know what to expect with a mobile detailer (you always hear horror stories). This wasn't the case at all. First, this is a family owned business by a couple Giancarlo and Sierra. I got to chatting with them and found out Giancarlo has been detailing cars for the last 6 years at detail brick and mortar shops but decided to start his own business, so he uses all the same techniques and methods. When I came to pickup my car, it was sparkling clean but somehow I had gotten some orange residue (maybe paint?) on the car from driving. Giancarlo worked his magic and spent extra time to get this residue out. They also gave me an air freshener as a nice touch and my interior was amazingly clean. In terms of where they do their service, they can come to if you have a driveway or space for their van to clean your car. In my case where I live in a building complex, I went to them in which they operate out of their house. They also answer the phone or text message for booking. Very happy with the service- they provide a lot of value for half the price of shops and it's great to support a local business.

We really appreciated that they priced our hatchback like a sedan and not an SUV! We also asked for the essential wash ($85) but left it up to them to upgrade to a mini detail or something in between if they felt it was needed since the exteriors of our cars looked pretty dusty. We mostly communicated with Brandon the day of, and we found him to be very friendly and honest! He actually ended up feeling we didn't need to upgrade the essential wash, and he was right--the cars looked amazing already due to the great job he did. We hope they expand to have their own driveway on the west side soon! Otherwise, if you have the space, you can hire them to come to you since they also operate out of Culver City.

First off, I got to work not planning to wash my filthy SUV. It's a 7-seater Volvo XC90. Ricardo and his team happened to be washing about 10 cars when I get into work so they're already busy. However, he was kind enough to add my SUV into their tight schedule considering its size, and I was thankful for that. So here are my two takes: Customer Service and Quality.. Customer Service: Ricardo, as mentioned, took my car last minute amid his busy schedule that day. Regardless, he was friendly and communicative. I asked him his process of a simple wash (interior/exterior) and explained it to me step-by-step. That gave me peace of mind as I take care of my cars as if they were my babies. Quality: My car was filthy to begin with so any type of carwash is better than the current state; however, I am not taking away anything from his team's service. I personally think that they did an amazing job both exterior and interior! Yes, the car is squeaky clean and I can finally see the metallic flakes again on that silver paint, but one step that he did not miss is making sure that there are no dry watermark residue all-around the paint and windows (I think that's one thing that "other" carwash services miss, but not this one!). Wheels and tires are also cleaned-- tires topped with tire shine. Lastly, the interior vacuumed. I bring two dogs with my all the time and one of them is an Australian Shepherd (these dogs shed like crazy and their hair gets stuck in between the weird floor fabric). He made sure that these are gone! Overall, he did a superb job cleaning my SUV. He did a professional, high-quality job and I would totally use his services again. I would even recommend his services to my friends and colleagues! P.S. He also does other car cleaning services such as ceramic coating/ wax/polishing/restoration/detail/etc. I might give that a try soon on my other cars!

The car looked great, not perfect, but for the price this is worth it. I've been to other places similar to this, and they don't do a very great job. People complaining about some missing spots are just picky. If you want a detailed clean with every spot and crevice cleaned, then you would have to pay one of those travel places like $300 and wait 5 hours. But this isn't that, it's an affordable, quick, and convenient detailing. Their waiting area is a nice gift shop with free coffee as well. Definitely recommend, just don't expect perfection, you get what you pay for at the end of the day!

You'd think they would try a little harder to generate new business after not delivering good results to so many people (check their reviews on here!). I'd steer clear if I were you, find a place with better customer service skills and ability to offer you better service for similar pricing.
